Tracy is the best! I don’t know much about cars and instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge he helped me with more than I asked, for less than what I thought it would cost! If you’re like me and cautiously reading reviews so you won’t get screwed over, come here and he will take good care of you! 10/10 would recommend!

It wasnt our first service, and it wont be the last time we take any car repair to Tracys Garage. Theyll likely remain the sole vehicle repair shop we recommend to anyone. Were informed consumers, so we seek cost estimates from multiple repair shops prior to deciding on who to take our vehicles to. Each time, Tracys has estimated lower than anyone else, their service is extremely timely, and weve never had to question the quality of their work by returning after a failure, etc. We have a very small Nissan truck that needed the clutch replaced. Once prior the clutch had been replaced by a shop near Olympia where the vehicle was being used, and the cost was $2,600. Tracy himself warned us that he might not be able to repair the truck until after Thanksgiving, but did allow us to drop the truck off in his parking lot. My wife called me today ecstatic that not only had Tracy finished the work one business day later, but only charged us $700. The same part, the same service, but over 3 1/2 times less expensive. This shop is difficult to see from the bypass highway, the inside seems dimly lit and its not very tidy, but look past all of that to the men that have always spoken to my wife with absolute respect, never demeaning, and their service is timely and inexpensive! Please notice that I didnt use the word shocked when describing my wifes reaction, because shock wouldnt have described the consistency of Tracy and his partner. Estimating long and delivering before schedule must be his approach, because this is just another example of their service! We highly recommend them!

Tracy is fast and straight to the point! I’ve always trusted his judgment and his skill. He has never overcharge me for work. Not only have I got my vehicles fixed here but I have brought him multiple customers through word-of-mouth.

Tracy was very nice and helpful. If I have more problems down the road I would recommend him to friends and go back to have him work on my car.

Tracy was quite genuine. Never have I had the “pleasure” of getting my car repaired, until now. He was honest and did the kind of work my father would of done if he were still with us. I appreciate that. Often times mechanics take advantage of people (IE unnecessary repairs, pretend charges est.) and our lack of auto repair knowledge. Not Tracy, he was willing to share his expertise.These days we never know what we are going to get but I can say I trust Tracy with my vehicle 💯. SO thank you Tracy for your genuineness and your early morning hours!! Saved my week and prevented many frustrations.

I was recommended to him by my boss, in her words if you need a man to treat you right, its Tracy. Honest work done by honest people. They wont screw you over, I thought I needed my breaks done, they totally could have charged me and said they replaced them, but they were honest and told me my breaks were just fine. They dont nickel and dime you like some mechanics. Wont take advantage of you either. Highly recommend them.

Best mechanics in Tri cities. Fast affordable service! I refuse to go anywhere else. Very skilled mechanics here. They also have a good ethics, will not charge you an arm or a leg. They will do just about anything you need, but will honestly advise you as if it were their money that was being spent. My grandfather came here, and now I do. Again I will not go anywhere else! Such a good experience, and vehicle maintenance is full of horror stories. You will not find an unpleasant auto experience here.I do not believe they service German cars, as it requires a whole new tools set.

Car wouldnt start. Tracy came out and and diagnosed the problem as the shift linkage. Had it fixed and running in about 15 minutes. Very fair and honest man. Definitely recommend.

ZERO STANDARDS, If you have a nice car dont ruin it here at tracys garage. Tracy was a good friend of mine i would stop in all the time for upgrades on my car. They charged dealership prices which makes no sense but the work is good as any mechanic so no complaints. HOWEVER i recommended my friend to them and they screwed her for not jus being a female but for being a very polite person. She brought in her car and tracy was busy but would work on it asap he proclaimed. As not more than 2 days go by the car is stolen right off there property (his own employee said that tracy doesnt lock up cars and this is not the first time this has happened. He put my poor friend through so much hurdles for something that was his fault but he didnt even care about his customer. instead he avoided her, until i got involved ofcourse. All he had to do was let her insurance make a claim on his insurance that he pays for for situations like this which he is totally responsible. at the most the insurance would have made him pay a dudutable or whatever. which apparently was too much for him even though these guys rip off as much as 100percent to 200 percent margins at the least and they dont have enough for that? i woulda payed the duductable if it would helped my friend get her problem resolved. talk about doing the right thing. NOT HERE BEWARE FIGHTS FOR PENNIES and NICKELS
