Happened upon McCues in 1988 and while filling my tanks I noticed he was putting lug nuts on with a torque wrench. I commented on such a practice and Kevin responded its the correct way of tightening lug nuts. Ive been a loyal and happy customer since that dayKevin managed to diagnose and correct problems on my car that escaped repeated attempts by dealers to correct warranty items.A business that stands behind its work and are totally pleasant people.

The work McCues performed was well done. We had a miscommunication that resulted in a bill much higher than we had expected - which led to much frustration on our end. However, McCues was very willing to work with us and adjust the bill to what we had initially anticipated. Their flexibility and willingness to acknowledge a role in the miscommunication is greatly appreciated.

Kevin, Naomi, Donna and techs have gone the extra mile taking care of warranty repair items on one car. I know they could have legitimately hit us with more labor charges. They wanted to get it right and took extra time and kept our van to make sure it was. This rig has given us a few headaches but, made the extended warranty worth it for me. Mccues doesnt have to do the little things they do, like extra follow calls to give vehicle status but, if they get a minute, they often do. Glad we still have home town shops that people can trust.

Ive had very bad experiences with mechanics. Im not a complete layman when it comes to cars, I would just rather pay to have the work done since I dont bend well anymore. So I took my car into McCues because I thought my alternator was dying. I expected to pay 500 bucks. The mechanic diagnosed the problem which turned out to be loose wiring costing hundreds less than I anticipated. In my experience a honest mechanic is as hard to find as a honest lawyer. These guys do great work.

These guys just checked our Dodge challenger for a leak and now theyre hopefully helping us figure out whats wrong with the Air Conditioner on our Ford Truck.Very fair priced. Will definitely be using them from now on.

We have been fixing up a 2001 suz esteem wagon for a grandsons first car. Brought it in for fuel leak which was fixed, then air conditioner fan. Was told it would cost between $350 and $550, when we picked it up it was $785. No one called us to ask about whether we were willing to pay that amount. Not happy.

I trust them. Long time customer. Theyre kinda expensive but they are very thorough and stand behind their work.

McCues is reasonably priced and isnt overly pushy about fixing something that isnt already on your radar. Theyve provided me recommendations on items that will need looking into soon, but have never made me feel like Im being swindled the way I have at the dealership. Plus, sometimes theres a dog there, too!

My car has been here 4-5 times, I wouldnt consider anywhere else. The first time I took my car in it was making a noise. Kevin suggested trying a simple fix (topped off some fluid) before spending $500 to replace a part. I know very little about cars and he could have easily told me that replacing the part was the only option. I trust his advice, and the whole crew there is great.

Worked here for about 3 months or so, very good people here, good customer service, had fun cleaning the shop up and cleaning customer cars, and the technicians are probably the best in town, would recommend !

I have been using Mc Cues for a number of years over multiple vehicles. Having bounced around tri-cities myself for the last 20+ years, this is one of the few places I feel 100% safe going. Its tough to find a mechanic/shop you can trust, and there is a real sense of integrity here. These guys havent once misled me in the scope of a repair, and if a repair is of a nature that it goes beyond their means to guarantee the end result (fixing something custom for example) they are not only up front about it and wont take it on - they have also helped me find someone better suited for the job. Nothing less than positive history with this shop. Thats not easy to find these days.

Been here twice for my 91 Honda Civic and once for my 2006 Honda Odyssey. Always can look at vehicle right away. Towed my car and gave great service at a reasonable price. Very happy with them.
