I paid to have the doors on my house measured to get a quote on installation of replacement doors. When the quote came back much higher than I could afford, I was informed that I would be getting neither the measurements I paid for nor my money back. The service desk employee and the employee in the doors and windows department then treated me like an annoyance that should leave them alone. It was a very disappointing experience from a store that has always been helpful and friendly in the past.

Pleased with sales knowledge of product I needed info. Resolving another issue related to an installation from earlier this year.
