Not sure how long we will have to do our taxes. We are filing short form now and our deductions do not come any where near the limit. I am very happy with the service I receive from HR Block they are professional and I feel secure that my taxes are being done correctly. It is just my husband and I are retired and our income is at a level where I dont know how much longer it is going to be worth having them done professionally vs just doing them ourselves. If someone is looking to have their taxes done I would definitely recommend HR Block.

We were disappointed that one price was quoted to us over the phone, but when we got there the cost had increased by $45. We were so surprised that we paid it, but had arent happy about the change in fee.

Oh my, this was a disaster. Lost our file. Was hung up on. Didn’t return calls. Dodged any responsibility & no one seemed to know what happened. No one could help us. Was told we’d get a call but it never happened. This is our 3rd call in to the office. They have no information or advice. We were assured they could get the file done when it was dropped off at 9am. It’s 8:15 pm & they can’t find it. Wondering how this office is allowed to be affiliated with this company. Do yourself a favor & find another place to go. Identify theft??? What’s next??

Ive been going to H&R Block for 3 years now and I have never had a problem. I have an amazing tax agent (Dan Harrington H&R Block location Richfield, MN 55423) and they always have amazing assistance when I come in!

Because it is clear fast and the best return compared to other areas.I mean a little bit more money.

This place has the worst customer service and communication that I have ever encountered. Theres no way to get a direct line on managment. The manager floats around between 4-5 officers, you basically just have to call all of them until you happen to find her (Sharon, her email is either bogus or isnt checked) or until you get lucky enough for the person answering the phone to have enough class to take a message, do their job and facilitate communication.I was assigned a tax professional that was in over his head, floats between multiple locations and didnt have enough respect for myself or his profession to just pass my file along to someone who knows what they are doing. After wasting a ton of my time, this whole process started back in January. We have a gig-based, independent contractor, multiple job economy that leads to multiple types of income...these people do not have the resources to accommodate. Unless you have a simple W2 and need someone to hold your hand through an e- file, you are better off doing it on your own or taking the high road of a real CPA FirmIll never go back here, Im going to actively encourage every person I know to never use this service. Absolutely terrible experience, and on top of it...my taxes still arnt done after almost 10 weeks, get it together.

I was please with the service.

I was told my CRP was sent 3 months ago. I later called the revenue service to change my address and found out it was not sent. I called the H and R block office and was told the MN revenue has it and they just dont know what theyre talking about. I didnt trust that so I called the Mn revenue again, and was told it was sent on August 27 just couple of days ago. I know people make mistakes and thought highly of my tax representative. All I wanted was I made a mistake and will send it now. This would have saved me the time of calling MN revenue and driving to the office. I will not mention your name, you know who you are just be truthfully to customers.

Donna is my favorite tax person! She teaches me along the way answering every question I have so taxes aren’t so scary.

I came for my appointment one day early, due to mix up ok n my calendar. The staff at Block were able to work with me and my taxes were prepared the same day.

This was my worst experience I have had at any busieness. They screwed up my taxes ending up in me owing money due to their mistake. The manager Prisca said she would call me back in a week or so it took her over a month and a half to contact me so I had to go back in. Then she said a week, another month went by. So I went in again she said shell call me tomorrow so she took my phone number again and never called so AGAIN I had to go in and she said oh im sorry i forgot. Maybe you shouldnt be a manager if you cant respond to your clients on a timely matter. She lied when she told me she talked to their district manager. I contacted him Jay who also isnt very helpful and said she never did talk to him. I would not reccomend H&R block to anyone for anything! find a trust worthy accountant or another business NEVER H&R Block
