Nice honest serviceman: Horrible company.Beware of the $130/hour drive time charge this company adds to any service call in addition to the $54 truck charge they do tell you about. I called them on a friday to schedule a nonurgent repair of an undercounter commercial refrigerator to be repaired the following tuesday morning. The repairman/driver had two major emergencies, a walk in freezer then a bad boiler repair that left him 15-20 miles away at rush hour rather than the 5-6 miles away he would have been had he come from the shop on time instead of after 5 pm. They added $92 to the bill for the time it took him to drive across the city at rush hour, 4 hours late. What is the $54 Truck charge for if not to cover the cost of driving the truck to your location locally?? They then charged me labor at $130/ hour for the 10+ minutes it took the repairman to do the billing and try to explain why I was being charged an hour labor for the 12 min he spent looking at my fridge and telling me it wasnt worth fixing. I contacted the company and was blown off. I have a food business with 4 other refrigeration units and will never use this provider again for any type of service.

I am thankful for them allowing my presence

Something breaks every time they come do the scheduled maintenance on all my machines. Not recommended. Also repair takes forever and still not fixed properly.
