This location has extremely friendly service. I don’t remember her name but the cashier number was 634505 and she was very friendly and informative, while also ringing us out quick.

I come here to buy prescription pet food with a valid prescription slip from our vet. Every time without fail I am lectured about making an appointment with their pet hospital to purchase the food I already have a prescription slip for. Even better, this almost always happens in the evening when their pet hospital is closed. Kindly PetSmart, I want nothing to do with your pet hospital.

My little Izzi has anxiety. Cherlee, at the Richfield PetSmart, is so patient and kind with her. Shes able to do grooming in areas that Izzi absolutely will not allow me to do anymore.Im always very pleased with grooming.

We do find what we need most of the time. But the customer service like was PetSmart stores is pretty scarce.

I have never had such a rude experience with store personal. The employee was not even the one helping me but she felt it was her business to come reprimand my 4 year old grandson because he opened the automatic door as I was checking out. I will never go back there again.

Finally was able to get a grooming appt for the same week! Decent PetSmart. They did ok with our puppy. Shaved her shorter than we were expecting, but thankfully her hair should grow back. :). Cant wait to not have to book 3 weeks out just to get a bath and brush

Our kittens first visit he was a little feisty but Justine Jones the veterinarian got everything done and gave us alot of tips and advice. Banfield pet hospital workers are amazing thanks ladies.

Went in for Kaytee Birders Blend birdseed. They matched the online price on the website which was a few dollars less. High marks for having the product and adjusting the price!

Had an appointment to get nails clipped this past weekend on Saturday and walked into the worst grooming scene Ive ever witnessed. Hair covered every inch of the ground including the reception area. Dogs were getting pushed into the drying area as they had nowhere to go! The attendant wiped off the hairy table with her hand then sprayed once thinking it was sanitized. I shouldve walked out! Unacceptable at every level!

I took my puppy to be groomed on 06/29 at this location for the first time and my husband picked him up (did not go anywhere else). When they came home, he still had dirt in the fur on his legs, nails were not clipped, and he was still shedding a lot. He does not shed that must when I groom him at home. We will not be coming back to this location.

This is the only place Ive ever been in three states that can clip a cats nails with one groomer and does it properly without hurting them. Very impressed and pleased with the service, especially for only $13 per cat!

Decent petsmart, clean inside and friendly staff. I guess it could be better but as a pet store it’s exactly what you expect. Things are usually in stock, the animal enclosures and cages seem pretty clean.

They have some of the Best deals on Toys for every pet* Found my dog 2 Toys....one was about $20 and the other was about $5....guess which one he loved and simply cant get enough of? Yeap the cheap one.....great selection of treats and Toys. Will come back definitely! Thanks again Petsmart!

I went here to buy two hermit crabs! It was a really busy night, but the staff who helped me were friendly, and the store layout was clean. Everytime I’ve been here, the shelves have always been well-stocked and orderly! Quick and efficient customer service!

I came in for a simple nail trim and the bather, Taylor D, was very friendly and did a great job. I know it seems like just a small job but she did it very well, in fact it was the best grinding Ive ever had done on my dog. I have had many nail trims on my dog and it seems like no one ever really tries to get her nails short--that is until Taylor. Taylor D did it so well that I will be going out of my way just to go to this store and have just her do it from now on. Thank you Taylor D! Also a thank you to the other bather or groomer that helped her hold my little chihuahua. I was happy with how short the nails were without hitting the kwick, the shaping of the nails, the treatment towards myself and my dog, and the time taken to do a great job. Great job ladies!

They have flea and tick supplies, dental products, grooming supplies, a VetCo pet clinic for low cost vaccinations, just check the website for locations and times or ask a clerk.

We had a very positive experience adopting a kitten at PetSmart. The employees were very friendly and loving towards the animals they have in their store. I can tell that they truly care! The adoption process was very quick and easy. I would recommend others to adopt with PetSmart!

Had my dog Liberty in for a nail trim and grind. He did great. Taylor did such a great job! Hes usually very unnerved by the whole process. Liberty was very comfortable with Taylor. Thank you Taylor for knowing what Liberty needed for reassurance that he was going to be okay.

I recently brought my dog in for a bath. Jill was fantastic with him. He is an old dog and has arthritis in all but three of his legs and can have skin issues. She was very concerned with making sure that he was comfortable during the process and spoke with me in detail about it, asking me what she could do to make it more pleasant for him. She didnt try to upsell and made sure I wasnt overpaying for what I needed. She tended to him quickly so he didnt have to stand so long. He looked fantastic and his fur was so soft. She recommended a conditioner that made his skin look better. He obviously liked her and was happy when I picked him up. I will be returning and requesting Jill!

Staff is friendly, but the grooming salon (which is the primary reason I come here) seems overwhelmed and pretty unreliable when it comes to walk-ins for nail trims. This is a trend between all the locations, and I understand being busy, but some forewarning would be nice. When you call and they say that theyre taking walk-ins, and then you get there 20 minutes later and they say theyre not because its too busy - thats just not cool. No sign indicating that they werent currently taking them either.

Fun store, great selection of accessories, treats and toys. Great place to meet and make lots of fur friends.

Haley is the best Cat-groomer Ive seen period. The prices are higher than surrounding areas by 25$,but at least you can get a quick appointment.

I couldnt decide on a harness for my pup that I was adopting, and I felt totally lost in the aisle of endless harness types. About one minute into my brain confusion, a worker came to me and offered help and suggestions! Totally helped! When I got to the register, the cashier was beyond nice!! I was buying grain free dog food, and she made me aware of types to keep away from due to recalls. Above and beyond!!! (And Im not talking about the dog food brand!)

Just an FYI, if anyone has any sort of coupon for anything you are interesting in buying at this store (Food, Supplies, etc). I have been informed today that you need a PRINTED copy of the coupon to redeem.(Even though it does not state anywhere on the actual coupon itself that it needs to).Otherwise they will not accept it. Just thought Id give people the heads up!

I like to bring my puppy here to shop with me. Its a great idea for a day out together and we always meet other fun dog owners. Those at the cash registers are also always so friendly with my puppy. I gave 4 stars because there are a few employers that look at us like dont come near me with your pet which I dont understand why they are working at a pet store if they dont like pets...

Standard big-box pet store experience.There is an adoption center and a vet office attached, which is nice for one-stop shopping.But the selection and pricing are whats holding this place back.There are not many natural/healthy options available for felines here.Whats available at Pet Supplies Plus or Chuck and Dons is much better.... And the prices at Pets Supplies Plus is much lower.Other than that, the service was nice and the store was very clean.

For grooming. Jill groomed my German shepherd and she did such a fantastic job. Weve been coming here for years and Ive tried different groomers in between, but this was hands dow the best grooming we ever had! I will definitely make it a point to ask for Jill for our future grooming!

Brought my pup here during snowy and cold weeks in MN. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Boo got a pawdicure one night, and they quickly got him in as a walk in. I did call the reservation line beforehand and they recommended a weeknight after 5 before 7 for nail treatments.

So I took my granddaughter to buy a fish the lady that worked there said she had to be 18 and needed water samples after 72 hrs and she needed a 10 gallen take that was $99. All for a beta fish so because the other pet store in fblt mn was closed we went back to pet smart the employee told the other girl not to sell to my granddaughter unless she bought and did water test needless to say they didnt know I heard and I was with her so when she went to pay before they could say anything I asked about age and why you can win fish at a carnival but have to be 18 no answer they sold her the fish I think those employees should be retrained or let go could have loss a sale because people in line heard me ask them

Grooming rock star!!! Ask for Hailey. Our dog was covered in burrs at 6:15pm. I called and Hailey had an opening. They usually dont take appointments after 6:00, but she understood and told me to come in by 6:30. By 9:02, our dog was clean, cut, burr free, and looked awesome. I will always ask for her to be our groomer!!!

I had the best experience with the staff at the petsmart in Richfield! The head manager Jawad, Kassie, and Nicole! Will definitely keep going back to this Petsmart.
