Pretty nice place, overall. The Corner King Suite was spacious and a good price. Bathroom has a jet tub, very relaxing (but not really for 2, as listed) and a separate large-stall shower with a secondary rainfall head. Very cool features, except the water pressure could have been better. Bed was huge and soft and comfy, chairs were adequate, kitchenette around the corner was solid.Room mini-fridge actually got warmer - easy to tell with the digital readout in it. Started at 55, set for 45 (couldnt go lower), stayed at 58.Biggest complaint was the TV. It was incredibly slow to change channels and at least half of them were fuzzy. No channel guide and no indicator on the TV meant you had no idea what channel you were actually on, or how to get back to it. Clearly no real cable package, something Id expect from a fancier hotel, like this.Only breakfast available was for $12 extra.Id stay again for the comfort, but would probably bring a Chromecast or FireTV stick for entertainment.
Positive: Front desk host was efficient and professional. Clearly understaffed as there are maintenance issues all over the property. Get this guy some help!! Negative: Absolutely NOT a 4 star property. Should be a 2 or 2.5 category. Hotel is clearly suffering from low staffing with overflowing trash, broken elevator, and overall maintenance issues. Clogged drain caused us to switch rooms at 9pm. A disappointment!!
I got to this poorly managed hotel at 6am I paid for a full night stay however I was told I would have a 12:30 check out time which was not doing me any favors but it did give me enough time to eat the rankest $12 breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. I travel 4 nights a week and anytime I’ve checked into a hotel in the morning I’ve got the entire day that I paid for: I put the do not disturb sign on the door so I could get some rest after driving all night long. The house keeper knocked on my door 4 different times asking me when I’m leaving and when my answer wasn’t good enough she sent up the manager to tell me I needed to leave in 30 minutes keep in mind all this harassment was was prior to the 12:30 check out I was granted after checking in at 6am so basically I had 3 hours of the full night I paid for the other 3 hours where spent going to my door for the house keeper and manager answering there questions about when I’m leaving they must have a problem with homeless people not leaving there rooms when they book them or something I saw plenty of them on and around the property however for someone here for business coming off the road and paying for a full night stay and to be harassed about when I’m leaving 3 hours into the full night I actually paid for??????
Standard services in a building that needs a makeover. The building was kind of dark and only one elevator worked. It is also located across from a shopping center and by a car dealer, so not a very attractive neighborhood.The clerks were helpful. The location was very convenient. The room was clean and had a micro, fridge, tv, coffee maker and safe. Nice enough common areas.

I was not happy about my stay!! The room they gave us was small for our family wasnt as clean as it couldve been I stayed here a few years ago and it was excellent so we came back boy not impressed this time! One of the reasons I came was they had a great pool and hot tub flies in the pool and the hot tub didnt work and was filthy! I mean you could barely see the bottom it was so murky! When asked about it I was given a oh its out maybe tomorrow it might work! I really dont think Ill be back here wich is sad because it was so nice about 3 yrs ago

Everything was perfect at this Four Points hotel. From the friendly staff to the comfortable and firm bed, I received exactly the level of service that I have come to expect from a Marriott hotel. They even informed me about my extra perks as a Bonvoy member, and that was much appreciated. It was a quick sleep, but it felt like home. Thank you Four Points and thank you Bonvoy!
Positive: Rooms are nice. Not huge in terms of space, but modern amenities. Pretty quiet too. Negative: There isnt a lot of close options for dining/entertainment, etc. within walking distance. Not an issue if you dont mind driving or dont care about that.
Positive: Location. Negative: A insufficient air conditioner ran for 4 1/2 hours before it cooled the room to a supposed 70 degrees. The sheets were rough and of low-thread count. Bathroom was unbelievably small. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Not 3.5 ¿¿ as advertised.
Positive: The hotel was clean and fine. The manager was great at taking care of a miscommunication from one of the employees about whats included for the parking fee/airport drop-off and pick-up. Negative: The website states complimentary parking and an airport shuttle, but they charge $50 to park beyond your stay. It included a ride to the airport, but you are responsible for your ride back to the hotel.
When the Four Points opened it was quite nice but quickly got a little grimey. Location is nice staff is usually really cool but since covid its kind of gone downhill. Mostly when I go there it (for lack of a better way to put it) looks like hookers and their pimps. Or escorts and their male Representatives. The place itself is nice enough and its always the cheapest on hot wire etcetera and you can tell based on just the clientele and the upkeep of the place. I do like it though so I dont know what that says about me

Pretty clean hotel and right off the interstate. Restaurant is temporarily closed due to the pandemic. The elevators definitely need some maintenance - very slow and jerky. They have flight times posted in lobby if you stay here to fly out of MSP. They also have guest laundry if needed.
Its a nice clean atmosphere with kind and helpful staff present to assist you when asked. Brought my children swimming there and there was an abundance of clean towels as well as a safe clean pool and jacuzzi made available.

Well to start a managers poor excuse of you didnt book through us doesnt cut it for me. I stay at much higher end establishments and even then i dont get treated like some street trash. You pay a 100 dollar deposit for what exactly? They are also not pet friendly which meant i had to find other accommodations for my dog in the same night. Not too easy. Oh lets get to the best part. My shower didnt drain as well as my toilet not flushing. The manager offered to come to my room with a plunger to fix my issue. I get you dont have maintenance on hand like that but come on you represent a brand here. I feel like im staying at a motel 6 with the level of care im getting from the staff. This is why i stay away from anything rated less than 5 stars. IT SHOWS. Its not even about the money i could care less. Its how my money is spent. I got a free bottle of 3 dollar water for my issues. Being a bonvoy member here does not benefit you any.

1st room I had to move because of obvious domestic feud next door with yelling and cursing. 2 nd room the air conditioner was so loud you couldnt hear the television and didnt even blow cold air. They charged me $115 for a deposit of what they said would be $100 with no explanation.And 12.days later Im still waiting for it to be returned

Very horrible place to stay, staff very unprofessional. They charged me for smoking in my room because they found tacacco.. no smoking was done there plus they charged me an extra 68$ for a dirty room. Which was dirty when I checked in wont give me an number to their corporate just transfer me to a vm of the manager I already spoke to.. They never sent me a new receipt and asked if they can send one so I can dispute the charge with my bank and they said they will only speak to my bank and hung up on me

Staff is great, they do what they can to help or to please you. Go spend money somewhere else. And Im a person that is pretty laid back and understanding usually.... but. Ugh... this place is ridiculous. Bad people staying in the hotel/in rooms.If you want to score drugs or something, perfect place for you then.

After paying for my room on Priceline, the hotel refused mytype of card for incidentals meaning I could not stay.
When I first checked in, they put me in a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade and trash everywhere. Then they switched to a room that was decent. Then it spiraled. The website said they have continental breakfasts. No. Kitchen is completely closed. One week from October. They said they had an indoor pool. Nope. Closed. Fitness center. Nope. Closed.The WiFi is the only thing promised that actually works well. Bed was fine. Shower was acceptable. Convenient location. Microwave and mini-fridge in the room. TV has like a dozen channels. But it’s not the cutting edge hotel that they say they are and expect to not get anything they say they have. It doesn’t. Call and see before making a decision to come here.
Been here twice and both times have been a good experience. Nice rooms and really updated bathrooms.
My partner and I were a little disappointed. We came here before and had a great experience but this year not so much. The room wasnt very clean; wrappers on the floor, hairs on the pillows that arent ours, dust on the furniture. The sink clogged, stains on the curtains and walls, wallpaper peeling off. It was kinda shocking because the lobby was spotless and all covid procedures were strictly followed by hotel staff but to have an unclean room during a pandemic.
Positive: It was in a good area. Mall of America was close. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Negative: I think a 3.5 star rating is very generous. There was damage to the wall in our room. There was a substance that dried into the desk in our room. Looked like nail polish. Definitely not what I expected from a Four Points.
First off I reserved a king size bed to only be told when I got there that all they have is 2 queens…so I take the 2 queens to only find out the beds are 2 TWINS❗️My boyfriend and I slept in separate beds which defeated our romantic night away…The back entry door close to our room was broke, the tv/remote broken, one of the elevators broken, ice machine on my floor broken, jacuzzi broken…like WTF❗️I highly recommend you DO NOT come to this hotel, I know motels with better accommodations…

King room. Room was not clean. Bathroom light switch and wall had what Im assuming was red lipstick smeared on it. Top of the AC unit was filthy, dust, drink ring marks and other various grime that has been there a while. Carpets stained. Chair had a white spot on it. Door handles could have been wiped off. Tv screen was dark and not clear. Remote was broke. Bed did feel plush. Nice soft pillows. The bathroom was my favorite. The walk-in shower was AMAZING!!! Front desk guy was so polite, kind, and super nice. House keeping woman was real nice as well. Right after check-in my husband walked out the front door and a very polite gentleman asked him how his day was going and if he needed any weed. He declined.

Negative: I picked it because it showed an airport shuttle from the hotel but due to covid its not currently running or breakfast. The elevator had some smudges and some fixtures were a little off center so up keep may also be currently limited.
Our overall experience was good. We did have an issue though. Upon check in we went up to our room and were greeted by a full 30 gallon trash bag outside our door. It wouldve been understandable if it were close to check out time but it was 7:30 pm. Then upon leaving the next day around 11:15 am, the bag was still there. Other than that we had a good stay.
For some reason the room type we reserved was not available eventhough they had our reservation. Maybe because we had a fairly late arrival, but I did check in via the app. ??? We paid for the stay and fly package. When we arrived we were greeted with a kind gentleman who was very accommodating and he was still there and just as cheerful when we caught the early morning airport shuttle. Overall I felt as if we got a great value for our stay eventhough we were only in your hotel for 6 hours. We will stay here again and will recommend this hotel to others.

Could be that Im sort of sensitive to the smell, but a bad greasy auto shop type smell when I came in and another one on the 2nd floor, maybe cigarette cover up? Carpet could be replaced in 227. No fan in bathroom, thats not great. No garbage can in bathroom. Garbage can in bedroom has no bag and is dirty. Shower needs cleaning, black stains on bottom and dark around side caulking. Possible blood or mold in textured surface by bathroom mirror. 5 almonds and chips in air conditioner vent right at the front. Dusty items on counter/desk in room. Otherwise ok.

We stated at this hotel when we were in the The Twin Cities for several family events. Overall, we were pleased with our choice. First, the location right off 494 convenient to both the Mall of America and the airport facilitates getting around. Next, the staff was professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel and the room were well maintained and clean. The hotel restaurant seems to be going through a transition; thus, I dont feel that it is fair to make a full judgment at this time. The menu at the time we stayed was limited; however, the short ribs that we ordered were good. The rate we paid for our stay was good, and the fact that a girls sports team and parents were staying at this hotel indicates that it is afforadable. If you are looking for a good location for getting around Minneapolis/St. Paul while keeping your stay affordable, the Four Points by Sheraton Mall of America/Minneapolis Airport is a good choice.
Due to delayed flight, unexpected stay was necessary. Check-in was seamless, staff was gracious, and room was delightfully clean and pleasant. Only had the opportunity to sleep and shower, but it made a rough trip a little bit better. Very nice hotel, nice decor, and friendly staff.
This is a really nice hotel, the room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. My only complaint is the sadly anemic water pressure. Taking a shower was not a pleasure.

This hotel is nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom was nice and modern. The beds were amazing. They were so so comfortable, the pillows nice and fluffy. My only complaint, and the reason for 4 stars is that the room was very small. We had a double queen and there was barely any room for us to open up our suitcase on the floor. It was a tight squeeze between the beds and the ward. Other than that we have no complaints.

Excellent place to stay.When I arrived the staff was very courteous and professional, they upgraded my room for no extra charge and made me feel like a special guest.The lobby bar is open til 11:00 pm when most close at 10 or earlier.The room was sufficient for my stay and I heard nothing in the hall to disturb my sleep unlike most places I’ve stayed. I will return to this hotel when I’m in town.

At some point I find any reason to stay at this hotel. My number one reason is because they have a jet tub suites that are always clean and maintain and a welcome way to relax when spending a weekend here. They have a shuttle to the mall and to the light rail or airports that help get you around so you can leave your car at the hotel. I found that the staff is always helpful and professional. One of my favorite things to do is get up for the breakfast buffet because they do a very good job and have very good kitchen staff members.
Had we actually gotten to stay the night it would have been a completely different story. The night manager or whatever you want to call him was an older gent with a ponytail. whose name eludes me a present, but if I could remember it off the top of my head I would be more than happy to enlighten you. We got there slightly after having dinner and getting into town after a long road trip and all we wanted to do was sleep. the reservation was made through hotwire. which they basically went on to say was not their problem even with a paid for room, itinerary number and full acknowledgment that the reservation exists! But apparently after midnight they like to purge their system and even though the reservation was paid for they refused to honor it and gave us no place to go. then we inquired why being they kept the money for the room they told us not our problem and threatened to call the police. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a hotel in my entire life. and the fact that they acknowledged that there was a reservation, money accepted and still refused to offer a room in a 2/3 vacant hotel is completely unacceptable.

The upstairs rooms only have 10-15 real cable stations that guests can get. Doesnt even appear to be HD cable either! I guess if you want to watch extra fancy channels like ESPN, CNN, Discovery and TNT, you have to watch on the tv in the lobby area according to the front desk. As a repeat business traveller to the area, this is totally unacceptable from a Marriott property. Wont be staying here again..
