In general I just dont understand why employees are rude and impatient with people. They are almost as bad as the DMV employees. So unnecessary.

I like all US post Offices. Hard working courteous staff. May we never lose them

Their hours are awful. Only one very unhelpful lady works there that Ive ever seen. My packages keep getting marked delivered and they somehow end up there. She never marks them in the system that theyre there so I have to run around and make a bunch of phone calls to find my stuff between Richfield and Germantown post offices. She didnt even want to look up where my package was for me when I stopped in the first time I had something missing.

People generally work 8-5. How the **** is anyone with a job ever supposed to get here when they are open? They open at 9:30, are closed during lunch, then close their doors at 4:30. What the hell? What a cake government job...
