I just came in to get my ring re-sized. The first gentleman that helped me made sizing my ring super easy. I wanted a bigger size but he explained the importance of having if a little snug so that it doesn’t fall off. My ring was ready in the time promised. When I came to pick it up, I was immediately greeted and when I got my ring it looked BRAND NEW!!! The whole process was so smooth and covered by Wedding Day’s awesome warranty. I have sent several of my friends to Wedding Day since they were the only jeweler that didn’t make us come back every year to clean it to keep the warranty valid. I came to wedding day diamonds to have a ring cut off my finger after pregnancy swelling prevented me from removing it myself. Hard to find a good jeweler for repairs. My gold chain with a diamond solitaire broke at the clasped. I googled and found Wedding Day Diamonds. Had good reviews and could fix jewelry and what attracted me was they were locals and Minnesotans. The jewelers name was Charles. He did not charge me after he fixed my chain. I have had it for almost 20 years and it has stretched so I looked at several chains and he priced them out for me. I will be back. Friendly and a beautiful beautiful store.

Wedding Day Diamonds and specifically Diana saved our day big time!! My wife and I were previously customers of another jeweler. I wont throw them under the bus but they rhyme with Robbers & Hollands.During the pandemic, while we were quarantined, and jewelers were shut down, my wife had to get her wedding ring cut due to an emergency. R&H would not honor our lifetime warranty. Despite their stores being closed... and a global pandemic.Obviously frustrated, we shopped around when stores opened back up and found Wedding Day Diamonds. Diana was able to help us out right away. The staff is very accommodating, friendly, professional, and the sales floor looks immaculate! Im a little disappointed in myself for not finding these guys first. Bonus: we paid less than half what R&H quoted us.If you want a lifetime jeweler, just walk in the door and experience these guys yourself!

I am SO grateful my husband got my engagement ring and wedding band from Wedding Day. Yesterday while moving my ring got caught and completely was bent out of shape. I immediately panicked and called my husband. I was on the verge of tears when he reminded me “Don’t worry babe this is covered under warranty”. I took it in to the store and they were so understanding and patient and also confirmed it was covered under warranty. Being that the ring is less than two years old and we are in the process of moving I don’t think I could have handled having to pay for a ring repair.Seriously Wedding Days warranty is the best. Diana at Wedding Day Diamonds in Richfield, MN saved us! My husband and I originally purchased our engagement and wedding band at Rogers and Holland (spoiler alert: stay FAR FAR away from R and H!) We had a protection plan and a warranty with R and H when we purchased our rings. When Covid hit and we were due to be under quarantine with the upcoming governor announcement, out of nowhere, my hands and fingers swelled up over night. I tried absolutely everything before deciding to go into R and H to get it cut off. Oil, lotion, windex, fishing line YouTube tricks and even sticking my hand in a bowl of ice water for 7 minutes. My ring was originally sized at an 8 and it was NOT coming off. I got it cut off at the R and H in Burnesville and was told to wait 6-9 weeks before checking a new rings sized due to broken capillaries/inflammation in my fingers. Quarantine was announced and as many of you know, stores closed their doors left and right. We werent able to bring my ring in to be fixed for months. We brought my ring in to the Roseville R and H and they told us they would call us as soon as possible to discuss the repairs. No one called, after 3 weeks I asked my husband to call to see if they had any information. We were then told by an R and H representative that the cut ring was not covered under our protections or warranty and it would cost $550.00 BUT they would give us a courtesy discount of $50.00, bringing in down to $500.00. I was dumbfounded. We were so upset, we had been told it was covered when it was cut. I even wrote a long email explaining them the medical emergency and what was I suppose to do? Leave the ring on my swollen finger? They replied within 30 minutes and said it wasnt covered and they wont make any exceptions. I contacted Diana at Wedding Day and she quoted us $190.00 and was extremely communicative through the whole process. My ring was ready for pick up within a few days of dropping it off. She even customized my new size and we got it set at 9.25. It was a perfect fix **kudos to the in store jeweler who did the work!! Happy to have this whole mess over with and thankful for Wedding Day.

Diana at the Richfield, MN store had worked with my daughter to design both my daughter’s and her fiancé’s engagement rings.The rings were exquisite and loved by both women!! So a few months later I asked Diana if they could resize my mother’s wedding ring. It had recently been sized up from 4.75 to 7.25 using gold from my father’s wedding ring for me to wear, but it was too large. When the jeweler started working on my ring, the part that included the gold from my father’s ring broke off. It was too soft and too old to be used in my mom’s ring. I was in tears until Diana told me her jeweler would capture what gold she could from my dad’s ring and make a small pendant for me. When the ring and pendant came in I couldn’t believe what I saw! My mom’s ring was exactly as it was when Mom wore it but with a little more thickness and strength on the bottom, and the pendant was beautiful! The pendant was larger than I expected so the jeweler had used every bit of Dad’s gold, and it was evident that Diana had conveyed how much the gold meant to me because the jeweler created a “wow” design for the pendant that I will wear on a chain around my neck for years to come. Diana will have all of my future business. I went in with a service request, and Diana treated me the same as she would a customer who had spent $20,000 with her.

Diana was absolutely amazing! She is beyond knowledgeable, attentive, and her passion really shines through when you talk about diamonds and design. The “shopping around” session was fun, engaging, but not at all pressuring. Diana absorbed all of our likes and dislikes and helped us design the perfect rings. They also resized it quick when I got it slightly too large, and their warranty and no fine print guarantee is pretty staggering...honestly, Id recommend hitting up this place (and Riley) before wasting time shopping around. Especially online. I know those prices can appear attractive, but you GOTTA see your stones and rings in person. Its...kinda magical!

My trips to Wedding Day were amazing as Kate helped walk me through customizing an engagement ring with a combination of many small details that my fiance loves. Kate was very informative on what diamonds to look at, drew out design ideas I explained for the setting, and made this important purchase an incredibly easy and pleasant experience. When we came back to get our wedding bands, there were no surprises at how easy it was for us to narrow down what we were looking for and leave with zero concerns that we made the right choice -- even with how clueless we were at the start!. I visited the Wedding Day Diamonds store in Richfield today for the check up on my wife’s ring. We live in Duluth, MN so we usually get the ring checked while we visit during the state fair. I have had Wedding Day do a couple things for me over the past several years. They have been so helpful each time. Most recently they replaced the main diamond in my wedding ring after it was lost. They explained my options as far as a choice of stones and were careful that I knew what I could do to replace the lost stone. They got the work done in a reasonable time.The staff was warm and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Wedding Day to friends

Diana is extremely professional and welcoming. She made our experience fun, relaxed, and down to earth. Her knowledge of this stuff is clear. We wanted very unconventional rings and stones. I love that she made this happen for us at our budget and without any judgement!!! Her navigation skills were in a timely manner too. Love that. The other staff members were ready to help while we perused the options for what we wanted. They made our experience for our exciting day worth it. My fiancée and I purchased our rings at this location and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Upon walking into the store we were met by Katie and she immediately made us feel at home. She directed us towards Riley to help us shop for our rings. We were completely at ease with him as he directed us towards rings that fit our style and budget. What we really appreciated about him was that he was never pushy. He would offer suggestions based on our preferences, but we never felt liked we were being pressured. I can not recommend this store highly enough for anyone who is looking for jewelry.

The new location looks great. I took my girlfriend (now fiance!) there to look at rings and the experience was amazing. Shelby who helped us was knowledgeable and allowed us to walk around freely while my girlfriend tried on rings from all over the store. I love the accessibility of the glass display cases and the fact that the rings she tried on, while arent actual diamonds, looked identical to the actual ring when custom made. Price was great and the no fine print warranty made me feel confident in my purchase of such an important item.

Wedding Day Diamonds were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I knew almost nothing before I visited and learned so much after I left. The staff are very kind and truly care about their customers. We had an amazing experience with Wedding Day and Kate, who helped us out. Kate was absolutely excellent, the service and care was outstanding from her. She greeted us with a warm welcome, took our coats and asked if we wanted anything to drink. The whole experience was very personal, and she was happy to answer any questions especially on tough subjects like warranty, sourcing, clarity where other salespeople squirmed (probably because of questionable warranties with loop holes, other places also tried petty sales tactics.. I’m in sales.. cmon now). She was not trying to sell us, she helped us find the perfect ring and center stone which is exactly what we were looking for! She actually helped us get the ring we wanted that was originally out of our price range. We were already sold on Wedding Day based on our interaction with her. We did our research and went to different diamond suppliers in the twin cities. Here’s what we found out - Wedding Day has the best warranty we found(covered unless it’s lost, other companies seemed to have loopholes in warranties), they are completely local and I believe she said the owner is the single diamond buyer, Wedding Day does not require you to return every 6 months for cleaning/check up to uphold the warranty. I liked that they also had lab grown diamonds - some may not be a fan, we didn’t care, we like to know where the diamonds are coming from and they are more affordable. Thank you Kate and Wedding Day you earned a lifetime customer!!

Excellent service from the minute you walk in the door. Had diamonds replaced on 3 rings, another ring sized up and repaired. Professionals who do outstanding work. Especially during this pandemic, they took extra precautions to keep everyone & every thing safe
