Carl has done 3 different glass installs for me. The last one was a rear window. He supplied a quality product and did a great install. Highly recommend him.

The service that i received from Ideal Auto glass was beyond amazing. I had my windshield replaced and they came to my work that was a huge plus. The customer service was great. From scheduling all the way to installation was above and beyond. He even came back and showed me something i had questions about and put my mind at ease. Prices are very reasonable and competitive, tech was excellent and efficient. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is they ordered the wrong windshield the first time and I had to wait two more days to get the correct one installed.

We arrived into town after driving from Washington State - 1400 miles over two days, and just a couple hours outside of town (Alexandria) we had been hit by what I can only assume was a pterodactyl. We waited for an hour before being told no tow company could help us because we had 5 passengers. We got into town after midnight (Sunday night/Monday morning) and I was frantically searching for auto glass shops - no openings any sooner than 4 days out from the typical place I get referred to by my insurer.I sent a message to the website at iDeal as a last ditch attempt, and they texted me back!!! At 12:30am!! They haven’t even done the service for me yet - but after the day we had, just having a company go above and beyond, promising to do what they could to help (while not promising the moon just to get me to commit) really was just what was most needed. They were good people and helped me have a smile on my face in spite of the crazy day we had. Can’t recommend enough.

Awesome experience! Carl and his associate were quick and efficient when replacing my car window. It was super cold outside and they still took the time to vacuum the glass from the previous one. Best price for the service and seriously SO convenient because they come to you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Superb service from Carl and John. I found iDeal Auto Glass (Richfield) after doing a Google search. They had good reviews so I gave them a go. Within a few minutes of submitting an online form I received an email with an estimate to replace my windshield on site at my office in Eagan. Within a couple of business days, John installed a new windshield and for the exact price I was quoted. Very friendly people working here. This was an excellent experience for me. I highly recommend and I will use them again.
