I have been going to One Stop Mail Shoppe for MANY years and each time I come in, theres something different with what I need to get done. The owner is wonderful, knowledgeable and super personable!! He remembers me every time I walk in! I will not use the post office while One Stop Mail Shoppe is in business. Hands down, the best mailing experience I have ever had!

INCREDIBLY annoying to pickup a package from this store when you work a 8am-5pm job. i have lived in richfield for almost 3 years and have picked up several packages here over the years. the hours have never changed to/from something more convenient for 9-5 workers and every time i am forced to lock up a package here, it’s a huge hassle. if you try to leave early and arrive within 5-10 minutes of closing time, 90% of the time, the store will already be closed. there is also NO WAY to talk a real person when you call the phone number.third, this store does not require you to wear a mask nor does the owner wear a mask.

I would not advise going to this shop, especially during COVID times. The owner did not wear a mask and she greeted another customer by name who also did not wear a mask and who proceeded to smoke a Juul inside the store. I wore my mask and tried to stay as far away as possible from both of them, but I did not feel safe. I will not be returning.

Filthy!The owners don’t wear masks, so Lord only knows how much you’re risking your life walking into their tiny, dirty store. They also don’t require masks for customers. I stood outside today for 5 minutes, watching the owners prance around without masks before deciding to go to the masked, socially distanced UPS store.

Lovely local business, much more personal than going to the post office.I feel very well taken care of by the team there.

Brad is SO HELPFUL!!!! He will help you with the most convenient way to ship your stuff!! Today alone he saved me over $20!! Ive gone to the post office and they dont care about these kind of things...Brad is amazing!

This On 66th has cost me some serious Money! For some reason they Never scan the packayes in when you hand them over and never give you a recipt. I wont go to this one again!!!

Wonderful local business, super friendly, a million times better than the post office. They always get me the best shipping deal whether it be USPS, UPS, or FedEx and have all the shipping supplies you might need. They also have PO boxes if that’s something you are looking for. I highly recommend

Brad is just the greatest guy-always helpful-always with a smile. He makes sure to check that you are getting the best price. His packages always arrive with contents intact-very excellent packer. Love this guy:)

Mailing things is a hassle and my aversion to it prevents me from communicating better with my out-of-state relatives. Sending something physically still means something. I will never go anywhere else after my first experience at One Stop.Usually Im frantically trying to package my boxes with my items and make something work while the line builds at the post office. I dont have random boxes and packing material on hand.At One Stop, I walked in with my items and Brad quickly and efficiently packaged them up and sent them off, saving me multiple trips. He found the least expensive option for each package. Im so happy I found this place.

Friendliest guy ever. Always gives great deals or let’s you know what the prices of other places are in comparison. Gives the best fax prices around(even out of state!) I hardly ever go to the Post Office anymore.

They are open 9 am to 5 pm only, which is when most people work. At least either open from 8:30 or close at 5:30, so people can pick up their packages (the extra half hour makes a whole lot of difference). The timing of their open hours is incredibly inconvenient, and I would rather wish UPS would not leave my packages there.

Theyre signing the door says Master required but when I came in today neither the owner or the female employee were wearing masks and the guy that came in after me made fun of me for wearing mine sorry you just lost a customer.

Horrible place. So unprofessional. They close their shop the one day I could make it to pick up my UPS package. Worst part is they claim to be open online, yet are closed in real life. WTH!! They simply put up sign saying they’re closed, and not even put it in online. I wasted gas money and this UPS pickup point is not convenient when I live in Bloomington. What happened to Ace Hardware Store being a UPS pickup point? Now that was a great store that is open the days they say that they are open. This shop is so bad and fake. Stay true to your opening days!!!

I dont write reviews often, but I HAD to write one on Brad. My friend sent a couple packages through One Stop Mail and thanks to our lovely USPS system it took 2 weeks for a very important document to be delivered. And it was finally delivered thanks to Brad for taking time out of his weekend to go the USPS office, then calling consumer affairs and begging them to track the package down in TX making them aware of the importance and urgency of that document. Its hard to find people that will go the extra mile after according to their perspective have done all they can. Brad took it upon himself to make sure the package was delivered and kept me in the loop with the conversations/emails he had w/Consumer affairs. Thank YOU Brad!

Pack it - Stamp it - Ship it - Send it - Worry Free. I have been sending money western union to the Philippines and packages around the world for years through these guys and never a problem. I would not want to go anywhere else. A couple of Minnesota nice guys.

Michelle is one of the kindest people Ive ever met. My shipment was dropped off there and couldnt be delivered. She even met me on a Saturday when the store was already closed to make sure I got my package. If there were 6 stars I would give them 6

I like the Convenient location at the corner of Penn and 66th Street in Richfield is close to 35w and Hwy 62 crosstown freeway access. Also, both 494 and Southdale are not that far away either.
