Bad communication with people?? They say that you can text or call, When you’re going to miss work? So I texted them.that I was going to miss work.On a Sunday! Get a call Monday Morning, asking me WhY?? I didn’t show up for work? when I sent them a Text! Working for a temporary agency, Your treated like your not a human.Just a money ticket!!

I work in the building and no one is here and it’s been closed since I started working in February 2021

I applied for many jobs online in my job search. Apple one left messages about several opportunities, so I called them back. I was able to get connected to a job that I would consider my dream job! I went in for an interview that same day, with the representative that I talked to. He was professional and yet made me feel comfortable. He asked me some questions but at the end actually helped me improve my resume and was amazing with keeping in touch and answering my questions promptly and thoroughly! He set up an interview with the company he found and had me come meet with him for interview prep. He gave me a professional looking folder with 2 copies of my resume and other information to give to the people I was to be interviewed by. He then gave me a folder that had information about the company I would be interviewing for and the address and directions to the company and made sure I had a pen and paper to write questions and other information for the interview. I have never had a staffing company be so thorough and accommodating!!! Cant give enough thumbs up!!!!!! I will only use Appleone Staffing from here on out!!!

Poor communication, and the recruiter I originally had talked to used the cell number I gave him to keep texting me messages unrelated to job searching after usual business hours...and eventually asked me if I was interested in dating him using that number. Additionally, I had needed to arrive later than planned for my interview with the recruiter, but had let him know before arriving. When I arrived, the supervisor at this location looked at me and made a sneering, rude-toned comment about me having arrived to the receptionist, with no effort to keep his voice down as I waited in the lobby. Unprofessional, all around.

The worst agency I worked with. awful communicators, did respond for several days on end. Every submission had to be passed through a manager. Was intrigued by several positions to be later told I couldnt be submitted due to compliance on there end? I suggest communicating your intentions and/ or tell candidates you can not help them. 7 Months with not 1 interview from Appleone, and dozens from other agencies. Sounds like an Appleone Issue.

The most disappointing employment agency I have ever interviewed with. The interviewer looked me up and down, glanced at my resume and began offering me work which my cover letter clearly stated that I was not interested in. I was looking for part time work because I was going back to school in my late thirties. The interviewer literally tried to talk me out of going to school. They insinuated that I was too old and my time was better spent making money. They asked me one interview question and did not even allow me to answer it. The showstopper was when they flat out stated that the only work they would offer me was a full time call center job BECAUSE THAT WOULD PAD HER MONTHLY BONUS AND ANYTHING ELSE WAS A WASTE OF HER TIME. I found suitable work elsewhere but they kept calling/emailing me for weeks. The twin cities has a vibrant diverse job market. Skip the employment agencies and look for work on your own. These cheeseballs are a bunch of high pressure botoxed buffoons.
