Very clean, tables to fold on, super large washers and dryers to wash all your laundry needs. Shot out to Fernando and his outstanding, outgoing helpfulness! I will be back for sure.

I paid $47 to have my special occasion dress dry cleaned here and after the occasion I went to clean and press and paid $12!! I will never go here again and advise everyone else to shop around be for settling for pilgrims over pricing.

Big washing Machines were 12$ for 44 mins . Pillows still came out dirty . Dryers didn’t dry good either . Don’t come . Go somewhere else .

Giving it 5 stars only because the lady there was nice enough to give me a free load. The coin machine onsite gave me coins that didnt work. But lots of machines just pricey.

Cleanest laundry mat Ive been to in the twin cities. Absolutely doing all my laundry here! Also, well staffed.

Dropped off a men’s suit and a beautiful, custom tailored long dress. When I went to pick up the 3 items, the woman working behind the counter left and returned with just 2 items and started ringing me up. I told her I had one more dress (on the receipt) that I was picking up and she seemed confused and left. It was as if she didn’t even realize there were 3 items on the receipt, or didn’t want to say anything to see if I noticed. Once she returned she told me they couldn’t find it. I was furious. I told her it was expensive, custom tailored, and what do you mean you can’t find it?! She asked how expensive it was (as if that mattered), but when I told her $300, she just said, “oh.” They told me they would have the manager call me. After several days of no communication from the manager even after I kept calling, I was finally reached and told “sorry.” I filed a missing garment form to get my money back. I did end up receiving what I paid for it back (it had only been worn once to a wedding), but the lack of customer service or care frustrated me. How do you just lose an article of clothing? I felt as though they weren’t being forthcoming with the details, and were just hoping I wouldn’t notice, so I’m never going back there again.

I love this place. It is new, clean and classic. The area is good because you can go and catch food, drink and even do shopping.

Apparently this place is separately owned from the other locations hence why it would cost $12 a shirt to dry clean and $12 a pair of slacks. Nice enough people but no posting of cost or services just a surprise bill. If you don’t mind the expense go here but the other locations are less expensive and do the same quality of work.

Friendly, helpful staff. Have always done a great job on my clothes. I come in weekly with a mix of mens and womens items, as well as household things such as down comforters. Given the volume of what I clean, THEY actually suggested their customer loyalty program with convenient labeled reusable bags for me to put my laundry in and drop off, and receive a discount to boot. I have been coming here for upwards of 8 years and am very happy with the service and quality.

This dry cleaner is great! Ive used them for about 15 years. Always outstanding service, thorough cleaning and stain removal, they can outsource your tailoring. Prices are fair, and you get a discount if you get their laundry bags. Ive never been disappointed. Lisa and Kim are great. They go above and beyond. They also have a small laundromat that Ive never used but everything looks sparkling clean, its bright, and well lit and well maintained.

I would not recommend.I went to Pilgrim Cleaners to get my wedding dress cleaned after our ceremony since I had two receptions I was going to wear my dress to. The associate was uncertain they would be able to get my dress done in time and uncertain of the price and told me the store was to call me if the price was to change from her quote or they were unable to get it done in time. I never received any phone calls and went to pick up my dress to find the cleaners not only shrunk my wedding dress, but frayed the bottom of my cathedral train, tore a button and bent the eye hooks. The associate said I should have singed a release and they would give me $25.00 off my bill.... after ruining my custom designed wedding dress, they gave me $25.00 off.

After living in the UMMC with my husband for over a month and washing and hang drying my cloths by hand. I searched and called many laundry services but none would pick up at my location until I found Pilgrim Cleaners. Im limited on clothing and many other cleaners only offer pick up and deliver the following week Pilgrim Cleaners are able to pick up right away and deliver the very next day! Their wash and fold service is a life saver!

This place was super clean, well-lit, and affordable. The wash is pretty steep but the cheap dry makes it worth it. The counter typically has change available as well.

The machine crapped out halfway through and had to drive to go hunting for a drier because they were closing. Go somewhere else with reliable machines.

I want to say this is the best laundry matt I have gone to around richfield area. Its always clean and is well staffed and the employees are ready to help.

Pilgrim Cleaners in Richfield basically saved my wedding day by going above and beyond! I got married 2 months ago, and I had brought my dress to be cleaned and steamed at another cleaner. When I picked up the dress the day before my wedding, I brought it home and removed it from the bag, and it was incredibly wrinkly and the fabric flower (that I had asked them to take special care of) was nearly ruined and hanging by a thread. It was the day before my wedding and my gorgeous silk wedding gown looked frumpy and disheveled - I was absolutely devastated!Pilgrim Cleaners is near my home, so, in a panic, I rushed the dress there. Without batting an eye, one of their employees stayed nearly 2 hours late to steam my dress and made extra certain that I was able to take a look at the dress during the process so I would feel sure that it was going to look great for my wedding day. They even steamed and tacked the fabric flower back on so it looked new again! I absolutely do not know what I would have done without the kindness of the folks at Pilgrim Cleaners that day – and on top of that, I felt that the price was very reasonable, especially considering that it was such a last-minute request. I would highly recommend Pilgrim Cleaners for all of your routine and special occasion cleaning needs!

A great place to keep yourself looking good

Very clean and the staff was helpful. Coin machines were very clean. Cant rate the dry cleaning portion of their services, but people should realize that EVERYONES clothes, ALL THE TIME will not come out perfect. Mistakes are made and it shouldnt be the end of the world when something happens. Its an article of clothing for Petes sake! If you are looking for perfection I seriously doubt youll find it on this planet. I travel all over the US and see some pretty dumpy laundromats and this one is among the better ones Ive seen. Thanks ladies for the help you provided. To the owner, glad to see someone taking pride in their business!

Clean, front load washer/dryers, friendly staff, little shopping area across the road and other places to grab quick bite to eat, not much seating area and limited tables for folding. Definitely worth the trip, an easy trip from hotel.

Brought my nice bright red expensive Polo shirt in to get cleaned on Jan 12th came to pick it up Jan 13th and the idiots lost my shirt. I will def be calling the BBB Mon about it!!! Wont ever come here again!!!!

They lost my clothes before, too pricey.

They ruined an article of clothing when they dry cleaned it.I understand stuff happens but the manager said it was woreout thats what happened. I am 54 years old and just dontwear wore out jackets. I pushed the jacket over the counterand said throw it away, its no good to me now. Also I was washingour laundry one weekend 4 months earlier at pilgrim cleaners on66th and noticed that a commercial rug company with largerubber backed rugs like the kind you see on the floor atAuto Zone was being pulled out of atleast 10 big front loaders and put into the dryers.I was thinking that those nasty rugs just came out of thewasher just like the one I used for my comforter. Had to take my expensivecomforter to another laundry mat and rewash it. Never go there again.
