We were looking for a chauffeur for the day of my fathers funeral, and I am so glad I chose this company. Our experience was professional and high quality from the very beginning when we began the booking with the owner. Briggs, our driver, really put our experience over the top. We could not have asked for a more professional, kind, sincere, helpful and wonderful person to be with us on this day. The car was immaculate and just right for our needs. I cant finish the review without reiterating just how amazing our driver was. A really nice experience that helped to make a very tough day a lot better.

Adam, President and CEO, was my driver and scheduler during Covid. He was highly protective of my immune compromised system as I landed at MSP airport and he drove me to have surgery at Mayo Clinic. I booked him again to return to airport 3 weeks later to airport after surgery. He promptly picked me up each time. I was alone with 2 large bags. I never touched my bags and on the return trip he helped me to the wheelchair service. It was such peace of mind for my husband many states away and for myself. I highly recommend this service especially if you need personal attention and help. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are safe and as germ free as possible. Thanks again, Adam!

Excellent service. I spoke with Adam when we made our reservation and he offered us the best price out of the different limo services we called. The driver was kind and professional, he kept track of our flight so he knew that we were delayed, and he was very good about texting us and keeping us in the loop about his arrival status and location so we didn’t have to worry about getting lost looking for him at the airport. The car was clean and he knew the fastest route to avoid traffic, so we were on time for our meeting despite our flight arriving late. Absolutely will be calling again for service next time we are in Minneapolis.

Stay away stay away. I wish I had looked them up first. Yes theyre cheaper than Lyft or a taxi but the service is horrible terrible and even worse. There is No Connection The DriverNo cell phones??Amazing bad service.Please do not keep them in business.Wish I could give them zero Star.

Worst customer service ever. After booking our limo date incorrectly, they refused to aknowledge their error and refused to send a limo or reimburse us for the cost. Customer service rep was extremely rude. Do not book this limo service.
