Despite the short amount of notice we gave them, Gold Crown Valet Service was able to accommodate exactly what we needed and when we needed it. They were on time for our event, the showed up looking very professional, and they were an absolute delight to have around for the night. Gold Crown deserves a gold crown haha. The staff are absolutely awesome! Theyre incredibly polite, theyre professional, they showed up right on time. Guests have made compliments specifically about the valet service, they keep their prices competitive, and any time you ever have even the slightest issue theyre willing to go out of their way to fix it. They truly care about their customers and it shows.

First time to hire and most likely last. They were recommended by a non-profit and thought Ill try them. As far as the service I can not comment since I did not get to meet any of the drivers or manager. I was the chair of the event and was busy but not so busy they couldnt find me. At the end they left without communicating with me yet again and a few people did not know where there keys were left and became panicked. This was resolved. My main problem is they gave me a quote for exactly what We received but when I got the bill it was $276.00 over the quoted price. I have called 3 plus times and have been told the person I need to talk to is too busy and will call me back. Still no return call and the event was over a week ago.

Ive used Gold Crown Valet a few times in the past and have been quite pleased with them each and every time. Ive seen the valets routinely park High end vehicles ranging from Lamborghinis to Bentleys and they always take the best care of the vehicles and the owners of the vehicles. Weve never had any complaints about them from any of our guests. I trust them with my car and Im happy theyre in the neighborhood.

They really set the mood going into the event, the gentleman that parked my car was professional yet fun, really cool guy. He was respectful of my car and actually threw out some trash i had in the floor board. Thanks!

We hired Gold Crown for parking at our annual event that attracts nearly 1000 guests. They did an excellent job keeping traffic flowing, guiding the parking process, and keeping the event parking very tidy. Professional, courteous, and helpful

I really dont understand the bad reviews on here. I have used Gold Crown for a long time (easily 4 or 5 different events) and always had perfect service. They remember my name staff my jobs with great people and have handled some very tough parking situations. I think theyre great and will continue to use them as my go to provider for this service.

I wish Google had worse rating than 1 star. By far the worst valet company weve ever dealt with. Didnt show up for the event, when I called they finally sent someone 15 minutes before the event was over and we couldnt use them. Instead of an apology for ruining our event, they had the audacity to ask for a payment, and when we refused since we received absolutely no service, they had the guts to sue us. Some people should not be in business, and the way the owner and his manager responded its obvious these guys like to threaten with lawsuits and extort money out of their clients, since most of the people who hire them would usually prefer not to go to court. Absolute shame that idiots like these are allowed to be in business.

Lol. Emailed then months ago asking for a quote and they emailed me a week before my event wanting my business. Be warned of the 4 month turn around time.

My car is a little finicky and the gear shifter sometimes sticks, the valet service was especially careful with my car, the were very polite and kind.
