I have used Texas Tree Guy for many years and have never had anything but a great experience from beginning to end. They are responsive, professional and do a great job of taking care of my beautiful trees which adds value to my home and neighborhood. I give them my highest recommendation for outstanding service at a great price.
Have used Texas Tree Guy service at both my home and rental properties I own with very large trees. Always quick, responsive and and do a great job at a fair price.... will be using them again in the near future
Texas Tree Guy did an excellent job on trimming my trees. My trees had grown over my house and over my driveway. They came on time and trimmed quickly and clean up all the branches and leaves. He even trimmed and applied chemicals to a tree that was dying. It has come back to life and is showing new growth. He saved my tree.
Texas Tree Guy did an excellent job removing branches that touched my condo which created a HOA violation. It looks great now. He got to it when he said he could and the pricing was reasonable.
Thorough and professional job. They did a 100% clean up.
Texas Tree Guy has pruned our trees several times. Excellent work, on time and on budget.
A tree fell in my front yard blocking the street. The Tree guys came by and did an excellent job getting rid of the branches and opening up the road. They were professional and very efficient. I definitely recommend them if you need their services.
We received a flyer on our door just after we were discussing the trees that were touching the roof of our home. My husband called them the next day, and they came out very quickly! They were kind enough to make some extra calls when they were on their way so I could arrange for the kids to be inside and out of the way. My neighbor across the street asked if they could work in her yard, too - and they did. Thank you very much!
Called Ryan about two older trees in the front yard that large limbs hung out over the house. He bid the project at a reasonable price and his crew came out the next day to start and finish the job. Ryan was a really nice guy and his crew finished fast. Several issues came up, but none they couldnt handle. Id call him again as they did a great job on both trees. -Marc
Did trimming and dead limb removal for my Oak and Pecan trees . Great job, professional and expedient, would recommend them to anyone .
We have three big pecan trees in our back yard that were encroaching on our roof and chimney area, and they needed to be trimmed back. Ryan came out and gave us a very fair estimate, and when we called back to schedule something he worked us in the same week - - his guys did a great job. Fantastic service - will definitely use again for future tree trimming needs!
Wow!!! Awesome service Ryan. I have been looking for a tree guy like Ryan in the tree business forever. Ryan has always been courteous and on time. His prices are great. He is trustworthy. Bottom line he is knows what he is doing. I know several others that have used his services and they all rave about his work. I have learned along time ago when you find the best you stick with them and Ryan is definitely on my speed dial.
Very pleased with Texas Tree Guy. They showed up as scheduled for both the consultation and the actual service day. The work quality was terrific and the team was very conscientious. Ill absolutely use them again.
I called Texas Tree Guy because neighbors on both sides of my home REFUSED to take care of their trees. The City of Plano says it is a civil matter, therefore taking money from my pocket to care for their trees.Ryan came out the same day listened to my dilemma, provided valuable advice and gave a very reasonable bid. He also spoke to my neighbors to see if theyd participate in the care and expense. I was mortified to hear one of the neighbors cussed Ryan out for even inquiring. They still took the job, two men came out and did an EXCELLENT job. It ended up taking two days and when they were running late they called and kept me informed.Texas Tree Guy lives up to their motto: When we are finished tree trimming, our goal is to always leave something better than the way we found it.I highly recommend Texas Tree Guy for your tree needs :) You will NOT be disappointed.
Texas tree guy was a great company to work with! Ryan was very prompt with my estimate and was out the next day! I had a very over grown and ugly fruitless mulberry tree that now makes the front of my house look awesome!!
My wife and I recently moved into a new house. Unfortunately, the previous owners had neglected three fir trees and a few magnolia trees on the property, and they needed some serious pruning. I received about 5 estimates, but Ryan and the Texas Tree Guys were the most affordable. In addition, Ryan was willing to come out the next day, since bulk trash day was being picked up then. He easily could have scheduled something later, so he could charge the addtional carry-away fee, but he didnt. It really showed how he was more concerned for our wellbeing than his, and that was much appreciated. They came out the next day, took care of everything, and the trees look awesome. Neighbors even came by to thank us for the work - it makes everybodys properties look better. Great company, great response time, and they work hard. 5 stars.
Tried to get 2 trees trimmed but communication between him and his customers are very weak. Will not use.If you cancel he will send you a profanity filled text.
Thanks Ryan for your very good past service trimming my Red oak tree. Special thanks for having a truck stop by to trim a dead branch from the tree, no charge to me.
This is the most unprofessional person Ive worked with on a home project. He initially came out and trimed the trees we needed trimed. That went ok, but we also needed a stump ground up. He said he would need to rent the equipment, but that hed follow up I a few days and set up a time. That never happened.Like I said, the tree trimming went ok. They never told us when they were done and that they were leaving, and they didnt give us an invoice or ask to get paid.A week later my spouse called him, after we didnt hear anything, and because we had not paid him for the work he did do. He again committed to getting the equipment and grinding the stump and said he would follow up in a few days. He also committed to sending an invoice for the services that had been rendered to this point. Neither of these things happened. Finally, today, weeks after initially asking for the service, he sent out another contractor to grind the stump. These people showed up without so much as a phone call. There was no one home. My dogs were in the back yard. The people who came to do the work parked in the alley, blocking neighbors driveways. Again: no one was home and here had been no contact from Mr Texas Tree Guy for more than a week; the two people who showed up to do the work simply were not authorized to do so. Had someone called before people came to my house or even called after they got there and realized no one was home, the story would be different.Obviously we werent happy to come home to discover this. We honestly thought he blew the job off and either forgot to send a invoice, or was too embarrassed to after not following up.So when we called to express our concern that random people were in our backyard with our dogs and that there had been contact prior people showing up to do the work, Mr Texas Tree Guy got very angry and threatening. When I stated that I didnt think we should have to pay for the stump grinding due to the reasons I outlined, he said you will pay me god damnit it! I hung up on him after he cussed at me. He then called back and spoke to my spouse when he threatened to show up at our house and make me pay him.I did finally get an invoice after the telephone threats, though.
Great service great guys
