They would have suffered too during pandemic.It looks so greedy and may result in losing 90 percent of your customer base.

The Owner is very unprofessional. When there is a bad review from thier clients. He will turn around and attack your business, like my business. I went to get a consultation about filing federal tax return, it cost me $40 dollars that I paid upfront, after receiving all the documents, they said that I have to pay full $400 to get the consultation. They wasted my time and their own time. When you ask what consultation you give, then they will not talk to you at all. Discriminates the clients, very rude person on the phone.

Guys beware, the place is running a fraud business. The place of business is an absolute mess. Does not even deserve one star. I completely agree with Gina Roberts. The co-owner lady valerie who works here is extremely rude to customers in person and over email. She refused to provide my 2015 tax return copy upon request that I fully paid for, which is illegal per IRS. I have filed a complained to IRS regarding their business. They pump up their ratings through bots and family members accounts. You can go through all the negative reviews and read between the lines who is telling the truth. There are many honest and hassle free tax preparers who still believe in the concept of customer service in the area so pick wisely.
