Bill did an amazing job. He visited daily until we got the problem under control then visited weekly to verify all was permanently fixed. Great, great service!

He spent so much time working to get rid of our rat who turned out to be a little “Einstein.” He was extremely clever, but not as clever as Bill. You can’t go wrong with him. Very reliable, very resourceful, very tenacious and the most reasonable ever.

Bill is exceedingly thorough, provides great value, really personalizes the service with various options and says call when I need him. No contact needed. Great follow up. When I had little bugs in my flour, he helped me clean out the pantry and told me what had to be trashed, what could be contained and observed and what was safe. His attention and assistance just blew me away. I am always happy with this service.

Bill Young with Alert Pest Control in Richardson, TX is the best! He not only looks for the cause to treat the problem, he fixes things he sees that may cause problems in the future. As an example, while treating the outside of my house after I moved in, he blocked a hole in one of my pier and beam vent screens so rodents cannot get in under the house. Today he went into the crawl space to see if I might have a leak that could be attracting some pesky bugs I am seeing. He is honest, reliable, thorough, and an all around nice guy! Highly recommend him.
