Pedicure was awesome. Powder nails were horrible. Nail technician take could not shape my nails and they were too and they were too thick. I just will not go back.

My dark skinned friend and I went and got matching simple sets, she was charged $35, I was charged $58 yet mine was really streaky. I truly didnt appreciate her asking personal questions about my broken leg too, I told her what happened and she whispered if my boyfriend was black? Like what type of question is that?!!!!! I grew up coming here, I feel VERY disrespected, never coming back. sorry

This was yesterday. My grandaughter got dip nails. Per Kim I should have asked for a manicure as well which is 5.00 moreThis was 35.00 and I am totally not pleased In what world is this acceptable?

This place gets a full star because half or less of a star is not an option.Only stopped in on a spur of the moment, convenient time opportunity, while in the adjacent Shopping Center.Received a full set of nails and my teenager received a manicure.The final outcome of my fingernails is the worst Ive ever had! (This confirms my decision in driving an hour away in following my usual nail lady for the lasy 8yrs!) My nails are Lumpy, oddly shaped, and poorly glossed. Theyre just completely BOTCHED, even after I gave multiple directions and received multiple redos. I should have taken the sign of no customers present at 4 p.m. on a Monday more seriously. Five employees present (well sort of... they were all eating, playing on their phone, enjoying their own pedicure chair massager and just tending to themselves)The owning & only male of the bunch did my nails. I had to ask repeatedly for revisions, such as, can you use a wider tip? Can you add more powder to the side? Can you file this to look more even? Can you add more gloss to the tip? Etc. It was as if he had never done a set of Nails in life!The license that is supposed to be displayed was in a small frame but turned backwards and not visible at all. (Wonder why!?)My kids manicure was no better! Upon arriving home, she removed the Polish and repainted her own nails.So in my experience Id advise DO NOT USE this place.... picture proven.

This was my first time going to TL Nails and they were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and the service was great. The prices are also very reasonable. I have gone to several different nail shops for the past couple of months in search of one that I can become a regular customer to and today I found one. I just started to come to this nail salon and its a great place. The staff members are really nice and they do a really good job.

I go here every time, I prefer Ms Kim doing my nails but she’s got a few good people working that do a good job!

I called up and they fit me right into their schedule. They are very attentive and gentle while working on my feet. The shop is calm and clean. I was able to relax and enjoy the time I was there.

Changing from my last review. First I gave 4 stars now 2. Changing employees too much and Kim is random with her prices. Even though its a BIG ASS sign on the front window for a full set is $18 but wanted me to pay $25. They tried to tell me says Monday to Thursday but we looked and no it does not. So I had to freaking negotiate! $45 smh. Tried to say $25 because I got round nails. Oh so if I got square its $18. Then $25 for pedicure. Ok. Id rather spend $50 if the service and technique was flawless!!! Im disputing the charge. Let me go back to my Detroit hustlers.

Usually very picky about my nails and who does them but they looked so bad I needed to get them done and this was the closest place to me. Very surprised at how well Mary did my nails. I did powder gel and had to get 3 nails fixed and my total was $35.00 which is considered on the cheaper end. Definitely happy with this visit and will most definitely go back.

I’ve been here once I liked the way they did my pedicure the second time I came here I wanted a refill on my nails and the three nails that were missing I told him I wanted it to look the ssame way as I had them before and he said it was fine once he started working on them I noticed that they looked squared instead of coffin I was freaking out a little bit cause they were starting to look long and skinny which I didn’t ask for after he told me to go wash my hands I saw them and they did not look even at all the ones he put back on did not match the others the way I wanted it. The man painted my nails over and over like at least 5 times and they looked lumpy I do not recommend this place at all I rather go to a different nail salon that cost more and does them right.

Prices don’t match signage, Very busy, lacking personnel. My first visit was great, however the last two were rushed, rude, and the Manager Kim was not pleasant. The shop should be closed for a thorough cleaning and they should use liners on the pedi stations.I won’t be returning.

I absolutely love this nail salon! I do not go anywhere else because Ive been coming here since I can remember. Kim always does my nails and Cindy is my go to person for my pedicures. They are always willing to come in early or stay late for their customers. I like to brag about TL nails because theyre that great.

Great customer service and nice atmosphere. My nails always look amazing and last for 3-4 weeks. I am always very pleased with their friendly and personable nail techs.

Dont waste your time and money. My mom and I used to frequent this place often. They are only good on your first trip after that its all down hill and their prices are very confusing because it depends on what type of day they are having with customers on how much they will charge you. If they are slow everything is a 5 to 10 dollar up charge and they swear youve paid the higher price before but I guarantee you havent. The higher price doesnt come with a better outcome with your nails or feet. I have wasted so much money on deluxe pedicures to only have half polished toes and ruff feet. Then when your nails chips in a day and you need a repair they will not fix in lieu of their botched up work its another 3 dollar charge to fix their poor work. I am done with this jacked up place. Kim should be ashamed to mislead her customers. That will explain their high turnover with staff, she basically has her entire family flown in from over seas to help due to her burning bridges with her employees.

Ive been going here off and on for about 3 or 4 years. When I first began visiting this place they did a good job and would place your feet in bags of wax and other treatments all for the price of a pedicure about $18. I went in the other day and asked how much a pedicure would cost because i notice the sign in the window was removed. She said $20. Ok, no big deal. She soaked my feet in water with not much solution and cleaned my toenails. then the lady ask do i want her to clean the soles of my feet. I thought to myself why is she asking me that. so i said yes. so she proceeds to clean the soles of my feet. polished my toenails and when i went to pay the $20 she said $25. the soles of your feet were not included. The time before that they did the same thing with my nails it was suppose to be $23 for full set of nails and it was $28. said something about my cuticles. from now on I will be going to NEON NAILS or doing my hands and feet my self. Tired of playing stupid games with them and my money!

Stay away from these place! The very First table when you enter in. Lady that sits there over charged me. $45 for full set nails is ridiculous! And she did a terrible job. Also her hand shakes so much I don’t know why she does nails if her hand shakes so much! They always change their prices and I think I’m better off with Foxi Nails right down the street on Coit

I lost my big toenail due to fungus I’m sure was from my pedicure here. I knew it was risky when I saw their tools aren’t sanitized, they don’t use liners in the foot bath, and when they “clean” the foot bath they spray 3 times and turn the water on and swish it around with an old sponge. They are nice people, it’s just too much of a risk when you dealing with other people’s DNA and fungus all over the place.My toenail is growing back, but it’s been a terrible thing to have to deal with, and painful!

The people were very nice but the job that was done mad not good at all. I came in for a mani-pedi and the polish didn’t even last 24 hours the polished was chipped on my hands as well as toes. I don’t think I will go back to them again

Very great customer service, every one was very friendly I took my 4 yr old daughter to get both our mani & pedis and they only charged $50 and took a little over an hour! We were very pleased, will be coming here more often.

THE Best nail salon in the city! TL Nails is my absolute favorite nail salon. A friend and I have been going to TL for our mani/pedis for over 8 years now. I live 15 miles away but it is totally worth the trip! Ive tried other salons closer to home and theyre usually much more expensive, plus the quality of the service is never as good. Her salon is very clean, and Kim and her staff are very friendly. They ALWAYS do an amazing job on my nails!!

Made an appointment to get my nails done for my wedding. I wanted either the dip or gel French manicure, and Kim stated that they do not offer that there. I should have just left then. But I didnt have time to go somewhere else and she kept trying to get me to do acrylic. I didnt want acrylic at all. I ended up doing a glittery white dip and hated it because it was so thick and lumpy and not glittery. I also did the paint on French manicure on my toes and the lady doing it did not speak English and I told her about 5 times that I wanted the white to be thinner and she just didnt get it. And she only put one layer of top coat so it wasnt shiney. At that point I was already in there for two hours and was ready to get the heck out. I went back the next day and explained to Kim the situation with my nails and instead of just apologizing and fixing it she kept trying to make it seem like its just me. Then of course, she started speaking Vietnamese with the other ladies and laughing and started getting sarcastic with other things she was saying to me such as we only put two layers of top coat if you ask for it, do you want it? And she kept cutting my skin with the metal machine grinder and kept saying its bc you want it thinner. She cut my wedding finger up bad! RUDE! My mother-in-law also came in with me and she requested to have oval white tips and they decided to charge her $5 more to make them oval, however, they were not oval they were a semi stiletto just so that they could cut corners and make it quick (pun intended.) I will not be going back!

I went there yesterday for a cut down Nd polish change Nd was charges 13 I thought polish change was 5 and cut down 3! I was in a hurry and realized it after the fact! But tomorrow I will find out

This place is full of mess..these people change prices according to their lack of customers. They are un sanitary with their wax and nail products. Everytime I go something has gone up and its Ridicoulous the owner Kym lies and does mediocre Nails. They got rid of the great nail techs due to jealousy Ann was the best but now you have Kym who is always busy but isnt great. Youre greeted by gnats and them begging you to get unesscary services due to their commission based services. Its a racket then they prey on customers due to them feeling like you have money to spare...Run do not start because the service is awful you leave with your nails and cuticle damaged its not worth it. Never again this place is the worst and did I mention they treat different ethnicities better than the other as if my money is different rude pretentious people.
