This place is excellent. They have catered to me on several occasions. Everything I have purchased from them to date has been fresh. The people are nice and the butcher is great....

The guy that works there on the weekends with the glasses has become extremely rude to his customers. If you cant find something he tells you to get your eyes checked. Who talks like that to their customers? He gives an attitude everytime you want some customizations. Luckily the madina market down the street has better selection plus better service

They are way over priced. They charged me 4.89 per pound for chicken quarter legs. Other places in Richardson and plano charge 1.99 per pound. For whole chicken these guys are charging 3.99 per pound vs 2.29 per pound at other place. I usually dont pay attention to price until today....I paid $16 for a whole chicken which is not organic and $14 for 8 chicken legs. Avoid this place.

I am very pleased with the owners and the way they treat their customers. I recently moved to Plano and went there for a whole goat. The meat was excellent, cooked very well. I will be making this my place to get all meat related products. Keep up the good work, the store is well kept in terms of hygiene. 👍

Would love to patronize the store more but challenges abound. Rushing in just before closing hours invariably means I do not get the meat I want - butcher has gone for the day or some other excuse. The stock is depleted often and very polite excuses are offered.I suspect that one has to ingratiate with the management to secure custom cuts. I like some of the chicken cuts but the place is definitely serving niche needs because the specialty cuts for the other meats are never on display. And since I have not been accommodated with my requests for other cuts of meat I am reluctant to drive expressly for single store shopping.

They always have fresh meat, and reasonable prices. And they offer all types of steaks but you have to let them know in advance.

Prices are high and when asked for fresh meat given frozen meat. If you are charging premium for meat, I expect you provide proper service and what I payed for..

You pay extra for hand cut pieces of meat/chicken but bones were crushed. When I pointed this out I was told thats how it is... wait a minute did I not just pay extra so that meat was cut the way I want? Fair price but poor service

My wife bought 2 whole chickens, after 4 hours kept in Refrigerator she found out that there is a dark spot under wing and chickens has britlle bones! They refused to return neither exchange! so rude... no customer service satisfaction or whatsoever! Not recommend this place but if you got to, make sure you check your meat and let them show it to you while you there!
