Me and my wife are adopting children, one of the last things to cross off were to get fire extinguishers, we buy 2 from walmart, 30 a piece, and it was only 5 a piece for inspection. We arrive and the man at the counter asked if we were fostering, I said yes, he immediately asked if I had the receipt for the still in box fire extinguishers, I think we did, why? he showed me that to test the ones i brought he has to spray them to test (makes sense) but the kiddie brand have a gauge that says to discard after use 6 yrs. the ones he provides last 40-50. I asked how much. Free. He will literally give them to us, inspect them, all for free. Im shocked. Apparently they do inspections for families adopting a lot, and the owner said why are we charging families to take care of children? so they order extra and provide them for free. He also asked if I lived in a 2 story house, I do, they gave us a fire escape ladder. I was fighting back tears. Thank you Richardson Fire Equipment, you truly are a blessing and I cant describe how thankful I am.

Amazing company with amazing values!

We have used major national company before and these guys beat them by a large margin. They are always on time, you call and they call you back,leave invoice and you pay. Super professional....if they inspect your fire extinguishers they will also warranty them, so if they are low they will stand back behind their work. A + great to do business with!

James patiently answered all of my questions on the phone and also serviced my two extinguishers when I brought them in the next day. The process was quick and inexpensive and now my small business is compliant. Thank you!

They have a guy that travels to shops to renew expired tags for Retail shops. He charges $65 when he comes to you but if you take it to them it’s only $10 to renew so save the money Richardson is not far... At his price you can buy a brand new one every year..

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. I schedule a fire extinguisher service through Daron Day. He kept telling me he would have someone out no problem and ended up rescheduling 3 times, WHICH I HAD TO CALL AND FIND OUT NO ONE WAS COMING EACH TIME. His excuse was things came up. Thats how you treat a paying customer?! I am now being fined by the Fire Marshall because even though my extinguishers WOULD have been up to date, Daron kept giving me the run around until I finally decided to just cut my losses and find another company.

Great customer service

Flat out denied our business said his tech was to busy to come to the site. Told him we were in no rush and still refused to service us unless we bought all the extinguishers to him what a joke.
