I have been going to Harmony for about 3 years now. She has been great for my kids and myself in opening a new line of communication with each other, and also deal with real world issues. Harmony has helped with some of the hardest situations in our life without judging, but also giving the necessary criticism if needed.

Harmony is an absolutely phenomenal therapist! She is not just a “make you feel good” therapist who tells you what you want to hear to feel better. She challenges you, turns your questions back to you in order to give tools to work through things yourself, and helps you maintain focus of the real issues - not the ones you “create” or focus on to avoid the root problem(s). She suggests supplemental reading, and encourages you to move at your speed of healing and dealing; after all, you only change when you’re truly motivated to do so, not before. Harmony provides motivation and encouragement, reminding you that you do have the strength to do the work on yourself and your relationships...but it is up to you to keep going even when it gets tough.After going through the death of my mother and a divorce concurrently, and recognizing my unhealthy coping mechanisms of throwing myself into work and feeding my codependent tendencies, I dedicated 2017 to working on becoming the version of myself I kept saying I wanted to be. I’m thankful that I found Harmony to help guide me along this journey! I can now say I have joy, I am happy, and I love myself.

Harmony has been a positive influence in my personal and professional life since I began sessions in August 2016. Shes very easy to talk to and if you dont like to talk, then she will peel it out of you just like she did me!
