My firm has used a handful of vendors similar to Common Desk, and Common Desk has been the best experience by far. The accommodations are top notch, and the staff supporting the location is incredible. Please keep in mind that Common Desk is a co-working space. If you desire to have peace and quiet, then a co-working space may not be for you. Of all the co-working spaces my firm has been a part of, Common Desk has been the quietest, most professional, and most supportive. If we ever have an issue, the team is quick to address it. While Common Desk reserves the right to change its member policy at any time, we currently enjoy the benefit of: (1) unlimited drip coffee, (2) free conference room reservations, (3) incredible stand-up desks, (4) lots of connecting and networking events, (5) secure mail delivery, (6) incredibly fast internet, and (7) great cell connectivity. I mention the cell connectivity because when we moved in (shortly after they opened the location) the cell service wasn’t that great. Like many commercial office buildings, cell reception can be difficult. We raised the concern to the Common Desk team and they quickly resolved it at their own expense. Essentially, they hired an expert to come in to install equipment that would boost the signal. While they don’t specifically offer a move-in service, they did help us with a few boxes and they took out our recycle and trash once we unpacked. They also installed our whiteboard, frosted our glass, and even gave us the softest t-shirt. Seriously, their t-shirts are the softest. In summary, Common Desk has an incredible team, competitive rates, best-in-class amenities, and provides a great working environment where my team can thrive. We are fans of Common Desk in Richardson.

Common Desk Richardson is a great workspace. I am a member of Common Desk Mckinney and had a meeting at the Richardson location. The staff made me and my client feel like it was our office.

Common Desk Richardson is an amazing place to get to work! The staff great you with a genuine and friendly smile, the coffee is delicious, and the space is BEAUTIFUL. I cant think of a better place to show up everyday. The design here is flawless, extremely clean, and the add-on events and amenities are icing on the cake. If you are considering using this space - come get a day pass and experience it for yourself, you wont be sorry!

This place is amazing!!!! I started going to this location right before the COVID outbreak and seeing the way they handled the situation was incredible. They understand the balance of caution/cleanliness while allowing all members to still utilize their space so their own businesses can flourish. Also the staff at this location are welcoming and engaging. You can tell they actually care for us as people, not just members. If you are looking for a co-working space, I highly recommned!

This is such an awesome place to work! They have everything -- team rooms, conference rooms, phone booths, common space, and COFFEE. You cant go wrong working out of this Common Desk space.

This coworking space is absolutely stunning, There are a variety of workspaces and locations for those who like to change up the scenery every few hours. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this Common Desk!

Pros:Excellent location. Decent space for software developers.Cons:They shutoff the A/C and heat on the weekends, a pretty big bummer.The music is very loud during the week and forces you to wear headphones to focus.

Beware of security breaches in your internet use. We suspect we had our identity compromised while we were working in the space as we are investigating a breach during an online purchase using their WiFi.Be sure to read section 1.4 in your membership agreement. It warns you that the ISP is monitored. Also, check with your company cyber security protocols prior to using their internet service. Perhaps they cannot afford good security protection since they are so many empty offices.

Very nice building and good location. However, it is a very difficult place to work. There is no privacy!The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are saying.No privacy in your office and no privacy while using the conference rooms. We received complaints from our clients regarding lack of privacy.Management lets virtual members use the conference rooms all day even when they are alone.Conference room chairs are cheap and uncomfortable.Your mail is not secure.It is difficult to make phone calls from the office, the cell coverage is very weak and wifi connections are not reliable throughout the office space.The internet service is not secure and is monitored by the ISP.
