Jared has been so great to work with using my VPN for work from home during the COVID19 shelter in place. He answers all of my inane questions in a professional way that is easy to understand. The techs are always nice.I dont really know what all they do, but we rarely have problems anymore, unlike with the last IT company.Everything is automatic now, and when we do have an issue, they typically respond quickly.
