Terrible attitudes, takes too long to notice when a customer is standing right in front of them. Always seem to have a problem giving me money out of my own account.

Horrible Bank. Horrible customer service. Does not try to help the customer. Merisa Martinez & Ashley was very rude & not helpful. My transaction could not be completed because they proceeded with judgement and not actual evidence or facts. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK! Once I complete my transaction I will be closing my account. This branch does not even deserve 1 star, I would rate them 0 stars. Waste of my time

The teller I had is very rude. Pushing money and cards through the slot very aggressively, and I had to repeat myself twice because she having such a good conversation with her co workers.. With a bank that forces you to interact with a person for transactions with a savings, you would think they would make sure those interactions are pleasant..
This location. They should try to remember that its customers are the reason why they have a job. Manager behavior at the location should revisit customer service training.
The bankers are personable, helpful, patient and I LOVE this bank. After working at two and banking at Chase, compass and B ood A... in a FAN of Woodforest. I tell everyone to bank here.

Please pay attention to your account frequently. I recently realized the bank had been charging me $10 a pop for so called return mail fees. Now the problem is that I still had been receiving mail from the bank. When I called, they pretended like they had to update my account to justify the charges when I had just received mail the week before I made the call. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!
Ten years ago when l moved to the Dallas area. I had been a single mother a long time and had horrible credit . After getting set up at wood forest bank with my first account called a second chance checking account. Now eleven years later they have helped me clear my credit. They have even upgraded me to a Platinum Advanced PremiumAccount!
They are so about business I went in to close an account and reopen a new one due to my check being lost . One of the managers told me face to face that my account would be closed on Saturday that was a lie and i had overdrafts on my old account im sick of wood forest banking im going to take my funds else where. horrible service then they want to hang up in your face and not even try to call back but you are a manager though im on fire
