Richardson location of this company is very unprofessional HR is unprofessional the manager is unprofessional the workers are great the job is a great job but the managers and human resource managers are very unprofessional they do not call back they do not return emails they do not uphold their end of any task at hand they only care about themselves they do not care about the employee it’s all what you can do for them until this day they still owe me money I would second-guess working for this company!!Yet i go professionally to speak to the HR manager or Head manager and told that no one in management is here yet that’s the manager car. I know it is cuz I’ve park next to this person several times while working with them!

Interviewed yesterday, This is a great place to work for young people that are not married, the time required is to much for anything but work however, they are very friendly and seem to care a great deal about the staff, I respect the Manager I talked with because He was very honest about what the job required, I wish them well, I could not take the job but being in a middle management position for 34 years I know good people when I meet them

Applied to work as a Driver / messenger and they offered the rate of $13 hrs also mentioned in the email, overtime will be paid after 50 hrs. Guys come on where do you think you are living? is this Papua New Guinea? This is against the federal law you must pay overtime after 40hrs. I am glad I read all the comments about you and stepped back immediately. GardaWorld please file a bankruptcy and get the hell out of USA. Don’t cheat the USA people and don’t try to take an advantage of us.

Worst place I’ve ever worked in my life. Horrible leadership. No employee welfare. Management talked behind each others back like children. They only care about route completion not about your safety. That’s why their branch is failing.

These guys are extremely difficult to work with. I have a contract that service was to begin December 18 and 1 month later I still have not had any cash pick ups done. Hindering my business due to 0 cash.

After reading the reviews on here, it appears this company does not care much about anything. My review is about one of their drivers who almost side swiped my vehicle! Truck no. 13-054 at 1300 hrs in Waxahachie. What a complete moron driving this vehicle, driving like a drunkard! Not only is their service bad, their drivers suck as well. How does a company like this stay in business? What a joke.

Worst service ever. No one ever returns your calls. Never get service on scheduled days and never on time! Never had any troubles when Brinks serviced us. Something seriously should be done about the service or lack of service. Start with branch manager and work your way down.

This is definitely one of the worst security companies to work for. starting from the branch manager(Robert Ostrom thank God he was finally fired) to George Herrera. He is the most cocky, arrogant, self-centered individual Ive ever met. He claims to be a former Police Officer. That definitely is a lie. The supervisors on-site do nothing but talk down to you and offer no training whatsoever. Any issue or problem they have with you, they threaten to fire you. George Herrera performs in this manner as well. Everybody rats everybody out. Its a multi billion dollar company but the worst company to work for. They tell you to keep track of your hours because payroll has the tendency to get it wrong all the time, especially the new hires. Keep in mind NOT ALL VEHICLES ARE ARMORED. Theres a couple that dont have ac but the windows are bolted down so yes, it is very dangerous. Not all vehicles are maintenanced properly and are definitely not drivable or state inspected. You will work long hours, and yes in bad neighborhoods as well. You will be out when it gets dark due to Garda not providing their branch with enough service vehicles to do the job. They dont care. Loomis, Dunbar, and a few other Armored companies are sub companies for Garda, they pay less, but are a bit more stable. One employee stated that they got robbed in plain day light and the individual never got caught. So, if you still decide to work for Garda after reading this, then take my advice GET YOUR COMMISSION LICENSE before working here. Good luck.
