We have been utilizing this service for a couple of months. The cleaning is inconsistent and is not completed thoroughly. The contract is detailed and expectations are outlined by Anago. We utilized an independent contractor in our last office and decided to move to a commercial cleaning company when we relocated during Covid.

Quality commercial cleaning is always a difficult thing to find. We have been with Anago for a while and had not had any complaints. However, during the pandemic, they have been truly superb. They have been helpful, responsive, and truly done an excellent job keeping our buildings not only clean but sanitized.

Anago of Dallas came highly recommended and I am very glad that we chose them for our office cleaning. Our cleaning crew is detail oriented and I love coming to work after they have been in to clean! I would definitely recommend Anago of Dallas!

Anago does a Great and Professional job for us; and when I request something extra for them to do, they do it very well and without any problems.

We had been using Anago to clean our facility for at least 2 years and after several conversations with the supervisor and sales person about the cleaning not being done correctly or at all, we decided to terminate the contract. We gave them several opportunities to make adjustments to their franchise staff, but in the end they did not meet our standards and did not provide the service that was sold to us when we signed the contract. Im learning that a company like ANAGO, hires franchises to provide the service that they promise the customer, but do not have good control over managing them. This eventually shows in their work & then trying to get ANAGO to make it right is a struggle.I DO NOT recommend this company.

Dealing with Anago was a difficult experience at best. I had a list of things that were suppose to be cleaned in our showroom, and just about every time that had come, something was missed. I would e-mail them my comcerns, and would either get no response whatsoever, or would get an empty promise that they would send someone over to take care of the issue. I have a showroom with window displays that was part of my cleaning contract, but frequently they would not clean off the handprints, or the floors wouldnt get vacuumed, or the tile floor wouldnt be cleaned, etc. I finally got tired of calling and getting no response, so I withheld part of my monthly payment, things got better for a little while. But, pretty soon I was back to the same issues. I finally requested a different cleaning crew, but they couldnt seem to find one, as no one showed up on the scheduled cleaning day. I got so frustrated I called Rick, but he couldnt seem to find a new crew, so I canceled the service and asked for half of my money back for that month. I never got any money refunded. Totally unsatisfactory service!

A couple of weeks ago,i misrated the best cleaning company in Dallas County.ANAGO CLEANING SYSTEM.If you are interested in the cleaning business and becoming your own boss!!! I 100 percent prefer ANAGO CLEANING SYSTEM. The reason is because for 1 ( They are a good investment.2 (The Anago Family are nice.3. ( They will actually take you step by step in becoming a successful business owner.4 (They are even there for you in a personal CRISIS. I have been with the company for 2years, I CAN TRULY SAY THAT THEY HAVE BEEN GOOD TO ME😇🌹

The company I work for hired this service years ago. They skip out on multiple days each month, and then try to backdate their cleaning log to say they cleaned that date. Weekly cleaning duties are not fulfilled, either. When threatened with termination of contract, they always manage to haggle their way out, but Im disgusted by the lack of hygiene and morals. I would not hire them for my business.
