The two guys that came to move me were very fast, friendly and efficient. I didnt think they were going to be able to do it in the 2 hr time slot I reserved but they got it done. I have already referred them to two of my friends and I would definitely use them again.

The Hr manager named Christina Jacoba is very unprofessional.she never reaches out to you when you call her,she is very lazy and unprofessional.She is literally one one of the main reasons why I did not like this job because that have a very unhelpful human resource management department

This place has BED BUGS. I worked there a few years ago and they had them then. My aunt recently started working there and said she seen 2 of them and she hasnt been back. Its ashame they cant get that under control after years of having them especially with all this stuff going on about the covid and they dont even check temperatures of the people coming to work. So you have to worry about not getting covid anddd BED BUGS.. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

I went to a job fair there today.I read these horrible reviews before I got there but still went..I walk in and walked right out straight GHETTO..I felt over dressed..people there in sandals,flip flops, blue jean capris,Nikes, and and clubbing clothes.. I don’t know what the hell I was thinking puttting on my best professional outfit for a job interview..Now besides the reviews I know for sure with the sight of my own eyes they will hire anyone...The last time I saw this many half dressed damn near hall naked skinned tight clothes I was at the club... Best thing I’ve done this year was to walk out of this unprofessional environment! You can tell a lot about people by your first impression...

I went through the whole Hiring process with this place, I have passed everything that was needed to be done . The last step i had to do was my background check ( WHICH WHEN I RECEIVED THERE WAS NO TIME LIMITED) I had been in The hospital due to a accident so it took me 6days to due the background check. Let me remind you that the job dont start til next month, (SEPT 9)I RECEIVED A EMAIL FRM LIFE CYCLE RECONSIDER MY OFFER LETTER DUE TO MY BACKGROUND NOT BEING DONE. There was no communication or i wasnt informed that there was a deadline to do The background.. My record is Clean So for them to do me like this is really heartbroken . I am a single mother of 2 and was really looking forward in starting a new career. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOLPE, THEY WILL HIRING YOU JUST TO REVOKE YOUR OFFER LETTER .. WHEN I called to get more information one of the agent quote Ol Well, you had a week to do it. and When i told him that there was no end that he just hung up in my face. Horrible Place to even consider working for.. The way they do business is really disrespectful and sad.

A typical call center. Seasonal jobs. High turnover. The hotbed of nepotism. All management is related yet the company is now a part of a Fortune 500 company. Huge disconnect between upper and lower management means poor communication. Each Manager creates their own rules.Environment creates sycophants out of lower management which leaves the bottom feeders at their mercy. Worked there 5 years. Sucks

They just need warm bodies in seats. They treat you as if you are disposable because you ARE! They hire ANYBODY. No drug tests!! and they verify your identity through another location so it’s possible that employees here are working under someone else’s name😳 The desks are filthy, chairs are dusty! You get a 1on 1 with your supe EVERY WEEK. You have a huddle and QM EVERY WEEK! Supervisors refuse to help you, they tell you to go to your notes and resources from the insufficient training you were in earlier! If you clock in late it’s considered a no call no show🤔 They count seconds after the minute as being late from lunch and breaks! The penalties are extremely harsh and I thinks it’s because it’s predominantly blacks working here. Other call centers that are more diverse, actually have leniency towards their employees! I’ve never seen this kind of practice in my life. THEY EXPECT YOU TO KNOW EVERYTHING IN A SHORT TIME! RUNNNNN FROM THIS PLACE!!

Great place to work I worked there for 2 seasons. However they have bed bugs and if you transport them home and notify HR then you will be fired. People are afraid of losing their job, that everyone is afraid to say anything about it,which makes it harder for them to fight the issue.
