BEWARE!!! These are scammers!! They try to double bill your medical fees. They attempted several times to get $500+ from my family by sending it to a collector. The bill was paid on time a couple of years back. But they sent it to a collector trying to scam us $500+. They did it twice. They say it was a simple mistake when they get caught. Even our insurance company told us that we should double check every time we get a bill from a medical biller. Its a shame.

Hold times are inexcusable. Ive been waiting almost one hour just for someone to answer the phone. Ridiculous.

Must unprofessional people. I will never go to one of their docs agian. Bc of them.
