One of the best places near the Plano/Richardson area to get faded haircuts. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There may be some [English] accent confusion between the customer and the barbers here, so it is encouraged to be very clear and concise with requests so that the staff can do their best to provide service.The only reason I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 is that appointments here are made mostly over the phone. It would be more convenient for the customers if the salon took appointments from their website.

Never got a haircut. Called 3 times to book an appointment and each time they told me to call later. On the fourth call, they told me that the barber I asked about was booked solid and there was some app I needed to use. They could have told me that on the first call, but didnt. I dont feel like they respected my time. I wanted to give this place a shot, but they do not appear to want my business.

Just stormed out of this place after waiting for 43 min with no concern for my time. Came at 11:30 only 1 employee said I would come back at lunch, called told me to come at 3:30. I come in to wait, sat there for 43 min with not a word. There goes 40$ in savings. Never again.

Tareq is the man to go for all your hair grooming needs. I have been a regular here since last 1 year. You can tell him what style you want and he will be able to do that exactly. Reasonable pricing and much better than other high end salons who charge a premium but still do a substandard job.

Akram is great at giving fades. But Ive gotten a fade from almost all the other barbers here and none of them have dissapointed. I reccomend you call and make an appointment before going because sometimes there can be a long wait considering how busy they get.

First I walked into the door I got greeted and felt like I am hanging with my friends, plus all the barbers are having fun truly a luxurious experience, and when my turn is up I meet with rakan which by far the best I have seen in texas, really a professional and time effective, he will go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied.

Great place to get a great haircut by professional people with great equipment and experience for the same price that you would pay for a below basic haircut at places like sports clips or great clips. Dont waste your time and money somewhere else to get a haircut.

Let me tell you about this barbershop, never have a ever met so much humble people in my life. Long story short they help me, I was parked in the area since my battery of my car was dead, also my keys where inside the car. I was having such a bad day and it was 100 degrees outside they offer to help me even though they were busy! All of the employees help me get the keys out my car! May God bless this shop and financially ! THANK YOU FOREVER GRATEFUL! I would of been dying of the heat and clueless of my car! GOD BLESS

Heard really good stuff about them, today I drove almost 40 mins to them waited an hr for my turn from 8:35 to 9:40 When my turn came I was told other hairstylist will help me and he went out for a smoke but instead the second hairstylist took another client before me that came way after meThey might be good but my first experience is pathetic.
