I read a lot of good reviews for this establishment but after going I wouldn’t recommend it. I went in and was seated fairly fast which was nice. As I tried to explain what I wanted done the barber told me I can’t give you a hair cut if you have no idea what you want and stormed off. I was very surprised and wasn’t sure what I had done wrong for I had explained just a simple trim on the sides and front of my hair. She then came back maybe 10 minutes later and started without much explanation. She repeatedly slammed the lockers next to me and cut my hair. Afterwards she gave a quick fake apology and said she would leave some “notes for the next time”. I will not be coming back. Not to be rude but I guess the old tail of don’t trust a skinny cook applies to don’t trust a bald barber.

Good service and hospitality. Only issue, my hair could have been a bit lower with a bald cut.

Stylist was awesome. She did a great job cutting my hair while having a nice conversation with her. I will definitely return and schedule her.

I had my hair cut today at this place,I am new to state and i have been doing my haircut with sports clips since 5 years,The lady who did my haircut looks kind of bold and she doesn’t show any respect and she messed up all my hair cut.I have added a notes about my haircut with my past experiences,She could have done the same way but she didn’t care.Its bad way to do the business.

I really liked how gentle she was and how carefully she made sure that she asked and understood my requests before chopping away.Highly recommend this place. I managed to get there at a decent time this morning. There was only one person in front of me. But only one barber. something Im not used to seeing. she didnt take long in getting the person finished up. and it was my turn. the lady barber did a great job of getting my mop ( what it was starting to look and feel like) under control and started to resemble a normal well groomed professional appearing male. a quick trim of my eye brows and it was done. so she did a great job. didnt take too long and nor did it feel like she was trying to take my scalp of like some other places Ive been to. So Thank To Sports Clips for the great experience. Will probably go back. Since its also less expensive than the other places i called and inquired with.

Tamika was AMAZING! I have mixed ethnicity hair, so I was nervous about getting my ends trimmed here. I decided to try it since my husband was already getting his hair cut. I was NOT disappointed.First, in all my 27 years of life, no stylist has ever agreed to cut my ends without straightening my hair first. Tamika said Well, they may not have been used to your hair texture, but I got you.Second, she made me feel more comfortable than I have ever felt in a salon. She was incredibly knowledgeable about ethnic hair, transitioning hair, and general hair health. She made great recommendations for hair products as well.Im telling you, if you just want a simple trim for a great price and you have curly/mixed ethnicity hair, Tamika is your woman!

The reason I am NOT giving it one star is because of the employees, the interior is very gloomy because of the white paint, and the decor is anything but welcoming, the lighting is really dim so over all the interior is absolutely horrendous, they have yet to make a mark in the barber shop world.

Great service. Did not know what I wanted. The stylist, a sweet hispanic lady suggested a style and I went with it. Loved the results. Plus the tea tree oil shampoo was relaxing. I love the smell of tea tree oil. So that was a plus. Will definitely be back for my haircut when i need one again

I will never be back to this place. When I arrived everyone was in the back chit chatting. When someone finally came, I was not greeted with a hello or anything just a sour scowl and a your chair is over there. When I sat down I was berated for wanting to talk about the type of cut I wanted. The person was rude and impatient.

Wasn’t anywhere near what I asked for. She said to trust her it won’t look bad at the end. Turned out the complete opposite. Terrible.

Waited an hour for Deysi before just giving up and going somewhere else.

The lady was very nice, but my haircut was bad. The left side of my head had hair that was visibly longer than the right after I showered at home. Good staff, poor quality haircut.

Got two absolutely horrible haircuts here. This establishment has a trend of giving me bad haircut even though I tell my barber exactly what I want.

I just waited for 1.5 hours in the parking lot after being visibly placed on the list (covid wait) but they had dropped me without sending me a text message nor by walking up to my car. NOT recommended!

My husband did a check in online only to get there and see his name is not on the check in board. Thankfully he had it on his phone. Some guy walked in before my husband got there and used my husbands name. They should have stopped cutting the guys hair and made him go someplace else. The employee was clueless to the fact that was rude of the guy to do.

My first time here I got the free MVP package. My stylist was Tamika and she was very professional. I requested my normal haircut and Tamika was about to style it correctly. Well recommended.

I have been going to Sport Clips for many years now. Been to other places in the past but my stylist, Grace just can be beat. I always get a great cut. The other stylist are good also.

Usually a good experience. I get the MVP and sometimes its an invigorating and excellent scalp massage and other times its more irritating than relaxing. Their app is working better now and that makes it easier to check in ... but sometimes it malfunctions and doesnt take your travel time into consideration.

I havent visited by called just to be sure they were opened. Whoever answered the phone was so rude. That concluded my visit. They need to hire better people to know how to speak politely on the phone.

Great service. They are friendly and I havent had a bad cut from them ever. They wash my hair after so if I have somewhere to be but dont want all those tiny hairs left over from a hair cut if you get the MVP cut.

About a 15-20 minute wait from walking in the door at 5 on a Thursday. Google says thats a slower day.Haircut was decent and quick. The woman cutting my hair picked up quick on what I wanted and it ended up getting compliments later that day.Overall glad I went and got caught up on some basketball news.

Nice and clean business. The staff is very friendly and know what they are doing. You can check in online through their website or app. It will be good if their reward program work through the app.

Haircut is always great. The MVP is a little expensive but it saves me from having to go home and shower the itchy hair trimmings away. This place does get busy tho and they do not take appointments. They do, however, let you do online check-in on their website. This lets you see what the wait is for the location you want and you put yourself on the waiting list.

This place is only getting 5 stars due to the hair stylist Laura-- she does an amazing haircut, great with kids, and gets it done quickly which is nice on a busy night full of errands. The manager there cannot cut hair to save her life and has terrible customer service.

Wait time was not very long (5-10 minutes) and even then they have wifi, which is very convenient. The haircut was very good, exactly what I paid for. And the shampoo service is very relaxing. I definitely recommend for a premium service.

I went here when I was about ten for a haircut (I am a male) the lady who cut my hair ended up giving me a pixie cut, afterwards I was so embarrassed and was afraid I looked like a girl. Well that afternoon while I was running errands with my mom an elderly couple comes up to me and the lady says well arent you a pretty young lady Ive never been so humiliated in all my life.

Called this location to setup an appointment with my stylist. The receptionist, Brenda, said that she could not look up if my stylist was working today or was available unless I came in and checked in. I drove 20 mins to check in and then after asking again if she can check if my previous stylist is available, she tells me she no longer works there. Poor attitude the entire time.
