I just called to get Bond information for someone I know. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and advised me that I had to call for jail and get all the bond information and amounts. Then call her with that information so she could tell me how much it was going to be.NO B, thats your job. If youre unwilling to perform/offer the services in your job description then dont advertise the service. Just plenty of people out there that would take your position seriously.

Very RUDE! My older sister called in reference to my younger brother and received his bond amount and information of that sort. I also called to confirm everything. She was short and followed with “someone JUST called for him” before giving me the information that I called for. Once I collected all the money needed to make the bond, I was then told BEW information that was not given during the first TWO calls! If you don’t want to do your job then quit, but being rude to customers is not going to cut it. I will make sure to tell anyone I know looking for a bondsman to stay AWAY from Fast Action due to this very unprofessional individual that they have answering their phone!

This review is based off of my interaction by phone...they lady was very rude and short (more so than most bail bonds) and she came off like she just didnt want my money. I told her I needed to take care of 2 things for my brother she cut me off to tell me they dont do ticket bonds . She rushed me off the phone so quickly i couldnt ask about bond for the new charges he had. Fast Action Bail Bonds, you have not only lost a customer but your 1st and only review is a negative one due to your poor phone eticut and terrible attitude.
