One of the best places to chill and study in UTD. It is a lounge-style seating area where students talk as well as study. The place is managed by students who are on their on campus jobs. There is also an auditorium on the floor above where various events take place.

The new facility features a 530-seat auditorium, which will be used for comedy shows, concerts and other University events.The 68,000-square-foot Student Services Building Addition has allowed Student Affairs to bring all of its services together into one area of campus, adding convenience for students, faculty and staff.

Carrying a capacity of 300, with a quite big podium for performance, talks and conferences, yet a medium-ish sized projected screen for movies. Acoustics is pretty decent for the size of the auditorium. Leather covered comfortable seats make your experience good. Mostly visited for the meteor theatre films, yes quite good to gather 300 heads for a good movie experience!
