Supposedly I had signed up for a one year contract, that I don’t remember signing up for. After several attempts to schedule back due services, I finally decided to cancel their services. They told me I could not and had two payments left before I could cancel and they would go to collections if I didn’t pay. I said OK, and paid the outstanding balance (one month) and told them I wanted to cancel after my next payment and that I was done with them. Now three months later they are STILL charging me, STILL not performing services, and not responding to my texts or calls. WHEN they came, we had little to no bug problems. Unfortunately those times were few and far between. They would tell us they “performed services” but you can’t enter the back of the house without our permission and they maybe only rang us to enter the back twice. The owner even sent a text and said “if you have any issues, please reach out” so I did. Almost a week later and no response.The product was good. Unfortunately their services are terrible. I do not recommend them, at all. Other companies may be more expensive, but it’s worth the price to deal with people who are more professional.

The overall stress and nasty feeling that comes when rodents are inside your living space is definitely overwhelming, We called out multiple companies regarding the issue and one of them was Vinx! They set us up with the inspector Eli and literally came out the next day and has been very responsive to any questions my wife and I have! He’s made this process super simple we have been rodent free and Vinx has had exceptional customer service in which we are thankful for! 10/10 recommend Vinx and their inspector Eli!

I have been truly impressed with the great work Nick does when he services my home. He is very meticulous in how he goes about treating my home for pest control. I feel he does an exceptional job at creating a barrier between the pest and my home based on the level of treatment he does. He communicates every aspect of what he is doing. I have had other technicians from your company to treat my home and did a good job, but Nick has really given me the satisfaction I been looking for from my pest control treatments. What I mean by this is when others have treated my home I would still have to kill spiders only days after they left and sometimes throughout the months following. I was actually considering changing pest control companies because of this reason. It was only weeks after Nick treated my home that I decided to stay with Vinx. Nick has treated my home the last two times and I haven’t encountered any spiders inside of my home and the ones I did see on my patio and in my garage were already dead. This is exactly how pest control should work. I really feel Nick is the consummate professional when it comes to this line of work. He truly loves what he does and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the work he has done prior to his departure. I couldn’t be happier with the work he does and definitely want him to be the one to treat my home in the future. I feel Nick should be in a position to train the other technicians on his treatment techniques because what he does delivers the level of protection that people are paying for.

I have been a satisfied customer of Vinx Pest Control for one year now and Im so glad I chose them. I have their Home Guard Warranty plan and received my 3-month preventative treatment by Aaron today. Aaron was extremely efficient in servicing my home. He addressed all of my concerns and was very thorough in the work he did, he communicated what actions he took, and was very professional. I can enjoy my backyard a little more comfortably with Vinx. IN RESPONSE TO WHAT WAS REPLIED TO ME: First off, if Doug ever reported that the problem had cleared up that was a blatant lie. If that were the case we wouldnt have called for him to come back. Secondly, another blatant lie nothing is shipped in my garage where my business is run! I am a couponer which I physically go out and purchase the items in my garage on shelves!!! If you have no knowledge of things that were told to you then its best to not repeat them. If the owner (s) water a private conversation with me then there was no need to come on here publicly and post a novel of the history and half of it is false. I leave excellent reviews and said great things about Doug which speaks volumes for the company I just dont agree the product is effective but I didnt know that Doug was a liar and I dont appreciate that AT ALL!!!!!!!ORIGINAL POSTThe technician Doug was very polite and pleasant to work with but Im completely dissatisfied with the service received. After the issue seemed to not get better, I contacted Doug and he came back out a couple of times to try to fix the issue I will admit he was willing to help. But whatever method they use is just not effective. I contacted him about a month ago letting him know that the problem hadnt gotten any better and he said he would come back out and I never heard anything else. That was my experience the last 2 times I contacted him where I was forgotten about and had to reach out to them AGAIN to actually get scheduled. 😔 I recommend going with someone who offers the heat treatment because whatever powder substance they use is a waste of money and it saddens me because we dont have money to throw away.

I had an issue with carpenter ants buried into one of the exterior walls of my home. Eli, one the technicians came out and did a throughly examination of the affected areas and provided a proper explanation on how to treat the issue. He even took it a step further and pointed out the hole in my roof siding was most likely attracting squirrels due to the greasy spots on the wood. After he was finished, he provided a follow up outline with options for continuing treatment along with some education on things to keep an eye when it comes to pest invasion. Highly recommend using this company.

I switched go Vinx after poor results with another company. They have constantly put me at ease despite always being freaked out about any bug in my home. LolMy home was vacant before purchase, so we ended up having a water bug issue in our garage and wasp nests. The last call was for possible termites and The technician Eli Garcia came out. He not only inspected and confirmed they weren’t termites, but stayed and educated me on what look for as well as my preventative options. He also went ahead and treated the ants and the rest of the home. When they say “call us anytime for treatment” they mean it!!I hope I’m not their craziest customer, but either way with their level of customer service, they’re stuck with me! Lol

If I could rate this company worse I would. Had service for about a year and have been lied to at every turn. I have been billed like clockwork every month only to receive no services. On initial sign up we were told that we would have a pest control person come out monthly. Then they said, pest control will only come out of you call and schedule the date. Finally, the new lip service is, oh we bill you monthly but we only come out for quarterly service. This company has absolutely no handle on their schedule and service is at a zero. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with Vinx “services”. What a laugh.

I called Vinx Pest Control after using about 5 other inferior pest control companies over the last 10 years. Gustavo was my technician, and I have to say he did an exceptional job treating my house and yard. I have NEVER seen a tech with more attention to detail. I watched him treat areas of the house no other Tech has ever even mentioned. He was very friendly, courteous and professional as well, using shoe covers inside the house, wearing a mask/gloves at all times (Covid protection), etc.. A newly found flea infestation was quickly demolished by Vinx Pest Control for a very affordable price that includes a 2 week check up service. Ryan was my service pro and he was very informative, direct and well mannered. The recovery time was only 3-4 hours so I could return back home at a reasonable time. Gustauo with Vinx Pest Control was on time, friendly, honest and did the best job we have ever had done on our house. Even all our fur babies loved him. Their eco friendly product made it safe for them as well. He reminded me of their 100 % guarantee but I think he did such a great job that I do not have to worry about that.

Every member of the Vinx team that we have encountered has been exceptional from their professionalism to their knowledge. We first met Emilee, who introduced us to Vinx. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. No pressure sales. Willing to answer all questions. Great follow up to assure we were and are happy with the service. First initial visit we met Carl, who was professionally dressed and introduced himself and went straight to work. He was on time and was focused on getting everything done right. The owner of the business Ryan had stopped by and introduced himself. Instead of just chatting, he picked up equipment and also help. They are true to their word, if we saw any issues, to call and they would immediately reach out and make things right. We live on the marsh and have lots of tiny bugs and one side of the house had some tiny stubborn bugs that just weren’t going away. Jeremiah came out and immediately took care of it. Gustavo showed up at my house right on time. He was very courteous and took his time to explain to me what he is going to do for my mice problem in the attic. He explained there are a lot of different ways to get rid of the mice in the attic. He explained why certain ways are better than others and what he is going to do for me.

I usually never leave any reviews but the service that I had received from Vinx over the year has been incredible. Last service I received from Angel was 5 star service. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Technician was able to resolve my issue and help me understand the problem. I would not choose any other pest control beside Vinx. They are simply amazing.

**EDIT**. Totally changed how they do things. The last couple of treatments they never showed or called. We called about possible mice in our garage and they sent out an “inspector”. Long story short a lot of unnecessary items were presented to me with a bill of over $1,300. I felt taken advantage of so we are cancelling our service with them and already have a new company taking care of us the trustworthy way. Sad to leave a negative review.We have always had great service with Vinx. They are usually able to get out to our house within days of calling. Today, was a recall appointment because we live in a new neighborhood and there is a lot of activity...so the pests are finding a new home with us...boo. Our tech today was Oscar. He was very professional. He explained everything to me and asked me to walk around outside with him to show him the areas of concern-I appreciated that invitation....that way I didn’t feel like I was hovering or getting in his way! (No one likes someone looking over your shoulder while you work😉). Oscar gave me tips on how to deter flies, how to clean our shower drain so any don’t come up through it and areas to watch for wasps coming back to look for their (destroyed, now) nest. We live in a new build and he showed me areas that needed caulking so wasps don’t build their nests there-those were places I would have never noticed! He wore his mask and gloves the entire time-even though it is 100 degrees outside. Oscar was fast, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Vinx pest control is local business. They are very responsive, through and that reflects in their work. The owner Ryan has responded late / night when we found ant colony, spiders inside and sends somebody out pretty fast. Tyan came out several times, including heavy rain and provides excellent service and advice.

Unfortunately I am going to give Vinx a 1 Star. I tried to hire them to treat our new home. The video really sold me on wanting to have them come out but we never were able to revive services from them. I reached out and then received an email saying they would contact me as soon as the next day to get an appointment scheduled, but instead received a phone call the next morning stating that they were at the house and no one was home (We hadn’t closed yet and had they called to set up an appointment I would have told them that instead of them wasting their time driving all the way to Rockwall) so we set up an appointment for 10/30 between 12-2pm. I got to the house at 11:30 on the 30th and there was a note on the door saying they had been there at 8:55. I called and they stated the appointment was from 8-10, I told them that had never been made aware of the appointment time change. The gentleman checked and confirmed the appointment had been discussed between us from 12-2 and said he wasn’t sure what happened- he said he would reach out to the another tech and see if they could squeeze me in- they called back and said they put me on for sometime during the day Friday- no one ever showed up- so I sat in a completely empty house ALL day (from 1130-630) with a 9 month old waiting for someone to show up and I didn’t even receive a call stating that they wouldn’t be able to make it. And no one tried to reach out today either to even try to set up a new appointment or apologize. We’re new to town and were looking to establish a long standing pest control services. We’ll keep looking.

Nothing but positive things to say! Prompt, courteous, thorough service at a reasonable price. I tried to combat the pests on my own but it was a constant losing battle! Using Vinx is a life-saver if you don’t enjoy sharing your space with all those “little” spiders and whatever random creepy crawlies that take advantage of your hospitality. Their service treatments are unique and more effective compared to other pest control companies I’ve dealt with. Safe for pets and kids and that’s very important!
