I can’t say enough good about these folks. We bought and 100 year old home that has two fireplaces - others had told us was probably beyond getting functioning again without even taking a look. The overall experience was amazing. Carlos was the person who came out and did the inspection. He came in, went straight to the chimney looked around took pictures. He explained what he saw and told us several ways to repair the small issue that he noticed. Then he stepped outside grabbed his ladder and went to check the outside and the chimney covers. Overall he was clean, fast, and explained everything extremely well.

Excellent service for a difficult job. Very tall chimney atop a steep roof. I was always kept up to date on estimates, arrivals, etc. The two very brave men, Carlos and Zach were a pleasure to work with. I was very satisfied with both the work and the cost.

I hired this company to replace 5 - 1/6 facia boards at the front of my house with hardi board since the squirrels had taken a liken to my home and tried to take residence in my attic. C & W Specialist was able to prevent that from happening by sealing the openings, replacing and painting the facia boards. Completely wasted my time, I waited three weeks for an appointment. On the day of my appointment I was informed they would not be able to fix my type of chimney. This could have been quickly resolved if the staff taking the calls was aware of what kinds of chimneys they can do work on.

Let me start by saying that our older chimneys shape and design has always been a problem for past chimney sweeps we have worked with. The cleaning provided by C&W Specialists was top-notch, however, and our chimney is essentially like new now. My experience was the best.HIRE THEM !!! My home was built in 2001, I purchased it on 9/10/15, my inspector failed to catch a chimney that had been leaking for at least 10 years, so much so that the wood supporting it was crumbling. And, it was leaking through the drywall in the lower level ceiling. ( 1 1/2 story home)I first hired Lonestar Chimney, after 6 months & multiple repair attempts and $2,000 later no leaks were fixed. I fired them.I then called Tony at Dallas Chimney and Wildlife Specialists and explained my whole ordeal to them. After hearing everything he said If I cant fix your chimney and stop it from leaking, Ill give you your money back. He first sent an engineer who evaluated my chimney. The primary component that fixed my leaking was a custom measured and designed cap that was color matched and had painted steel mesh to keep birds and critters out. My chimney is full brick from top to bottom, Tony also sealed my brick with 5 year sealer. His crew was top notch, clean cut, courteous gents who did not fear the very high (highest in my sub) height of the chimney nor my very steeply pitched roof. The got up there and took their time and did it right I waited 3 months before writing this review and checked my chimney every time that it rained, it is FINALLY FIXED.I cant say enough good things about these guys, my problem was a very long standing and difficult problem that caused expensive damage to my house and it seemed nobody could fix it. These guys FIXED IT RIGHT the first time through. Thank you to Tony and his crew. HIRE THEM.

They gave me an estimate, covered all the chimneys with tarp and the job was completed within a few weeks. I contacted Dallas Chimney Wildlife when I heard a noise in my chimney! I knew from the scratching it was an animal. I found this company on google and decided to give them a try! I called and they came out the same day. A nice man named Josh called to let me know that he was on his way. He came in and found a raccoon in our chimney. He was very professional and since I am an animal lover, assured me that the animal would not be harmed!! They put a product in the chimney that has the smell of a predator and that did the trick, the animal left immediately! They came back the next day to put a chimney cap on so we would not have future problems with animals in our chimney! Would highly recommend their services!

Called about a noise that was behind the chimney, not sure what it was. Paul who came out was very courteous and answered all of the questions I had about how things could get inside and what to do. He patched up some missing cement in the brick where something small could get through and replaced the wiring around the chimney top to keep the squirrels out. Very happy with the service and would recommend them. I asked a lot of questions about the chimney inside and out and the flashing around the outside. He never tried to sell me anything that I didnt need, said everything looked really good. Being a firsttime recent home owner I didnt have a lot of knowledge about stuff like that and he was very helpful. Thanks!!

To say our chimney had a raccoon infestation would be an understatement. After being driven crazy by noises in our attic and chimney, we decided to call Dallas Chimney and Wildlife Specialists. Our first clue that this was a quality company was the fact that the technician showed up on time - they didnt give us a huge 6 hour window in which to wait around in or anything like that. It took some work but our chimney is now animal-free and we havent heard any more rustlings and noises at all hours of the night. They did what they said they would do and I cant ask for any more.
