PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS BUSINESS as all reviews posted here seem to be from its friends and family.We hired this business in 2020 for a water restoration in our house crawlspace. The sales team was quick and responsive and gave us the most competitive quote we received. WARNING: Do not get impressed by their amazing sales team, or the most competitive quote/proposal (like we did). This will not last and end up being a BIG mistake. Blinded by their politeness and friendliness (before the contract was signed), we decided to move forward.Once the advance payment was made, our experience turned in the other direction. The Project Manager, Allen was pushy and unfriendly. This company kept on increasing the scope of our work. In fact they would perform the additional out of scope work only to inform us at a later time. We had no where else to go with their big equipment, humidifiers etc. all over our house. The project manager and the crew that used to come and work on a daily basis were not friendly (to put it politely). We always preferred to leave the house when they would work. Our family never felt safe inside with this companys personnel around us.When things were getting out of control, we decided to call Bryan, who is the owner of the business. We wanted to request a new quote for all the work that was performed (given the project manager had performed the scope out of the original proposal). Bryan was impolite (yes he did raise his voice to scare us) and kept giving us excuses how he cannot give the exact quote given the complications involved in the project. And that he would have to perform additional work to even know the exact scope and amount.Long story short, we had to ask them to leave. And FIRED this business. We were so scared in firing them (to avoid retaliation) that I had to ask few of my friends to come with me. We had to move out of the house for good. In the end, we hired another business to finish the mess Advanta Clean created for us.This is the WORST and HORRIFYING experience we have ever had in the service industry. We, as a family, felt we were HARASSED by this business. Not only during the project, but also, from their collection people (including Jimmy Brown) that TERRIFIED us long after. We ended up paying 4X of the original proposal just to get this business not chase us. I will hide my identity as I post this review (just to protect myself) and in hopes to prevent you from becoming this DIRTY businesss future prey.PLEASE DO NOT HIRE ADVANTA CLEAN. EVER.

AdvantaClean was absolutely great to work with. I had a difficult situation, and the owner Brian worked with me on the necessary remediation to get to the best outcome for me. They were flexible with their approach and I am happy with the result. It is never fun to spend money on work like this, but I never felt like I was wasting my money.The team that worked on the house was fantastic (Josh and Matt). They showed up on time, communicated throughout the process, and were very good about cleaning up. The two supervisors were great to work with as well (Tony and Phillip).My only suggested area for improvement is the sales team/process. Responses from the sales team were a bit delayed, and I didnt feel 100% comfortable with the process/work until Phillip came out and explained everything as well. The communication from the sales side of the house seemed to be lacking. They seemed to disappear once the work began, and were a bit delayed in the required follow up after the work was done. Some of this was driven by my complicated situation and Brian did step in and made sure I got what I needed.I spoke with several other companies in this space, and have worked with another one in the past on a flooded house, and AdvantaClean would be the first place I would call if I had related issues again.

I have read the high reviews from other satisfied costumers and decided to use this company. They were great from the very start. I highly recommend AdvantaClean (Dallas, TX franchise location). I can not say enough good about the service I received. They provided mold remediation that I had in four rooms, a closet, and the attic. Tony and Kevin were the lead personal on site and provide training to their workers. In a very stressful time in my life where I had health issues from the mold, they provided information to help me understand how mold functions and what (and how) they will do to remove it. There was never a moment where I could not ask a question or raise a concern. They always provided accurate information and encouraged me to ask about anything. I was impressed with their experience, knowledge, and the ability to discern what was important and what was not and the why behind it. They were detailed oriented and did not cut any corners. I am confident that the work they did, actually did remove all the mold. The project manager, Brandon, who I did all the phone conversation with me was very helpful as well. As with Tony and Kevin, he had the same character and qualities. In full disclosure, he did miss a couple of phone calls, but I noticed he did sound sick and was very humble when brought to his attention. Everyone was professional, helpful, and friendly. They all bent over backwards to alleviate every concern. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Miguel was the lead for our restoration work, and he did an excellent job. He understood the urgency of the repairs (flip house almost ready to put on the market) and even monitored the drying over the Christmas holidays keeping us up to date daily on the progress. Restoration went as scheduled and I would not hesitate to use or recommend AdvantaClean for water damage remediation.

We had to perform mold remediation. This company has been outstanding and easy to deal with. A special mention to Tony Herrera who was the supervisor during the cleanup process. Tony kept us informed at all stages and treated us like family. He took great care of our household goods and was meticulous during all aspects of the project. I highly recommend this group if you have a mold remediation problem.

We had mold in our master closet and bathroom. Kevin and Tony fixed the problem in just a few hours. Everyone at AdvantaClean we worked with was efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend their services.

I contracted AdvantaClean of Greater Dallas after receiving my mold remediation protocol from a certified assessor. I used all Mold Pro for that and was very pleased with their work. I obtained bids from 4 licensed mold remediation companies and ultimately chose AdvantaClean because I felt that they took the most time to consider the protocol in relation to my home. Kevin Cox (AdvantaCleans project manager on my job) carefully studied my home and consulted with me about what it would take to complete the protocol. Other companies that quoted the work either did not even come to my house to evaluate or came for less than 15 minutes. I was very concerned about contracting with a firm to do the work based on a bid, only to be told that a change order was necessary along with an increase in the quote because of the specifics of my home. Kevin took several hours to examine my house and discuss the protocol with me and my wife. His thorough efforts made me feel that AdvantaCleans bid was the most accurate bid to complete the protocol. Indeed, there was only one small change order on my job and that was only because the assessor expanded the protocol after the job began. Kevin and the rest of his crew were very careful in my home (mold remediation is a very invasive process) and respectful to me and my family. My home is now fully remediated and the overall health of my family is so much better. I am very thankful for the work that AdvantaClean did in our home.

I am very satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism and courtesy the Advantaclean team demonstrated. Highly recommend Advantaclean. They helped me out a couple times and both times did a great job. Rey was a fabulous resource and answered a ton of questions. I also had to ask them to do duct and dryer vent cleaning after another company tried to scam me (I used them based on a recommendation of another service provider. Big mistake. I will be calling Advantaclean from now on!). The other company managed to clog my dryer vent so Rey and Miguel came out same day I called to fix it. Kevin and crew came a couple days later to clean the ducts. Because i was worried from the previous company, Kevin took extra steps and pictures to make sure I knew they were actually cleaning my ducts. Where do I begin? I had a truly wonderful experience with AdvantaClean and was sad to see them go. Here is my long, yet honest review of the company and service I received.Day 1: We noticed mold spots on some of the supply registers in our home and knew it was time to get our ducts cleaned. I called AdvantaClean to schedule a time to have a representative come to our home and give us an estimate. Brandon was the representative who looked at our ducts, heard my concerns, and used tools to read the air specs in our home. Brandon was cordial, kind, and honest. He told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote. I didnt commit to anything before having other estimates and opinions. (My brother owns a business in St. Louis similar to AdvantaClean and I consulted with him about everything, too.)Day 2: After having other in home consultations/estimates and talking with my brother, I decided AdvantaClean was the best company for the job. I made this decision based on what I was told would be done and my conversation with Brandon, he took the time to listen. I didnt use them because they were the cheapest (they werent), but I liked the approach they planned to take with my home, ducts, supply covers, etc. Brandon did work with me on pricing, but at the end of the day, they still werent the cheapest. I committed to using AdvntaClean and scheduled the appointment for duct cleaning.Day 3: I scheduled for 10 AM, and the crew arrived at 9:45 AM. The crew that came to clean, Tony, Lakeith, and Matt were kind and respectful. While Tony and Lakeith covered furniture, Matt went to the attic to inspect the HVAC unit. After 20 minutes, he came down with some news I was shocked to hear.After having Brandon come for the estimate, we had a HVAC company come do an inspection and maintenance of our system and were told all was okay.After Matt came down from the attic, Tony informed me mold was growing in the plenum of our unit. He showed me pictures and offered his advice. This is where my trust in Tony, Lakeith, and Matt really peaked. Tony provided his honest assessment of the situation (he didnt have to). We discussed the options available with what they (AdvantaClean) could do, but Tony recommended that I call a HVAC company to come inspect the part to see if they notice the mold.Tony did not have to do this! He couldve performed the cleaning as scheduled and allowed mold to blow through our ducts, stay on the registers, and let us continue to breathe it. Instead, he was forthright and honest about the situation. He didnt stand to gain anything by doing this. He didnt tell me what company to call or anything, just gave his honest and professional opinion. As someone who was going to spend money on a service, I completely appreciate his honesty. My opinion of Tony, Lakeith, and Matt went through the roof and I made sure they would be back to do the cleaning.Day 4: My crew (Tony, Lakeith, and Matt) came back for cleaning day. Once again, they were on time, cordial and hard working. Matt immediately went to the attic to inspect the plenum. He gave the okay and they quickly got to work setting up. They covered furniture and carefully moved items in their way.When the cleaning commenced, they worked hard, diligently, and thoroughly to get the job done. They took their time and explained the process to me along the way. After the cleaning (4+ hours), they cleaned everything - sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors. My ducts are clean and I feel happy breathing the air in my home.I recommend this company and crew 100%. I will never use another company for duct cleaning. If you call, ask for Tony, Lakeith, and Matt to be your crew, you will get honest, hard working men who do the job the right way! The integrity of those men is something all business owners and employees should aspire to have! If you are looking for a company to take care of mold in a clean, safe, and professional manner, this is the company for you. The Advantaclean team saved me from a very stressful situation. Im embarrassed to say, due to a leak in our shower pan, we had mold that affected 3 rooms. I panicked and called the first company I came across on the internet (not Advantaclean) and they were a scam. I got a second opinion from Nick at Advantaclean. He came out, sent for a mold inspector. Nicks crew, Miguel, Nick, and Kevin gave me pace of mind. I am mold free. They had a big job, gutting the bathroom, cutting sheetrock, and removing carpet. They were clean, safe (air scrubbers and containment) and quick. I was thoroughly impressed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Called the morning of a flood they were out there first thing in the afternoon for dry out. Walk me through where flood damaged occurred and what to look for when the insurance and contractors come to to give estimates. It was a three day dry out process and they sent an associate everyday to check for moisture on my schedule so I didnt have to miss any work.
