Dont come to this window tint shop. They dont tint windows verry well bubbles and bad cuts and also broke all the clips on my center console trim cover. I had to remove them my self. They didnt even have the courtesy to let me know i found out my self afterwards. Dont waste youre money here you will regret it

They cut the cord for the defroster on my back window and when I took it back to fix it, they said they wont pay for it and I will take them to court for neglect and destruction of property and refusal to pay for it.

I had a sub put in plus a amp and got charged $640. The sub kept going out then they said it’s the amp. This place will rip u off and they only take cash. I had to go back 4 times and still no good result. Went to a bigger radio spot and they changed all the cords and now everything works.

Solid tint just got it installed

I can’t recommend this place. Hardly anyone speaks English and they’re appointments are pointless because you end up waiting a long time anyway. They kept telling me to wait 10 minutes for the “installation guy” to show up and after sitting there for 30 minutes I just got up and left, and I’m not coming back. They need to work on service and speediness especially if they quote you a time.

I had let them know I was stopping by the next day at 4:30 because I was coming from the mountains I got there waited for 15 mins and they said the guy who removes tint left because there was no work so to go back the next day and they only take your car in if you leave a $20 deposit which I was never told that and I had no problem doing so, also the gentleman I spoke too was very rude and full of attitude.

Left my car and they said they will call me once it’s done in about 2 hours. Came back 3 hours later giving them a extra hour just in case and my car hasn’t been worked on. They were working on other vehicles that weren’t there when I dropped off my car. Confronted them about it and said I can make a appointment with $20 deposit. These people are a joke. Don’t spend your money here!

I always go to this place for tinting. This is the fourth car I ve taken and its good quality. No complains for more than 3 years now. Only that we have to pay cash.

This place was totally UNPROFESSIONAL, they gave different prices, had me wait like 40 min, and took in a car that came in after me, NEVER GOING BACK !!!!

These guys are great! I always use this shop because I am in Oceanside area and visit family in Rialto. They always do a great job tinting my windows at a reasonable price. The quotes I get in Oceanside are double the price than BJ&J Window tint. Just did another one of my cars yesterday!

Went to get a radio installed that I had bought myself and then after they installed it they told me that the radio I brought was defective and that also my speakers were bad. As soon as I got home and checked it myself I noticed they forgot to connect one of the wires. I connected myself and everything worked perfect. It felt like they did it on purpose so that they can try and sell me one of their radios and speakers

Made an appointment a day prior. Juan (I think that his name) stated 10am. Got there around 950am. Since its early, Ive waited. 10am comes still have to wait until they open the store pass 10am . Afte 20 of going back and forth, they finally attended on me and able to drop the car. The guy stated that they will con tact me and it will take 1 1/2 hours and will call me when its done. After 2 hours, no call. Soni called and asked if my car is done. The guy seems confused when I called and then states ita done. Came to ice up my car and now another issue that the lady says they cannot give guarantee since they have to peal off the old film and it will cost me $190 (from the original quote of $120) and it will take 6 hours to get it done.diamayed and upset, I decided to just pay the $120 .and I was Bout to have my other car done on their sho but with this service, I will juat bring it to a more professional and better service than this one.

I loved the service and quality of work. I’m happy with my window tint job and LED lights — a big difference when driving at night. Definitely, I will recommend to my friends and family.

Dont be fooled by the 5 stars thats their ppl tryin to drown out the 1 star reviews. We came for a radio install we were here for 3 hours on our way home it cut off completely we came back the next day the store hours say 10am no one showed up we called left messages they said they would be there at 12pm still no one the owner told us over the phone they dont refund and if its broke they cant help us. So rude and unprofessional give your money to a better business!

It was okay they were fast took in my 2016 Altima. They also installed some new light bulbs. It was fast and cheap no bubbles on the way tint very pleased with their work

These people are so unprofessional they wont help u at all if u dont have a receipt and dont even come get ur car tinted if u dont have all day to spend there they give u a time that they would be ready multiply it by 4 thats how long you will be waiting

I went ther to get my windshield replace for my honda civic first i called and they gave me a price i took my car then they tell me 120 wait the good part they didnt even have the windshield lol that pissed me off bad bad service. Was weird that they did not know what a Chrysler Town and Country is. Asked me if it was a single cabin or double. Told her it was a minivan then asked if it had 7 windows on each side.Told her it wasnt a large passenger van that it was a MINIVAN.. then told me she would charge 180$.

Sure they installed everything, but they cut my factory radio harness off instead of using an adapter making it very difficult to upgrade headunits in the future. Plus when I was there waiting for my installer to finish all I could here was angry yelling between people in the back.
