Especially at Trader Joes the agency people or very rude and think theyre better than you when they should be being really nice to u because the only reason they have jobs is cause of us trust me i know i work here for a uear and a half and was miserable because how they treat me.

Full Steam Rialto is an overall good agency. It would be a lot more successful if all of their staff were more helpful.. Daisy does an amazing job keeping the office running. When I have any questions I prefer to wait for her to be available.

This post will be written by my mother: I called to see if there were any openings and the receptionist rild me no. Later I physically went down there and they told me they were accepting applications and had lots of openings.. so which was it.... anyway long story short I left with no work. Its fine though, I went elsewhere.

Very unprofessional, I called in for availability and was told I would be starting work in the evening. The person I spoke to stated she would call me back with the information for the job site. She never called me back. I called 3 different times to obtain the information. I was told I would get a call back after I was placed on a very long hold, twice. The 3rd time they hung up on me. Im still waiting on the call back.

I found Full Steam Staffing by accident online submitting applications to Indeed. I filled out Full Steam Staffings paperwork online along with my resume. I received a call from Daisy, at Full Steam Staffing a couple of days after submitting my paper work online. I met Daisy, that same day she called me and I was place on a job assignment that Monday. My experience by far has been wonderful, the staff is on a high level of professional, they try to meet your needs as while meeting the needs for the companys they work with. they have always been there to help me when I need it. they are so friendly that, when I am not able to pick up my cheek at the office a team member from the office is nice enough to meet up some where in order for me to receive my check.if I would have to recommend a staff agency full steam would be it, I am currently at my new job because of them and I am trust thankful, they meet my needs and placed me in a role, I was looking for. the company I work with they speak very highly about the full steam staffing in Rialto more then others, they also agree with me when I say that the team in rialto meets the company needs.

At first I was really regretting about applying due to one of the employees thought that I did know Spanish and was talking about me to another co worker. That was so unprofessional on her behalf, but then another employee turned my experience around and helped me out if it werent for her I would have just walked out. These employees are they to help you not discourage you.

So I called this place twice and was put on hold both times and disconnected both times. This place is terrible I applied here weeks ago and never heard anything back. On top of that when I called back for the third and final time I asked not to be put on hold because I knew I would be disconnected and Yolanda had an attitude so I just hung up. My first day going in to full steam staffing it was very packed a lot of people in there applying so I thought it must be legit. One of the full steam worker sets us up to watch the safety video & fill out paper work .its a very organized area they then go on to placement one by one . since me& my brother was car pooling they put us together. they told us they were sending us to the warehouse in Fontana. so i asked why if we both have over 6months using an RC working for Amazon. I then asked could we be place at the facility that needed r.c drivers. she then placed us for 6a.m shift we started the next day yayyy..... noo so the next day we go into ready to work. We were waiting for 2hrs before anyone even spoke to us,other than the security guard. so we continue to wait other people start showing up from full steam not supervisors but employees. They were waiting for about an hr. So finally i get inpatient & go out to the car to grab my water bottle. When I come back in everyones gone. I ask the guard where did everyone go she directs me to the side of tge warehouse. as im walking up to one of the supervisors. I can just feel hes mad once we meet up he just threw out the clip board pointed & looked up said sign. So I was feeling really out of place at this moment. so i just sign & we all got ready to be trained on the electric palette jack & he explained everything then let us try it ourselves. there was two guys that perfect on the electric palette jack & they got advanced to be an cherry picker so it was still 4 of us left to try it out so my brother went he passed it then i went i didnt pass it which i was shooked because out of the whole group i was the only one that really had experiences other than my little brother so he then told me hell find me something else to do....so i said okay thank you so muchh i was so happy then he called everyone into the back where they basically place everyone he tells me and my brother that we have to work the 4.am shift because he could only place me as a mobile receiver which starts at 12.50 and my brother would be a lumper starts at 13.00 since he passed the test & we werent to happy about the time but it was a job you know so then he looks down at us & says oh yeah & we have to send you guys home because you dont have the correct shoes which i seen people with steel toe boots on & running shoes....so my brother asked him like are you sure these are expensive steel toe boots are you sure they are not the right boots he looks at my brother & says really deep voice did they say workboot when you brought them?? And we all kinda froze like huhh? But my brother was like yeah they did & he still was like no im sending you both home & you need new boots both of yall so we left i really felt weird because i could just feel the tention so we were scheduled to work 4am sat we came no help us again so we decided to call & text one of the main onsite managers for full steam at trader joes no answer or reply so we ended up leaving & i was calling the manager all day she never called back the same day or next so monday we just show up at 4a.m again just sitting there for like 4hrs then another full steam onsite from night shifts comes & ask are we through full steam we say yes she looks up the start times pay tells us what we should be getting paid she tgen calls for another girl to come get us for the tour we all go to the back she tells my brother hell be getting paid 13.00 & ill be getting paid 12.50 i then ask about the extra dollar since ill be in the freezer she gets an attitude & goes to get the man that trained us & they were all in a circle i asked could i speak to him in private about my pay he told me no they were apart of his tell anything i had to tell him I could say it around them another worker kinda grabbed the woman worker that came to the front to get us arm in suggestion to leave so when they left they went & told my brother he wasnt certified and hell only be making 11.50 and that he never passed the test to be certified when that was the point of changing our shift

The ladies in this office are lazy and rude. I couldnt get my direct deposit set up just because the first lady was lazy. I just tried to call off work and the lady(probably the same one) was rude and told me this could terminate my assignment when it was only my second time calling off even though I have 4 exceptions to miss a day of work, then she calls me back and tells me I have to call the actual company which is bs because everyone knows you have to call the agency. This office needs to learn how to treat their clients. If a salesman treats his customers like theyre lesser than him are those customers coming back? 🤔

I wouldnt go to this staffing agency again . I was working a assignment with them for a few months and i guess my assignment was ended and i showed up to work only to find out that my assignment was over, they didnt call me or anything . They have a lack of communication and they have attitudes when ever you call. STAY AWAY !
