These guys were awesome, best customer service I’ve received. Everyone was super cool and helpful. Had no key for my locking lugs and they still managed to get the job done without a scratch. My engagement with the place is not very good. Initially, I worked with Jessica and Steve to discuss my truck getting 6 lift. They were very competitive, near my home and very friendly.After placing my order and giving 50% down on a 4k job, the nightmare started:1. I followed up 5 days later to check on parts ordered to start my lift kit. I was told during my order it would 5-7 business days to receive. During follow up, was told that parts are being delayed due to holidays. I requested a tracking number and that information was refused as I worked with manager Dom. I believe the parts were obtained from a different supplier to start the job after tracking information was requested. The original tracking information was never provided.2. During installation, spacing issues were identified.Solutions offered were:Option 1-Shave steering rods to get required clearance orOption 2-Add 2 spacers to get Clearance orOption 3-Change rims sizeThe truck was completed with both option 1 and 2.3. Within 200 miles metal was hitting Rim during turns. Took truck back and was explained that next option is to change rim size.Issues with shop:12 month warranty- When attempting to get credit for failed installation decisions it was stated that shop has no return policy due to the following:-Tires not returnable once mounted-Special order parts no return policy which include spacers-Special mods not accountable like the shaved steering equipmentAt this point, I will have wasted about $1400 in parts and repair I didnt need(tires, spacers, shaved mods). I will still need to spend more money(rims and tires) or I will continue to do damage to my steering and rims.

Best costumer service around hands down. And make sure they get your ride the way you want it and safe too. Definitely going to continue doing business through them will all my future vehicles.

Got the truck lifted months ago, it was a good price, communication is good. The mechanics tore the cv boots, fixed one side not the other, minor scratches as well. All in all it was worth it.

For those debating whether or not to come to this shop....You will not be disappointed. Empire Auto Tech has an amazing staff and the best customer service.! Great family shop. I usually don’t go to a repair shop without my husband in fear of being ripped off. The lady at the made me feel very comfortable. I needed my brakes done. It was done very quickly. She also informed me of some other things I need to do in the near future and showed me everything that needed to be done. Will definitely only use this shop. You don’t find honest people like this often.

Love this place!!! I went to get new tires and ended up going all in on my 2010 jeep wrangler. I got a lift kit, tires, wheels and light bars. My baby looks amazing they even installed some cool door handles for free just up the cool factor. I cant stop starring at my jeep and everyone was checking it out on my way home. Staff their were amazing and price were great.

With all honesty, Empire Auto Tech is the place to go !!! I got my truck lifted there and they helped me out tremendously. Both the owners and workers are experts on what they do. On top of that they are the nicest individuals you will ever get to know. I went with a 6 inch Suspenion lift kit, 35 inch tires, and 20 inch rims for my 2018 Ford F-150 ... it looks awesome.

Empire was great! I shoped around and i chose them because how professional they were in communication and educating me on what it is id be buying and the process...... its not always good too go with somebody because there cheaper$$$$ remember you get what you pay for. Just looking at there shop and speaking too the techs you feel comfortable knowing there not just another shop who says they do lifts! They actually have professional lift techs installing lifts on your trucks.Dom and steve were super cool and very communicative with me and answering all my questions. Pretty cool place and good deals .. safe they caught a crack in my rim when I purchased a tire and instead of just putting it on and sending me on my way they told me and I got it fixed before I put it on .. I will buy tires here again

Just hooked up my 2012 Gmc sierra with a 6 lift and 20 rims and 35 tires.....LOOKS Frkn Awesome!! Cant say enough about Empire they were great to work with and very detailed on every aspect.
