This store has a new manager and she is very friendly and knowledgeable about the machines and software! I recommend you stop in and see what is new andeet the new manager!

This Reynoldsburg, OH JoAnn Fabrics is always well staffed and helpful. Handicap Parking, Accessible, throughout store and restrooms. Many sewing and crafts items available. They can even help you framed pictures or your creations.I went iinto JoAnn Fabrics to check out the sewing nachines. They did not have the Singer machine I wanted so I looked at Viking. Impressive. But not in stock in store. Clerk told me that they are surprised that they keep advertising via email that they have machines. What they have in store are mostly computerized machines. The email has shown both Types.

The store manager Linda is so rude! If your sign says you open at 11 then open at 11! Don’t let 5 customers stand around with your back to them. If you have to start up then start up before 11! Her employees are not nice either and rude to elderly people as well. Linda has no reason whatsoever to be a manager and to yell at your customers? I know I was hot headed but she infused the situation more by speaking down to me and not treating me as a customer that pays her paycheck! Time for my to by a Pfaff cas I will not go back to that store while she is still a manager !

Had bad experience in joanns in Reynoldsburg ohio. Tried to purchase a sewing machine and found out that the clerk had already closed for the evening. Arrived at store 15 minutes before closing......called viking and tried to speak to a cathy..supervisor. does not return calls...good luck..we struck out.
