I lived here from 2018 to 2020. I can assure you that living at Spinner Club East apartments was the best experience that I have ever had with an apartment complex. I have never had any prolonged issues with repairs, maintenance, leasing office, or concerns while living at the property.Any questions that came about were handled in a timely manner and my phone calls were always returned. During one of the summer months my air conditioning unit stopped working and immediately after I put in my maintenance request someone came out the same day to provide relief and a window unit for air until they were able to replace the furnace. The towing company goes through the neighborhood and are very responsive to parking issues. Everything is close by and downtown is 15 minutes away.Dentist, shopping in Taylor Square, restaurants, post office, banks everything is close by to include the highway! GREAT LOCATIONI have full confidence that they care and take care of their residents that live there. Thank you so much for providing me with a pleasant memorable positive experience where I fell like home. Wendy, Stacie and Dan were ROCK STARS!

The property manager is very organized and very direct when explaining the requirements and that the property is great environment and quiet..Love the energy and great vibe of the residents..Great place to live 🙌

Ive lived here for 5 years. It was my first apartment and i dont have any plans on moving anytime soon. The rental office knows most of their residents by name, always friendly and willing to help. Anytime ive asked for repairs theyre usually taken care of in a day or two. Rent is reasonable for the area and you really cant beat the features and amenities for the price point. Neighbors are mostly quiet and keep to themselves. Never regretted living here. Parking is tight at times, and they are strict about the park rules (assigned spaces for residents, 24-hour towing if someone breaks that rule.) Ill ding them a star just because the apartments could use a style update, and some exterior repairs to the buildings would be nice where the old siding is worn. Other than that love my place!

The rental office people are rude so are the maintenance men. They are very slow at fixing problems and the prices for paying for dogs are outrageous I am very happy to be moving out soon. I do not recommend moving in here

So far it look quite beautiful out here an very serendipitousI think its a very happy neighborhood an kid friendly i can see myself here with a family an career for quite some time

Terrible rental office experience. Towed my car at 9am the morning after Christmas because I was parked one spot over where I normally park. Also rented clubhouse 2 weeks prior for my daughters 4th birthday and the day before at 4pm got a voicemail stating we could not use it because no one would be available to be there with a key, 40 people in a 2 bedroom apartment with less than 12 hours to try and figure something else out.

I loved my apartment. My neighbors for the most part were very friendly and cordial. As one of the youngest tenants and first time renter I feel the rental office treated me unfairly and was very rude. Maintenance follows orders per rental staff (i.e, if they say dont fix, maintenance will not) I had a work order for a window put in the month of May and it was NOT repaired when I moved in January. They also had my car towed and denied it on several occasions, even after the tow company confirmed they were called out by office. You have an alarm system, but it does not work properly and they wont bother coming out to help fix it. So many ways I felt I was treated unfairly but I dont have all week to share. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the apartments are great! Pricing is decent for amenities included, but all in all R.O staff sucks and you shouldnt feel like that where you stay and pay your money. Bottom line, Id stay away until they get new management.

I lived at spinnaker for 2 years my experience with them was wonderful!! I would give a 10 start rating if i could!!Im sad that i had to leave because i needed a 4 bedroom home ! But i strongly recommend this neighborhood, (friendly envirement, staff at the office always treated me with respect specially Stacy she’s awesome and maintance was always on time!!! I

The management office took advantage of us both while living there and even after we moved. They didnt make repairs in any acceptable amount of time. On several occasions appointments to assess/repair damages were simply not met, with no communication in the way of canceling or rescheduling. As young tenants we were condescended and belittled. We are dog owners. We payed a security deposit and a pet deposit. When our pet damaged the carpet in one corner of one room, they kept both and still billed us an outrageous amount. The rental office and managers are the entire problem with these residences.

I love this place because Ive been here since I was 3

No adiquit security. The management is not fixing the issues that need to be fixed up around here! One of our two cars had gotten broken into again, for the second year in a row!!! This latest inside occurred on the nite of friday, the 5th. Of june; after the backout; after the storm!!!!!!
