My birthday child (and everyone in attendance) was blown away by the 7n1 bounce house size! The staff was perfectly on time for pickup and they set up several hours in advance, so I wish I had allowed for more time on my end 😊 Very clean too. Highly recommended

The 40 foot obstacle course was a ton of fun..for both kids and adults! My only complaint was there were leaves in the unit, making me question sanitation. All in all we had a great time using the 40 foot obstacle course bounce house.

The bounce house was great! Everyone had a great time on it! Super easy to coordinate with - they called and told us when they were coming to set up, and showed up on time. Will definitely rent from again in the future.

I have rented bounce houses for other backyard parties, in CBUS and CINN, from other companies. This company by far has the biggest and best bouncer ever! We got the 7 in 1 combo, I would definitely recommend it - it was HUGE- works great for a big party with lots of kids, and also works great for older kids too! Company seemed great, made reservation online, email & phone access for questions, they called a day before party, showed up well before start of party. We will be using them again in the future :)

We had such a great experience with Bounce Houses Ohio! We got a reminder email the day before our event and then a call with an approximate time for drop off. The folks were great with setup and tear down - we literally didnt have to do anything and even had quite a bit of extra time with the bouncehouse thanks to their drop off/pick up schedule. Was very happy with the design of the bounce house - great quality and great price. Our little one and her friends loved it! Thanks so much!

Myself and my children had an amazing time. We all enjoyed the Bouncy House. The employees who brought it and took it down were absolutely amazing! However there was hose sticking out at the top of the slide so the kids thought that meant they could get wet. Well apparently that wasnt the case and I was charged $80 more. I just feel it shouldnt have been there if it wasnt allowed to be used. Other than that it was phenomenal!!!!

We rented a bounce house/water slide combo for my son’s 5th birthday party. Set up and take down went great, the guys that came were very nice and super fast. The kids had the time of their lives! My 12 year old niece was crying when they were taking it down and said she couldn’t remember the last time she had so much fun. We are already planning to rent the same thing later this summer.

Ordered a dunk tank for a school function. These guys were easy to work with - they called before the day of delivery to confirm times and area to place the tank. The driver that delivered the tank was helpful and friendly, placed it exactly where I wanted it. Will definitely be calling them the next time the school is having a similar event.

Have been waiting on someone to pick up the mini all star inflatable I rented. I can’t get in touch with anyone! My event ended at 2:00....and they dropped off late. Ridiculous! I’m just sitting in my car literally waiting for someone to take their sweet time getting here.

We had a great experience with Bounce House Ohio at our churchs Fourth of July event! The two young men who helped set up the bounce houses and concession items were very helpful and showed us how to use each item (cotton candy maker, popcorn machine, two bounce houses). This was the second year in a row we have used Bounce House Ohio and we will continue to use them in the future for our events.

Honestly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They did not deliver the bounce house that I reserved and put a deposit down for. The delivery driver said that he had another delivery to go to and he would call me when he was on his way to set up mine. He never called and when I called him 15 times, he never answered the phone. My son did not have a bounce house for his birthday party and all the kids at the party did not get to enjoy what I had been advertising for weeks in advance. My family and I had to scramble to pick up some old toys from the house and take to the park for the kids to play with.When I called the following Monday they kept ignoring my calls. So I had to call from my work phone before they would pick up the call. Then they gave me this excuse that they didnt have time to set my bounce house up so they just decided not to come. I asked to speak to the owner/manager Tony and they said he would give me a call. Its been almost 2 months and I havent heard from anyone. They didnt even issue a refund until I called to complain. They ruined my sons birthday and caused undue stress and NO ONE HAS THE DECENCY TO EVEN APOLOGIZE.****In Response to Owners Response****You guys have my phone number and email address. If you were truly sorry you could have reached out to me using those forms of communication. This is the first I have heard from anyone from your company. Please feel free to give me a call if you would like to get to the bottom of this.

I have ordered inflatables from a few different companies the past few years, but the service and product I got from Bounce Houses Ohio cannot be matched! Their staff was very friendly and on time. The bounce house was also very clean and was a hit at the party! I will always bring my business to these guys!

They helped set up my daughters baptism party. They brought us tables, chairs, tablecloths, games, and a huge train that the kids could ride on. They were on time, courteous and professional. All the equipment and games were clean and had obviously been wiped down before setting them up at the party. I would highly recommend this company for your outdoor events. We will be sure to call them for our next event.

I would never use this service ever again . I fully paid for a bounce house for October 7th, 2018 from 1-5pm and was let down by this company. Not only did they not even bother to answer any of my calls but none of my messages were responded to. After being frustrated from calling multiple times I emailed the customer service and all they could respond was that they would get with the scheduling department and an excuse. We ended up not having a bounce house show up from them after I paid my full 239.76 . All this company could offer was a cheap 10% discount to correct their error ! Thank heavens for Party Peeps for coming to the rescue with a bounce house (definitely check them out) ! So frustrating to see a company not have proper customer service

As a mom who plans 2 very large & detailed birthday parties a year, I could not be more thankful for BHO. When I call them, I know that I no longer need to worry about that part.
