They were always available day or night and returned calls so quickly and even on days off. Handled way more than I ever thought a funeral home would do and it took so much pressure off of my family, which left us so much less stress in such a difficult time. Very professional, yet very compassionate. It certainly takes a special person do to what they do every day. Pfeifer funeral home handled the arrangements for my sons cremation very professionally. All my concerns were addressed in a professional manner. My phone calls were returned quickly. They also took the time to add ashes to several pieces of cremation jewelry with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this funeral home to anyone requiring this type of service.
