Bought car wash packet on Oct 1 when I went though wash the car in front of me stopped for some reason and I didnt know this until the belt carried me into the car in front. I hit my brakes blowing my horn and my car was riding the belt and the employee told the front driver to release their brakes and move. The front driver left the car wash and drove right on main street before I could exit the wash. Went back to the manager and ask what just happened why did that car stop? Told manager the other driver left before I got out of the car wash to talk to them. Manager told one employee that is why he needed to stay in tunnel while in use, he was inside tunnel when this happened next to car that had stopped which I dont know why. I feel the employee should have shut the belt off once he saw my car approaching since my windows had soap over them and I couldnt see and he was beside car that had stopped.

The wash was good.... employees were really nice. But fix the entrance to this location......I thought it was closed bc it had a cone on front of the gate after you pay......concrete is all cracked up. Very old and nasty

My fiance and I came here tonight about 18 minutes before close for a quick vacuum and wash. Would have taken us 5 minutes to vacuum out the car. I just had some dirt in it I wanted to take care of and some crumbs from kiddos. In the middle of vacuuming they shut the vacuums off and there was still 13 minutes left until close time and they yelled from across the parking lot that they should have never even turned them on for us and that we have to go through the car wash to leave. Just absurd to shut it down while in the middle of our clean. I usually dont complain or write bad reviews, but that was upsetting.

I have never been here before this day and was extremely happy with my service. The young man that assisted me also helped me vacuum out my car and he was not required to do that. Will definitely be back in the near future.

Great car wash staff are very nice one even let me take a look and go thur watching my dads car but not thur window i went in side it really nice 10/10 would love to come again.

What happened to spraying down your car and brushing the tires before the wash?

Front of the car was washed. Back of the car dirty.I used other goo goo locations but this one, did not meet my expectations. Especially if you pay 15$ for a car wash.Update: they say to contact them via email, but they never respond to your email. Poor customer service.

Vacuums have weak suction & the lot where you vacuum is full of gravel. The set up is very awkward.

Vacuums werent very good and the $7 wash is a joke. I dont know which car wash is worse Goo Goo or Moo Moo.

Rollers was moving too fast and only half my car got cleaned.

Disappointed during this visit. My car was not completely clean. Another individuals car was also not totally cleaned. Not typical for this location. First (& hopefully last) time I have this experience. Will not deter me from returning.

I bought a car yesterday and took it through. Paid $21 for the best wash. What was I thinking...... My car looked the same when I left dirt all over to the point where you could still write your name on the car. Terrible. Save your money and go to moo moo. Or better yet hand wash your car if you can. This place is a joke!!!!!

Probably one of the worst companies I have EVER worked for. I have contacted them almost everyday for 2 months about my W2 and I never get a call back or any help at all. I am always told that the supervisor will be reaching back after their lunch and NEVER do. I call every day if not every other day and I never get connected to a customer service representative. I’ve even called when they first opened and still nothing. This place is unprofessional DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They don’t care about their employees!!!!

Even if you pay the most expensive one. Still doesnt get the tire shine right. One tire or even 2 might get the tire shine.

Great little place with well maintained equipment and cool staff, the Rapid pass is great for saving $$$.

Great job to everyone there. Every time I go through they do a great job on my car. I have after market rims and ask for extra care and they do it with no problems. This last time I went through Ron took the time to go from the front of the wash to the end to be sure my rims were done good. I let the lady drying know to get the rims good and she started and took extra care as well. Only car wash I will ever use again.

Used to love this place. They got rid of their full service and increased their prices. Moo Moos is a way better value.

The worst location, the staff is friendly, just the whole setup is different from a normal location. The consistency wasnt there and my experience wasnt the same. You have to vacuum first and I realized that after my wash and had to turn back in to vacuum and went around the building to avoid a second car wash to exit. I talked to an employee and they said that they bought that location and building that was already a car wash and Im guessing they just added a few things but the wash quality isnt the same as there are more missed spits than usual.

Its cheap and fairly fast. This place is designed around cars. I do not recommend for sport utility vehicles or trucks or vans if you expect to also have the back of your vehicle cleaned. I dont even think the brushes hit the rear of my SUV.

Vacuums are not great. Only half of the truck got washed. Employees did nothing about it just said call the phond number

The googoo machines were not really good w cleaning or drying the car when I addressed it it was brushed off and I still brought a membership. So I gave it 3 stars

The other Goo Goos are all 5⭐ to me. THIS ONE is a definite 1⭐. The machines look old, they dont soap/brush your car before the wash and the car speeds up during the dryer. I had to re-clean my grill and chrome when I got home.

Bad. Car did not get clean, had to go a competitors to get the car cleaned.

They cleaned only half of the inside. Did not check their work at all. Got home and checked the outside of the car... the auto car wash only cleaned a “light” washing. So if your car needs a “good “ cleaning then don’t go to this car wash. Just do it yourself and save $30 bucks!!

Very nice car wash, I like the setup and the vacuums clean great to. But I think since the vacuum in area its so large maybe there should be some floor mat cleaners at both ends and maybe one in the center for the conveniency that the customers wouldnt have to walk so far to clean their floor mats. Just a suggestion

Horrible vacuum cleaners barely worked and there was no soap & suds during the wash.

I am actually still getting my car serviced at this very moment. Bri and the rest of the team are extremely professional. The quality and customer service here is SO good that I couldnt wait to leave a review. The customer service alone is worth the visit, and the quality of the cleaning is worth the money. Its quick and easy. In and out. Very good service. The best Goo Goo Wash Ive been to. Will definitely spend my $30 here again.

This is a wonderful place!! Not fast paced if youre getting the $30.00 full service was done, but who wants fast when they make your car look like new!!! The $15.00 wash is three minutes in and out. The staff is great, you wont be disappointed!

Goo goo car wash is the best in town. The staff is always nice. The car wash is high in quality. And the inside car wash is always well done. The wash is well priced for the overall quality. The building is very clean. I would be sure to recommend Goo Goo to a friend or family member.

When you pay $30 for a full service, you expect a CLEAN car. You don’t expect there to be crumbs and dirty windows once they’re finished. You expect the back of your vehicle to be vacuumed because you paid for FULL service. The employees couldn’t even manage to put the goo goo air freshener, the easiest part of their job, in our vehicle when they were finished. We will not be returning, it’s not worth the money. If I wanted to clean my car myself I could’ve saved way more money and done a better job than your employees did.

This use to be my favorite car wash quick easy plus wax tire shine and rims would be clean, i even became a monthly member with the polymer pro but this week i have gone 3 times my rims barely get cleaned and come out with the same dirt it initially came in with and they dont shine the tires anymore i complained to staff each time i went and i still got the same outcome ....i will be canceling my membership

I originally left a 5 star review. Because my 13 year old SUV would look brand new after pulling out. However the last few times Ive taken my SUV here they try to rush the drying process and leaves streaks on my windshield and side windows. I have no idea if its a management rushing to clean the cars or just the employees not caring but Im not going to spend 15$ for a decent clean but a half ass dry! Youll have to figure that out before Id consider coming back.EDIT: I did come back, and it removed the final star on my review. waited an HOUR for a wash and the windows were completely covered in water spots. Wish I could give zero or negative stars. I got a terrible car wash there today. I bought the $30 wash. After pulling out of the wash, I was told it would be 15 minutes until they would be done. 5 minutes later, I was told it was done. My vehicle was still wet, the floor mats weren’t cleaned, the interior was still dusty and the windows were smeared from the dirty cloth they used to clean it. When I told the guy that looked to be in charge that my car was not in fact done as I was told, he told me that they are not a detail shop. I explained that I know they’re not a detail shop but for $30 I would expect at least my vehicle to be dry. He then told me that the manager said they were spending too much time on the vehicles.Avoid this Goo Goo Car Wash now that management is encouraging the drying and interior cleaning team to quickly get the cars out without providing the service for which you paid.

Easy to use, even someone learning to drive. Helpful, polite employees.

The car needed to go thru wash again! But instead of doing that they spritz and wiped with a rag. They didnt touch the dash, steering, nor the console with anything. The car still had dirty areas when he asked if it was good enough. For $30 the answer should have been NO, but I decided if he couldnt see the dirt how would he be able to clean it! I wont be back.

I use the Express wash. Get the car washed daily sometimes twice not bad for 30 bucks a month or a dollar a day/wash and you get an air freshener with each wash.

Have to drop it down to 2 stars, absolutely loved this place because they always did an amazing job. Waited all winter for them to open back up only to fond out they are not full service anymore, sadly today will be my last visit

They oringally opened strong with a great final product. Sadly and slowly things have gone down hill. They are slow, disorganized and seem to move around a lot to look busy while trying to do the least amount possible. Including the manager on duty. 30.00 dollar car wash? Ill pass next time and go elsewhere.

Been here a couple of times when Im in too much of a rush to wash my car. I go here because for an extra $5 compared to any other $10 premium wash you get a hand dry. Well, kind of. The last 3 times Ive gone they have left multiple spots wet, my car is black so water spots show like a sore thumb. Also there always seem to be a pungent sewer-like smell swirling around when you pull in the wash bay. The car wash itself is decent but, youre better off just going to a decent touchless wash and drying with your own microfiber and save yourself $5.

Great place hard to get out of it once your in. Not enough vacuum parking, you go through the wash first cause they are full and on way out still full. ??

I am very disappointed with the recent changes at the Goo Goo carwash on Main St in Reynoldsburg. They recently changed their cleaning process and quit doing the hand dry when the car comes out of the wash. Horrible move! My truck had way too many dirt spots remaining when it came out of the wash bay. I expect some missed spots with any automatic car wash. Nooks and crannies do not typically wash, but the level of dirt left on my truck was unacceptable. Even the large flat panels did not get cleaned. I will not return. I can go to the Moo-Moo, get a better wash at a lower price and have a place to park to detail the few missed spots. You had a good thing with the detail hand dry but now its gone and so am I.

Good wash, hand-drying could use some attention, though. The rear window only got wiped on one side, and the rocker panels still had some streaks/dirt, but otherwise satisfactory.

Worth every penny! I got the full service for $30 and was very pleased. Not going back to those other car washes that claim to be cheaper but your car is never totally cleaned.

I always go for $5 wash and it’s best.

Just average. I thought the brushes seemed rough and abrasive inside the carwash. Also, they used to have people to dry your vehicle and clean the inside...not any more! Disappointing!

VERY unorganized, cars done being washed dont know where to go...only 4 areas for full service and 3 employees to dry and do insides....those poor employees are working hard and trying their best to keep up and still do a good job, I feel bad for them.... by the time they get to drying your car it has water spots! Not to mention the hour wait in line to even get washed.... if they dont have the adequate amount of staff to work and do a good job for the $30 you pay, on a 90 degree sunny day when EVERYONE is going to want a car wash, then you shouldnt open... shame on you Goo Goo.... Ill never return

Use to be a good carwash, went today seen the change, ask the guy there if the still go interiors he said no and walked away, brings back memories of when Klean a Car was there and went out of the business. Now looking for a carwash again.

Great people and reasonably priced if you consider a basic detail anywhere else runs you about $100. I drive for uber and I will definitely be back!

Just had my car washed for 30 dollars. Did a poor job of vacuuming and cleaning the inside windshield. It was all about speed and not quality.

My car was still filthy after going through the car wash twice. My roof lights were also damaged. I would not waste your money or time at goo goo car wash.

Not at all worth $30. For that price, I would expect detailing that included a fragrance (hanger or in the cleaning supplies), interior wiped down-specifically doors and console areas. Note: carpet was vacuumed and mats were rinsed, but not dried. Also, did not particularly appreciate the profanity used by staff as they were interacting with eachother nor the non-welcoming attitude I felt I received by those same individuals.

Blue stuff on car not rinsed. Not dry! Will go elsewhere next time.

Wow! I have been putting off cleaning the mini kid van because it is growing things were kids have spilled and stuffed food. They did a fantastic job and cleaned places no one has ever dared to clean before. I am really picky and they past the test.

Fast and clean service. This location DOES NOT have vaccuums, found out only after I went through the entrance trap that ensures that you cant turn around if you dont like the price of the car wash. However they hand dry the car and put a nice shine polish on the tires afterwards.

Service was surprisingly not as good as some other locations. The lot is especially small and awkward; its a bit of a struggle to get turned around in the lot once youve paid for the service.

They dont have the brush to clean the front of your vehicle.

Fast car wash at a reasonable price

Revised review: Three times in the last month and a half I drove over for a wash 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and 40 minutes before the listed closing time of 6:00pm to find that it was already closed.My first time there, pleased with the quality of the wash, price is competitive, and not having to wait in a line of 60 cars made it well worth driving the few extra miles.

Try to go once a week to keep my car clean and fresh depending on the weather, they do excellent work.

Keeps getting worse every time I go here. Half effort at vacuuming, cleaning windows etc. Not enough people working and little oversight to make sure the job is done right. Would like to have my $30 back. What a shame!

This place is simply horrible. I paid for a full service and my car was left dusty, dirty, and floor mats had dirt. I had to go finish cleaning it elsewhere. Oh and the back of my car was not dried.Complete waste of $30. To top it off they had a girl there that looked like she didnt want to clean cars, she just had a mean face. Unpleasant experiences, I have given it 3 tries and the experience has been the same.

The site manager Rick at the Reynoldsburg site is amazing, he does a wonderful job communicating with customers, making himself known to customers and has made the site better.

My wife went there after leaving Best buy and had her new fit bit stolen. I returned back to the location to talk with the management and he said he would look into it when he returned from vacation and that was over a week ago. So beware when you visit this location and check for all of your belongings before you leave.

The best car wash in town they are so friendly and always remember me! A full detail for $30 cant beat it.

Worst carwash experience ever attendant makes you wait too long since this is a full service carwash each time I have had to clean my car after leaving and mentioning to the attendees after they partially dried my car and start drying another with dust and dirt stains after paying $30 what kind of service is that. Lesson learned dont go here and waste a hour of your time either!!!Also noticed when getting home right after the windows are now streaky and were cleaner beforehand.

Made the mistake of leaving something valuable in my car during service, it was stolen during service. I didnt realize until I got home, I returned and the manager claimed that everyone is back ground checked etc and that he will check the cameras, took my information. Have never heard back from them, police report was filed. But I would not go here and expect an honest service, where even spare change was taken.

Went 1 time.. too expensive and wasnt pleased. Havent been back since.
