Nice place a little dated speaker system is to small to service the hall with a medium sized crowd food was good soda machine was down but that can happen to anyone staff was friendly worked to make sure that restrooms stayed clean but restrooms are smaller than needed for the size of the crowdWe were back for another banquet was not impressed with the food fish was mushy and cold, chicken was under cooked both marina and Alfredo sauces cold and not much flavorSome of the staff were friendly and polite and helpful others didn’t want to be botheredI believe that they are out of business

Beautiful meeting, reception center. Great staff and great food service. Very clean and accommodating. If you have any type of event this place is fantastic. We recently filmed a few scenes for a movie here and they were perfection!!!

Clean, multipurpose hall, full commercial kitchen for your cooking. Outside covered patio. Hall has sectional walls to configure the way you want. Fire place, dancefloor, bar, stage, covered patio. Outside grounds has enough room for large outside events. Plenty of parking and just within 30 minutes of downtown Columbus.

Scheduled my wedding and reception here for 10/10/2020 and I can’t get ahold of anyone for a month now. Heard through the grapevine they declared bankruptcy. Wish someone would have contacted me to let me know. Also must be keeping my deposit. Awesome!

Our wedding was set for 09/25/2020! They only send us a email because we wouldnt stop emailing them. They keap our $800 and now were out of a paid venue! We so very disappointed! We had everything ready and picked out and the dates on everything! Just disappointed!!!!!!!!! Wish I could give you 0 stars

We paid our deposit for our upcoming wedding in August. I have messaged Nancy several times for the status of the venue and any updates due to Covid-19, Nancy never contacted me back instead I received a letter a few weeks later from their lawyer stating we would not get our deposit back and they were permanently closing their doors. I understand this is a difficult time for wedding venues and vendors, but as a future bride it would have been much more respectable if this venue would have personally let their customers know. Instead they deleted their Facebook page, their contact number was unreachable, they did not put any updates on their website and now a legal letter UNBELIEVEABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

One of the best events Ive ever attended! They made my best friend feel so wonderful for her special day. The team was so helpful and ready to answer any question or concern we had and ready to accommodate for our needs. The room was gorgeous and the staff were very knowledgeable! Not to mention the Italian Buffet they had was INCREDIBLE! I think I ate everything they offered. Even my picky boyfriend ate almost all the dishes served! They really went out of the way to make sure the day was SUPER SPECIAL!

Had our company Xmas party here last year and will be going back this year. Good location off of main Street that is private. The inside has a nice clean look with lots of space. We had them cater our dinner for around 50 people, the food was great. It was hot and fresh unlike some places where the quantity diminishes the quality. The pricing was so much better than previous venues we were able to order filet mignon and still be under budget.

We did Passover here 2 years ago and it was a fantastic time with great food looking forward to coming back this year.

Nancy and her team go above and beyond to make sure the night will go as smoothly as possible. Everyone is very nice and pleasant and always trying to make people feel comfortable.Tall timbers is a great venue that has multiple rooms to host many different events and doesnt interfere with each other.I highly recommend tall timbers. A family run and perfect place! Not to mention the food is delicious!!!

My husband and I got married Dec. 8th of this year. and we did not have a good experience with the coordinator Holly. I called Nancy to explain the issues that occurred during our wedding. She was very rude to my father, sister, and my sister-in-law on several occasions. The two younger girls did not seem to know what they were doing and told my sister, who keep in mind is in my bridal party that she could serve herself, even though we were told our table would be served. There was only one person who smiled and congratulated us was Laurice (not sure if this is how it’s spelled.”) she was PHENOMENAL!!!

Thank you to Nancy and Laurice (not sure how its spelled, Sorry!) for helping to make our special day perfect! we couldnt have asked for a better venue, better service, food, people, and overall experience! They worked with us on every detail and made sure that all our wishes were granted on our wedding day! We couldnt have asked for anything more!

Stumbled upon Tall Timbers while scouting for a wedding venue 5 years ago. BEST thing that happened to us.. finding Tall Timbers.. The grounds were awesome, the buildings and rooms were great! The staff was so helpful. I had very little money for a wedding, and WOW did it go far!.. There was plenty of food and plenty of staff to help out with our wedding. This is the place to go!.. The FOOD was awesome as well..

Celebrated my husbands 80th birthday party with approximately 120 guests. Started working with Nancy in July. Totally professional, courteous, helpful & very pleasant to work with. Great food, great service and the perfect venue. We received so many compliments on the event.

Worth the money! I had a big wedding, 215 people. Everyone fit in well in the big room and Nancy and Joyce were very helpful and got everything perfectly! Food is very yummy as well. I would do it again there. It was 90 degrees out and it was still cool inside. I had no problems.

Chef Dougs food is always top notch and the presentation of the food is also superb. Especially loved the arachini appetizer! The staff was very friendly and professional. Looking back at pictures, even the room decor such as the white chairs, stone wall/mantel and mirror centerpieces on the tables added to the simple elegance of the event. This was 2nd non-wedding event weve attended here. Also had his food where he catered for family. Never been disappointed.

Unfortunately, I have to give this venue 2 big thumbs down. They were professional and great leading up to the event. However, the day of my reception, it was 89 degrees outside and even hotter in the hall. My guests had to go outside to cool down. Their AC was not working, but they blamed it on the fact that we had a ton of guests. I only had about 100 in the room when it holds 300!! We also had horrible bar-tending service. When we told this to the owners, we were told that our problems were not an inconvenience. I would not recommend this Hall to anyone.

We hosted our weddi g this past weekend and it was fantastic! Nancy and her team kept things organized and even added a few extra touches! Thank You! It was an amazing day!

I’ve been dealing with this facility since September of 2017, and it was nothing short of amazing in the beginning. The owner Nancy was so pleasant and always willing to help in any way possible. However, once it started getting closer to my wedding date, the lack of communication and unprofessionalism began. Since LAST YEAR I was told the OWNER would be the one that’s super hands on with helping, that was a lie. It’s as if as soon as you pay off your remaining balance, they start acting extremely rude and nasty! The assistant that stepped in for her acted as if she didn’t even know what it was that she was supposed to be doing. As if they had no prior conversation amongst theirselves to know what to do the day of the event. The staff during the reception that were there, they were rude as well. OH and how could I forget the MAIN thing; it was FREEZING in that venue. No heat was ever turned on that ENTIRE NIGHT! My event started at 6, but prior to guests arriving it was already freezing cold. I complained about to heat not being on and my guests were also upset, yet again this rude staff acted as if their hands were tied and they couldn’t fix anything! This entire experience, from the lack of communication, to the no heat, the rude attitudes, and the unwillingness to help are the exact reasons why I would NEVER recommend this venue to anybody! This experience really ruined my wedding day! From the moment I walked in that door the day of my event, to the time I walked out, I was completely frustrated with this staff and their lack of wanting to help!

An excellent place to have a celebration. Excellent catering and a really nice place to have a wedding, anniversary, etc. They can accommodate various size parties.

Our entire experience from start to finish was perfect!Working with the office staff in order to plan all the details for our special day was a breeze. All of our questions were answered with a prompt response. Estimates were drawn up in a timely manner. The All Inclusive Pricing plan is a breeze when helping us to make our decision between Tall Timbers and the other venues that are out there. We worked in a taste test of the food before making our decision since this was very important to us and the food was amazing! Thank you Nancy, Katelyn, and especially, Nanette for all of your hard work and dedication!The event staff on the big day and the day before for our rehearsal were more than accommodating! We had a Bridal Attendant, Allie, who was very friendly, prompt, and kept us in line while we were getting ready to make our way down the aisle and her helper, Joyce was more than helpful as well! OH EM GEE! I dont think five stars is enough! My fiancé and I have been engaged for four years, life happens. Finally, we get ourselves in a position where we can have the wedding of our (my) dreams and then we hear about Tall Timbers. We visited in 2015 and decided to look to see if we saw anything else (Im indecisive). Five months later, we were back at Tall Timbers putting down our deposit.Fast forward four months later, life happened again and just like that, our (my) dream wedding was done for until.....Nancy!Tall Timbers will go above and beyond to make sure your day is special. I am so excited and I cannot wait until my big day is here. I know it will be the most amazing wedding I could ever have dreamed of and then some!Update coming in 2017 :-)!

I have been going to Tall Timbers for weddings to photograph for 6 or 7 years now- and they never fail to please every guests.The gazebo I have seen used for ceremonies, after ceremonies (for pictures) and the inside arranged to be transformed from ceremony to reception in no time at all.The staff is very nice!! Beware couples who want to bring in their own DJs. Their staff requires a liability insurance plan and doesnt like for you to pick outside their preferred vendors. They dont allow part-time fun DJ owners to sign a waiver to perform at the location. They dont budge and offer no alternative options. Ive signed waivers at mutiple other locations.

The whole of their services was okay. However, the day of the wedding, the Director Nancy was extremely rude. She gave my sister [the bride] and me attitude multiple times. She didnt help her assistant with the flow of her reception and things fell a part quickly and guests left extremely early. No toasts were able to be done... Hardly anything was announced and food taken off the floor prematurely! My sister and I will not recommend this place to anyone only because of Nancy and her incapacity to lead her team. Matter of fact we will be deterring people from even consistering this place. Again- because of Nancys unprofessional demenor! Very disappointed.
