My car’s alarm malfunctioned but John and Don setup an appointment for me, found the problem and fixed it. They are so polite, professional and helpful. They explained what the problem was so we know what to look for (glitch in the year our truck was manufactured). We have one more vehicle to have an alarm installed as well as remote start and will definitely have them do the job. I tell EVERYONE how great they are! Only 4 star cause the employee who helped me was nice. Got windows tinted and my driver side window has deep scratches now and the scratches make this look bad. So employee nice but work isnt.the work i would rate a 2 star. Okay i was contacted about issue and explained what the issue was (not them). I apologize. The staff was great the first time I went to Columbus Car Audio and was just as good the second time. John and team did a great job answering my questions and proved excellent service. The window tint that was provided is a quality film at a very competitive price. The installation was fast and high quality. No issues at all. The first time I went I got my front windows tinted and this last time I got the visor shade applied to my windshield. I would definitely recommend this location to any friends or family.

I had my windows tinted on July 23 and John and Donald were very impressive. They were very courteous, knowledgable and professional for my entire experience. I didnt want to pay for UBER rides back and forth so they suggested hanging out at Krogers lounge by Starbucks since there was no waiting area available due to covid. It was a great suggestion and they got my windows tinted much quicker than estimated or anticipated and it looks awesome. Ill be back eventually to get the windshield done.

Donald was great! Had me in and out with my window tint and I got it for a great deal during their 12 days of Deals. We set up a time to bring it in and I told them that the day we were having it installed was my wife’s birthday and they made a point to get it done very early so we could go out and celebrate. Called to set up an appointment at the Reynoldsburg store. The person who answer the phone was so rude. All I wanted was information about upgrading my system. The funny part is the Reynoldsburg store was the ones that installed it about 4 years ago. I guess they don’t want repeat customers. Luckily I found another place that would do it without the attitude. I will not go back again to the Reynoldsburg store.

I had Columbus car audio put a complete radio system in my 1968 mustang. Including 2 8 in subs in the trunk. There was no existing radio or wiring. I told Justin what I was looking for and he worked up a quote and emailed it to me right away. Price was right in my range and fair. After I dropped my car off he kept in constant contact with me through the process and sent me photos of the progress. The tech that did the installation did an amazing job. All wires are hidden and everything sounds awesome. He even bolted down my seats better then they were when I dropped off the vehicle. He tested the electrical system and added a much needed body ground as well. I feel completely comfortable taking all my vehicles to CCA. Thanks guys I love my new system.

CCA did a great job on my Jeep Rubicon. Super fast turn around and great prices. Justin answered all my questions and made great recommendations to help me out with deciding and Dan the certified tech in there did an absolute amazing job on the clean install of my head unit and subs. A while back I took my rare, 25 year old car here. This car was still running on all original parts so I was worried about having anything done to it. I wanted to retrofit it with an auxiliary jack while keeping it as stock as possible, but the built-in factory touch screen from 2 decades ago was known to be finicky. They did a great job, and I left satisfied (with still no issues in the 2 or so years since).This time, I went in for another car. I had just received this car so I wanted to go over my options as the initial state of affairs of the audio system was pretty poor. They were very patient and were happy to talk through all of my options and the pros and cons of doing one thing over the other. As I waited in the office for my car to be finished, several other customers came in with varying degrees of budgets and ambitions and everyone was treated with the same enthusiasm that I had received.They take pride in their services, and they do fantastic work. It really felt like I was having a conversation with a fellow enthusiast and not just an employee, and I really enjoyed that. Id feel just as comfortable bringing my brand new car here as I did bringing my 25 year old collectible - 5 stars. Kudos to Todd for the labor and Justin for the very pleasurable discussion and sales experience!

Garbage. Horrible customer service

I have a 25 year old Japanese sports car that is very difficult to work on due to lack of space and the original radio design and size. Late in the 90s, another shop worked on the radio and botched it. So, I was wanting to get the radio replaced as I was getting the car restored and freshened up. One of my pals, who is a super audiophile recommended Don and Dan over at Columbus Car Audio. I am familiar with his car so I saw they did a great job on that. I took my car there and Don took a ton of time going over radio, amp and speaker options for the car and took into account my music preferences and how I wanted it to look (stealthy or not). He drew up a parts list and a plan and Dan installed it and it sounds amazing and it looks and fits great. They did not have to cut any door or console panels and it looks as if it was designed for the car. Dan built a subwoofer box and hid the amp. Now those look like part of the car as well and he did it without taking all my storage space. The only regret I had is I did not go to Don and Dan earlier. :-)

Very professional. Columbus car audio did a wonderful job on my remote starter for my truck.

I needed a rear view camera for my car. Justin showed me and discussed my options and quoted me differences in price to include parts and installation. I made my decision and scheduled an appointment that day for install the following week. Since I chose an in-dash camera/stereo/bluetooth there were parts that had to be ordered specifically for my vehicle to fit correctly and give the appearance of a factory install. I arrived on install day and received a call later in the day that my car was ready. Justin took me out and walked me through how to do pretty much everything basic that I needed to know and synced my Bluetooth too. This was an easy and therefore positive experience all the way around. I would not hesitate to give them my business again. Thank you!

Went in to the Reynoldsburg location to take a look at A/V receivers with Apple CarPlay and Donald was incredibly helpful and made a great recommendation. I came back in this week to get it installed and everything turned out great. The guys were able maintain all of the functionality of the steering wheel controls and stock USB port, making it look as well integrated as any factory installation. I don’t know why anyone would bother with a place like Best Buy when you can have it done by true professionals at Columbus Car Audio.

Installed a whole new sound system in my car. At first they set the bass to a little lower than I wanted. I went back and without hesitation they fixed it to exactly how I wanted it. The guys there didnt try to sell unnecessary things to me either.

It’s 11:30pm and I just came in the house from doing some repairs to my car stereo recently put in by this company. My truck blower was acting up so I found a way to fix it myself and bypass the extreme expense of the car dealer. Well, just like I thought I took the dash apart, moved my new stereo to the side and fixed my heater like a champ. Now the bad news... My microphone and back up camera didn’t work for my app radio, once I had everything back installed. I’m in my truck several hours a day and I NEED my Bluetooth set up. Tonight I came home and removed the dash again to fix the problem, only I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I remembered Donald emailing me late into the evening answering questions I had before purchasing he unit, and I thought I wonder by chance if he would have any idea about what’s going on, and if he’d respond tonight while I was working on it. Sure enough, within just a few minutes of my sent email there was a message from Donald with some much needed assistance. Mind you, this was well after their office was closed. We exchanged about 4-5 emails over the next hour or so, and at the end I thanked him for his “above and beyond” customer service. I cannot remember another time in all of my 42 years that ones customer service matched the service I got today. I am (and will continue to be) a repeat customer of Columbus Car Audio. Thanks again Don, for your stellar customer service.

Since I moved to South Carolina, I figured I would just find a comparable shop to CCA locally. Unfortunately, I just never felt as comfortable with any of them as I am with CCA. So when the time came to put together my dream system, I decided that I had to make the trip back home to CCA.And I am really glad I did. I got great advice from Donald on design and product selection. All of his advice was based on my preferences and he only recommended what would give me the results I wanted.The installation was perfect, too. They mounted my amps to the seat backs in a way that still lets me fold them down and the sub can be easily disconnected if I need to remove it. The wiring looks perfect and the stereo is such a perfect fit, it looks factory.Then there is the sound...that is where their expertise really shines. My system sounds amazing! It really is everything I always wanted. It is clear, powerful and as loud as I ever want it to be. There are no rattling panels or unwanted noises anywhere. I truly couldnt be happier. Keep up the great work, guys!

Sorry disregard my rating never been to the store im just curious if they could help me out with 2 issues i have1. My rca cable placement to eliminate static (i know this because if u pull out the head unit the static goes away plus i had custom vehicles check it out)2. My radio randomly shuts off and comes back on its just the radio that does this

I had 2 remote starters installed in my pilot and camry...The were both done by in less than 2 hours...I bought one before black friday and when I came in on black friday, they gave me the reduced pricing no questions asked, so I bought another one. The group at the reynoldsburg store are very professional, and do a quality job...2 months after install I neede to change the on-time form 15 to 25 minutes and they did it on the spot..took less than a minute...I would recommend this store and give them high reviews..
