Randy and Drew are always available to help when needed. Maintenance requests are easy to make and answered quickly. Both Randy and Drew go out of their way to know every single resident. Even though they work for Redwood, they feel more like neighbors in our community.I know that with a quick call I can have any questions answered, and feel supported for as long as I stay with Redwood.

This RedwoodCommunity is so quiet and theapartment homes are absolutelyBeautiful. You can’t really appreciatethe homes until you walk inside one.The whole redwood community inReynoldsburg is laid out so beautifully .I’m very impressed with everything,and you should give it a look.

We have lived in various luxury apartments and this place is by far the best experience weve ever had. Drew constantly updates us about weather conditions and their plans like the recent snowstorms. They (both Drew and Randy) made sure the driveways, roads and walkways were ploughed and salted while keeping us up to date. To top it off, they show that they value their tenants by giving us gifts. You cannot have it any better. Keep it up team.

We love everything about this place. We just moved in, but Drew has been fantastic and hospitable. We weren’t thrilled about apartment life, but this has made us reconsider. What a remarkable community!

Randy fixed my patio screen door in a timely and efficient manner.

My family and I lived in the Reynoldsburg complex while our house was being built and it was a great place to live and I highly recommend. Drew the leasing office manager was very professional and quick to respond to our questions. Randy the maintenance guy was very helpful and always came out right away if we had any issues. My son loved the gazebo by the pond and watching the ducks. If your looking for a nice place to live Redwood Neighborhood Apartments in Reynoldsburg would be a great place to check out!

Enjoyed living in the apartment. The neighborhood is lovely. Enjoyed socializing with some of the neighbors.Felt secure and relaxedReason for leaving is because I lost my.dear husband in the apartment and I could not heal there. Also I am a smoker and I couldn’t smoke in the apartment.
