Had a system go down. Dor mar was quick to help us. Steve helped us pick out a new furnace. The install crew was good. Brad the quality control follow up was exceptionally thorough and helpful.

Brian Moore came to our house to look at our air conditioning unit today. He was very kind and transparent. He told us everything upfront before he got to work. He was through and let us know all of our options. I appreciate him taking his time and telling us what all needed to be done and doing all he could do today for us. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Nick came for routine check on my furnace, very courteous and informative ! Gave me a heads up call when he was heading my way, which is great as I have a dog that has to be put away because he is unpredictable. Great company !

We have used Dor-Mar for 20 plus years for our A/C and Heating annual maintenance service. And have experienced very professional and excellent customer service the majority of our time doing business with Dor-Mar. Now that Dor-Mar is offering additional services for appliances, vent(duct work maintenance, etc.. we plan on utilizing their services in these areas as well. Would recommend (and have) their services to others.

I have been doing business with the Newark Dor-Mar location for many years. I have always been satisfied with their work, and would recommend them to anyone. The technicians have been very courteous and have answered any question i asked about. They give you a call letting you know how soon to expect them and are punctual.

Excellent service! Explained everything that was done - air conditioner and furnace installation and water heater installation. Did it in a reasonable amount of time and Im feeling cooler already!!

My 20+ year old a/c unit stopped working today. I called to set up a new install. Garret came up same day and was able to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, honest and efficient! Highly recommend!

Brad was extremely professional on time through educated knowledgeable of what he does and extremely personable I appreciate his service and thats a man that you should definitely keep on the payroll.

Although time range for estimated arrival was vague at best as I had set appointment up after office hours, upon the service mans call, showed up precisely when said they would arrive. The specialist was profesional and knew what had to be done and how to do it. He didnt even accidently let my dogs run out as they are escape artists, and I even have to mind them when opening gate!

The install went well and Brads follow up inspection was thorough and helpful!

I called with a furnace issue and had an appointment set same day. Upon arrival, they took time to diagnose the problem and get me working temporarily, and scheduled for replacement of heater coil and New AC unit the next day.Tom and Rick came out and installed everything, and it looks and I couldnt be happier. The Metal work is impeccable in contrast to what was done 6 Years ago when my furnace was replaced, Thanks guys for a great experience.

I never write reviews, but DO NOT select this company. Here are 3 reasons1.  If you expect them  to follow the COVID protocols-they dont.  kind makes you question the reputation2.  If you care about your time and scheduling is important-select another company.  They scheduled my service (routine maintenance), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before they could send someone at the time they scheduled.3.  If money is important-select another reputable companyI was quoted 70.00 dollars for a filter (Amazon sell the exact one for 44) Then they  charged 100.00 for the filter, plus they charged installation of the filter which should have been covered  in the maintenance fee. Also, they charged $159.99 for the year service maintenance and $45.00So this filter change cost over $3004.  Dont try talking to a manger- they dont come to the phoneI wish I would have read the BBB reviews.  They have several 1s and many of us would rate this company a zero or negative rating.  (BBB  rating has nothing to do with reviews)

Ron McLain was great. He worked around my schedule. He diagnosed the problems and fixed them quickly and was very professional well be calling DORMAR HEATING AND AIR every time we have a problem. They were very fair on the price as well Couldn’t of asked for better service thanks.

We were planning to replace our furnace anyway but when the blower motor quit working in our old furnace, causing our AC to freeze up, we replaced it sooner than expected. Dor Mar was able to install our new furnace within two days (they could have been here the next day, but our schedule wouldnt allow it). Nick and Jason were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up and removed not only our old furnace, but all of the trash created from doing the installation. We are very pleased with the service we received!

I had people working on my ac for 8 hours to no avail. Dor-Mar workers Ron and Billy (not positive about their names) came out and fixed it in an hour and a half. They came out at 9:30 at night on a Friday. This is the hottest weekend of the summer so far so I am very thankful they were able to get it fixed for us. Thank you again!
