Alphagraphics Rexburg is always so easy to work with. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I have never been disappointed with my products. From the smallest printing job to the biggest they are willing to help and make sure that I receive what I need. They are timely and professional. They are my go to print shop and I will travel to Rexburg just because of their great customer service.

My initial request for them to send me a couple of packets for two of my courses was responded to within a few hours of me sending it which I appreciated. They gave me a call and talked me through my shipping options and gave me an estimated delivery time. Very helpful and professional.Unfortunately, I was not informed when the packets were returned to them twice by their delivery services, so I began to get a bit impatient and emailed asking about it. They informed me of the situation and sent me a tracking number for the third shipping attempt.At this point however, I had already done 2 weeks worth of school without the packets. I therefore requested that I have the shipping refunded since I paid for 3-4 day shipping not 2 week shipping. Their manager was polite, apologetic, and professional in his response and immediately started the refund process for the shipping.So, even though things didnt go as planned, I did appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to seek improvement. I admire businesses who try and learn from their customer experiences and do their best to reconcile when a mistake is made. Highly recommend them as a service!

Very fast, and cheaper than anywhere else we could find to print out wedding announcements. The pictures were a little darker than they look digitally, but were still happy with the end result. They make you look over a sample though before they print the whole batch, so that was probably our fault

Ive been to AlphaGraphics two or three times now and have not had a negative experience yet. Most recently, I needed a poster on foam core, so I emailed the shop before they opened and then headed over to see if maybe I just work with them in person. When I arrived they had already printed my order and anticipated my needs perfectly. I was in and out super quickly and it was less than $6 for an awesome piece of presentation material. I definitely recommend this place. I cant speak for other locations as Ive never been, but if theyre anything like Rexburgs AG, theyll take good care of you.

We wanted to order graduation announcements and contacted alphagraphics via e-mail. They were quick to respond. I emailed photos and wording of what I wanted. They again were quick to respond and gave me a quote that I was happy with. I went into their office to make the final order and was very impressed with their customer service. They emailed me the final copy for approval and I was pleased with it so they went ahead and printed them the next morning. When I went to pick them up 25 of the announcements were not as expected and they quickly took care of it by re-printing them which took about 5 extra minutes. Their customer service is excellent and the product was of high quality. I would definitely recommend them.

This shop probably does okay with standard black and white copies, but they have continuously disappointed to me with their colored scans. I am an artist that sells prints of my work and have tried to get scans of original artwork and prints of them at Alpha graphics and each time I leave extremely frustrated. I have talked to the manager once before and he has told me to ask for specific people to work with because not everyone knows how to use the machines enough to get the product that I want (which seems ridiculous to me, they should always have someone there who knows what their doing that the other employees can at least ask for help) I went there today to get only 3 prints done and was there for over an hour and left very disappointed. I worked with two different employees and one even asked a manager that was there for help, but no one seemed to know the right settings to not have my piece completely washed out, or have a side of it chopped off. The colors were changed drastically and the entire size of the image was changed even though I hadnt asked for that. I finally just gave up and left and drove all the way to Staples in Idaho Falls and within 15 minutes of entering the store they had my prints done beautifully. I dont know if they just dont have the right machines to do art prints or if they just dont have the know-how but I would NOT go here to get any kind of colored scan done. I added a picture below of the difference. The first picture is the print I got done at Staples, the second is the one I got done at Alpha Graphics. You can definitely see how the color was changed and how the whole middle section was totally washed out. I hope in the future they either train their employees better or tell customers they are unable to do this type of work because it was a waste of time and money.

I needed some items printed for my brothers viewing, and it was very last minute. Robbie literally took care of everything and stayed late to make sure we had what we needed. My brother Josh Parkinson (who passed) and I have used Alphagraphics for years so it was amazing to have that level of care in a time that I so desperately needed the help.

They were by far the cheapest place to get my invitations printed! The staff are incredibly kind and patient, and will help you in whatever ways they can! They even remained patient as I came in 5 mins before closing to see if I could pick up the envelopes Id ordered even though they told me everything would be ready the next day. They were more than willing to get together the parts of my order that were ready and have me come back for the rest when it was complete. I think most associates wouldve made it very obvious they were annoyed by me coming in right before close and asking for things, but they seemed more than happy to help me out.

Every single time I go to AlphaGraphics they treat me like the customer that I am. They are so freaking helpful. It shocks me that more local business in Rexburg aren’t like this. They HONESTLY care to do everything they can for you.

I am very unhappy with the service at Alpha Graphics here in Rexburg. I honestly never leave bad reviews...ever but I just feel that the service Ive received from Alpha Graphics multiple times deserves something to be said. The most recent service was for a project that needed multiple prints mounted on foam core and cut out. I placed my order early that morning and hadnt heard back at all. I decided to call around 4pm and was assured that my job would be printed by the end of the day. Still hadnt heard anything and it was 6pm (they close at 7pm) so I decided to just go in. When I arrived, they told me it would take about 15 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later they came out with my job, and as I looked through it, I noticed one of my prints was missing. Since it was after they closed, they said that they couldnt reprint it. Not only that, but my boards were cut out so badly that I received a significant grade reduction due to the unevenness of the cuts. I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but this kind of service has happened to me multiple times so this last visit is really what made me decide to leave this review in hopes that the establishment can be improved.

The customer service representatives are simply the best, so down to earth and willing to help, I love them.

My first time here wasnt so great, but as I get to come here more, it changed. Maybe it was just that one employee, or maybe they are having a bad day. Anyway, this place has a good staff. They work fast, and they really try to help you get what you need— maybe even better. I think this is also one of the good cheap places to do printing for the quality.

They did a good job but out of the three times that I went their machines broke and it took 30 minutes to reboot them again. The third time still took a lot of time. If you need to get something fast I would suggest to plan ahead.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sat in line for 20 minutes for a single print while one worker sat and chatted away with the people in front of me. The other workers sat in the back doing who knows what. The workers show no incentive or desire to work fast. I will NEVER come to alpha graphics for anything ever again. I would definitely recommend avoiding it unless you want to stand in line for hours.

We got the impression that the employees at this shop dont know what theyre doing. I can understand having a difficult time training employees with the amount of turn-over from the college students that work here, but things were ridiculous. Allow me to explain.My wife is a landscape artist and makes prints and stickers of her originals so that she can sell them. As Brittney Tidwell has previously noted, its extremely difficult to get prints of colored art pieces without serious problems with the colors at this shop. Additionally, they cut off the artists signature when cropping the photo. However, thats only the tip of the iceberg.My wife went in there for the first time and explained that she wanted stickers. She was told that they were 50 cents each. She then explained that she wanted waterproof vinyl stickers and the employee confirmed that it was 50 cents. Upon this pricing, my wife requested 40 stickers (totaling to $20 without tax). She ultimately received 26 stickers at the price of $36. Frustrated, my wife contacted them a day later and explained that she was told that the stickers were 50 cents each. The manager held firm on the price and when we showed the receipt the manager explained that we received an extra 6 stickers free of charge. We decided to wait to speak to the original employee, and came in a day later. The original employee explained the pricing that the manager had told us, but then explained that there was a $2 charge that the original employee then reimbursed my wife for.Pricing is not clearly stated in any way. It is not posted in the store to be read, and because its verbal in nature it seems to change every time you speak to a different employee (and sometimes even changes with the same employee, apparently).In their defense, they were very professional and kind when we raised our concerns. Also, the stickers that we did receive were very high quality. This is why I gave them two stars instead of 1.My wife and I will not be returning to this shop due to the unprofessional nature of pricing. I do not recommend using their services unless you are prepared to nail them down to a price firmly before using the service. Also, upon looking for other services, we found that they were rather overpriced.

In my business we are constantly emailing blue prints and architectural drawings to Alpha Graphics. They get them printed out quickly and immediately email us back with a notification. Price is good too. Lynn is the bomb.

They do an okay job, but they always have SUPER inconsistent pricing. Litterally printed off the same stuff during an evening, and the next morning, and it was different prices.Employees are fairly nice, but they always seem to have excuses, even if your file is set up EXACTLY right. Oh, our printer is slow. Oh, your file is too high. Oh, our printers dont align that well. Also, when I was getting my stuff bagged, I asked for a plastic bag rather than paper, because it was snowing outside and I didnt want to get my stuff wet obviously. The red-headed guy had the audacity to say we only give those to customers who pay over a dollar even though my total came out to $1.07 that morning, and I paid over $6 the night before. Its like, jeez man, dont be so stingy.Look, Im not expecting much, but if a double sided sheet of work is off not necessarily by an 1/8, but alot more than that, then yeah, Im gonna get frustrated. It took them 5 tries after me stating that no, this needs to go here vs here, they still did it incorrectly. I was in such a rush, I couldnt deal with it at the time. I then took my work to the university print shop and they did it right and aligned the first try. I doubt that Ill get a refund, but Im not angry, just a very frustrated and longtime long-time customer. Ive been going to them for years, and to come back to this is suprising to say the least.
