The number on there listing doesn’t work. I’ve tried emailing them and no response. I’ve been with this company for two years and it was great at first. With no growth from there platform and everything else changing around us I decided to cancel my service but its been impossible and i keep getting charged for it now

Within the first week I gained nine new reviews on Google! All five stars! This very simple and easy to use platform is already a great asset to my business! The customer service I have received is second to none! I highly recommend any smart business owner to utilize this platform! It is inexpensive yet very effective!

I have been using ReviewLyft as a service for more than a year now. With it, I have seen my ratings and response amounts multiply. This is well worth the price and will cover every social media platform. I would highly recommended it especially to any small business owner.

Great premise but time consuming for extremely little effect. Even when I see thumbs up in the program they don’t show up on GMB. No customer support via phone or email. Paid $400 upfront and would request a refund but that would be as nonexistent as support is!

We paid upfront for a year in June. The majority of our invites are in ‘queued’. I have contacted them via email with this same problem twice in July and again today. There is no customer support number and the listed number just rings busy every time you try to call. I have requested a full refund since I do not have the time nor inclination to keep up with a program that is suppose to help automate reviews (nor pay staff to enter information that apparently goes nowhere)!

This service is well worth the price. I’ve seen a very noticeable uptick in 5 star reviews since I’ve signed up.
